3GPP TSG-RAN R1-050002
図1乃至図8を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムの構成について説明する。なお、本実施形態に係る移動通信システムは、図11に示すように、複数の無線基地局NodeB#1乃至#5と、無線回線制御局RNCとを具備している。
図9及び図10を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムの動作について説明する。
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムによれば、無線回線制御局RNCは、各セル配下の移動局の無線通信品質を正確に把握することができ、高性能な無線リソース管理を行うことができる。
Claims (4)
- 移動局が、無線基地局における非サービングセルから相対速度制御チャネルを介して受信した最大許容伝送速度の相対値に基づいて、上りリンクを介して送信されるユーザデータの伝送速度を制御する工程Aと、
前記無線基地局が、無線回線制御局に対して、所定期間内で前記非サービングセルによって前記相対速度制御チャネルを介して前記移動局に対して報知された前記最大許容伝送速度の低減幅を報告する工程Bとを有することを特徴とする移動通信方法。 - 前記工程Bにおいて、前記無線基地局は、前記無線回線制御局からの低減幅報告要求に応じて、前記最大許容伝送速度の低減幅を報告することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動通信方法。
- 移動局が、無線基地局における非サービングセルから相対速度制御チャネルを介して受信した最大許容伝送速度の相対値に基づいて、上りリンクを介して送信されるユーザデータの伝送速度を制御するように構成されている移動通信システムで用いられる無線基地局であって、
前記非サービングセルに接続されている前記移動局に対して、前記相対速度制御チャネルを介して前記最大許容伝送速度の相対値を報知するように構成されている相対速度制御チャネル送信部と、
無線回線制御局に対して、所定期間内で前記非サービングセルによって前記相対速度制御チャネルを介して前記移動局に対して報知された前記最大許容伝送速度の低減幅を報告するように構成されている報告部とを具備することを特徴とする無線基地局。 - 前記報告部は、前記無線回線制御局からの低減幅報告要求に応じて、前記最大許容伝送速度の低減幅を報告するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の無線基地局。
