Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag, which is used to hold a plurality of rolled products, such as toilet paper, and hardly hurts fingers and easy to carry around when the bag holding the products is hung on the fingers. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging bag is of a cylindrical film package, and comprises a body in which a plurality of rolled products, such as toilet paper, are held, and a grip formed on the upper end of the body. The grip has a flat shape, which is formed by folding in gussets symmetrically on both left and right sides of a tubular film and fold the film flat to fix the gussets. トイレットペーパー等の包装には、ポリエチレン等のフィルムを本体と持手部からなる包装袋に形成したものが用いられている。持手部には購入後、店頭から持ち帰るときの為に指掛け穴が備えられているが、特に多数のロールを収納したものでは、かなり重くなり、従来の指掛け穴（２穴）では指先が痛くなることがあった。また１つ穴の場合では、持ち運ぶ途中、持手部が千切れたりするなどの問題点があった。

持手部に指を掛けて実装包装袋を吊下げたときに指が痛くなりにくく持ち運び易い複数個のトイレットペーパー等のロール製品を収納する包装袋を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、複数個のトイレットペーパー等のロール製品を収容する本体部とこの本体部の上端側に持手部を備えた筒状フィルム包装体において、該持手部がチューブ状フィルムの左右両側にガセットを対称的に折り込んで平面状に折り畳み固定した扁平形状であり、この持手部に複数本の指が挿通できる指同時掛け用スリットを、上記左右ガセットの折り込み端縁を横切って設け、更にこのスリットを囲むシールラインを該持手部に施したことを特徴とする複数個のロール製品を収納する包装袋に係わる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明では、本体部と持手部を備えたトイレットペーパーやペーパータオルなどの衛生薄葉紙のフィルム包装体において、持手部の幅方向中央、持手部の高さの３０％より下方に、指が３〜４本入れられるように４０〜６０ｍｍの巾の指掛け用のスリットを両側のガセット（ｇｕｓｓｅｔ）端に跨るように設け、スリットの周囲を縦横にシールする。このシール部よりやや大きいフィルム１枚あるいは複数枚で片面若しくは両面を補強する。さらに、縦シールの２０〜４０ｍｍ外側と横シールの５〜１５ｍｍ外側に第２のシールを設ける。持手部上部を折り返してチューブ状としてもよい。
スリットは、直線でもよいが、弧状あるいは指形状に準じた波状にすることでより持ちやすくなる。
持ち手は、引張り試験の最大荷重が包装体全体重量の５倍以上で、この時の伸びが１００ｍｍ以上とする。伸長量が大きく持ち手部の変形が生じて手になじみ、長い時間持ち運んでも指が痛くなりにくい。

【発明の効果】
（１）左右のガセット部とまたはこれらガセット部補強フィルムを含む持ち手部にスリットを設け、周囲を一重または二重にシールしたことにより、包装袋を吊り下げたときにに指が痛くなりにくく、持ち運びやすい。
（２）スリットにより指掛け穴を形成することで、生産時にごみの発生がない。

以下に本発明の実施例を示すが、これは例示の目的で掲げたもので、これによって本発明を何ら限定するものではない。

［実施例１］（包装袋）
図１は包装袋の平面図でチューブ状フィルムの左右両側を内側にガセット（ｇｕｓｓｅｔ）として折り込みガセット折り込み端縁（１）（１）が中央で近接した位置で平面状に折り畳みその上端側には縦横適宜のシールライン（２）を施して表裏一体の扁平形状に固定して持手部（３）を構成する。
（４）はチューブ形状に展開可能な本体部である。持手部（３）には横方向のスリット（５）をガセット折り込み端縁（１）（１）を横切って左右対称位置に設けられている。
更にこのスリット（５）を取り囲んで縦横のシールライン（２’）が施されている。
チューブ状フィルムの下端側は図２に示すように開放されている。図３は実装状態の包装袋（包装体）の斜視図でトイレットペーパーロール製品（６）が前後左右各２列で上下３段に計１２個収容されているが、これらはチューブ状フィルムの本体部下端の開放部から挿入された後、下端にシール止め（６）が施される。

［実施例２］（スリット形状）
スリットは複数本、好ましくは３〜４本の指が同時掛けできる一連式であって、図４はスリット（５）が直線状である例を示し、スリット（５）の長さは指が３〜４本入れられるように４０〜６０ｍｍの巾内の例えば５０ｍｍに設定される。
またスリット（５）は持手部（３）の高さ（例えば５０ｍｍ）の３０％（１５ｍｍ）より下方の位置、図示例では上方から４０ｍｍの位置に設けられている。
このスリット（５）を囲む縦横の第１のシールライン（２’）は横間隔９０ｍｍ、縦間隔２５ｍｍに設定されている。
図５はスリット（５）が円弧状（上向きに凸）となっている例であり、図６はスリット（５）が波形をした例であり、この波形スリットは３本の指が夫々独立して適合しうる左右方向３段の波形をなしている。

この補強フィルム（１１）（１１’）（１１”）は図１に示すようにスリット（５）およびこれを囲むシールライン（２’）を覆うに十分な大きさに設定されている。
シールライン（２’）の外側（左右外側および上部外側）に第２のシールライン（２”）が施される。

これより本発明の場合には引張り荷重に対する持手部の上下方向の伸び（伸長量）が大きく、持手部の変形が生じて手になじみ、内容物を実装した包装体を長い時間持ち運んでも指が痛くないことが認められた。
この伸びは引張り試験の最大荷重が包装体全体重量の５倍以上の時にその伸びが１００ｍｍ以上とするのが好ましい。

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, in a film package of sanitary thin paper such as toilet paper or paper towel provided with a main body part and a handle part, a finger is placed below the center in the width direction of the handle part and below 30% of the height of the handle part. A slit for finger grip having a width of 40 to 60 mm is provided so as to be inserted into 3 to 4 pieces so as to straddle the gusset ends on both sides, and the periphery of the slit is sealed vertically and horizontally. One side or both sides are reinforced with one or a plurality of films slightly larger than the seal portion. Claims

In a tubular film package having a main body portion for storing a plurality of roll products such as toilet paper and a handle portion on the upper end side of the main body portion, the handle portions are symmetrical to the left and right sides of the tubular film.
