Description
前記膜状封止部材6は、可撓性材からなるキャップ状体から構成され、該キャップ状体の開口端部62を前記シリンダ2の内周面上に固着させた状態で該キャップ状体の胴部63により前記プランジャ5の上部を被覆すると共に、前記シリンダ2と前記プランジャ5との間隙Gで折り返して形成されるU字形折返し部61により該間隙Gを封止するものであり、
前記吸込口32は、前記シリンダ2の側面に設けられ、かつ、前記プランジ
ャ5が上死点位置に達したときに前記間隙Gが形成される範囲Rに設けられている。
請求項3の発明では、前記吸込口32は、該吸込口32の軸線J0を前記シリンダ2の軸線J1と直交する直線J2に対して90度未満の一定角度φ傾斜させて設けられている。

Claims (4)
- 吸込口及び吐出口を備えるシリンダと、前記シリンダの内部をその軸線に沿う方向に往復駆動可能に設けたプランジャと、前記シリンダと前記プランジャとの間隙を封止する膜状封止部材とを備え、前記プランジャを往復駆動して吸込動作と吐出動作とを交互に行うことにより前記吸込口から吸込んだ移送対象液を前記吐出口から吐出する液体移送用ポンプにおいて、
前記膜状封止部材は、可撓性材からなるキャップ状体から構成され、該キャップ状体の開口端部を前記シリンダの内周面上に固着させた状態で該キャップ状体の胴部により前記プランジャを被覆すると共に、前記シリンダと前記プランジャとの間隙で下側に折り返して形成されるU字形折返し部により該間隙を封止するものであり、
前記吸込口は、前記シリンダの側面に設けられ、かつ、前記プランジャが上死点位置に達したときに前記間隙が形成される範囲内に設けられていることを特徴とする液体移送用ポンプ。 - 前記吸込口は、該吸込口の軸線を前記シリンダの軸線に対して90度以下の一定角度傾斜させて設けられている請求項1に記載の液体移送用ポンプ。
- 前記吸込口は、該吸込口の軸線を前記シリンダの軸線と直交する直線に対して90度未満の一定角度傾斜させて設けられている請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の液体移送用ポンプ。
- 前記シリンダの軸線を鉛直軸に平行となるように設置して使用される請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の液体移送用ポンプ。
