Claims (2)
- 複数の分割環状管を高炉への据付現場に搬入し、一体に組立て溶接結合して環状管となし、これを吊持して据付位置に配置する環状管の組立方法において、前記複数の分割環状管を、据付現場に搬入する前に工場で一体に締結結合して、据付現場での被吊持部相当の管軸方向位置を支点とした被支持状態の仮組み環状管を形成し、該仮組み環状管に現出する歪を測定後再分解して据付現場に搬送し、据付現場にて環状管となして吊持する際には被吊持部を真上に吊り上げてそのまま固定することを特徴とする環状管の組立方法。
- 請求項1記載の組立方法により据付位置に配置された環状管の支持構造であって、同環状管の前記支点を高炉櫓に吊架し、各支点両側の二点を高炉櫓支柱に連結したことを特徴とする環状管の支持構造。
