JIS K6251に基づき、試験を実施し、100%伸張時、200%伸張時および300%伸張時の応力(M100,M200およびM300)を測定した。
あらかじめ重量を測定しておいた加硫ゴム(テストサンプル)を、23℃のトルエン溶液に浸した。24時間後、トルエン溶液から加硫ゴムを取り出し、表面についた余分なトルエンをふき取り、トルエン膨潤後の重量を測定した。膨潤前後の重量の変化から、トルエン体積変化率を次式により算出した。数値が小さいほど、架橋密度が高いことを示す。

テストサンプルの中心に2mmの傷を付け、デマッチャー試験器で初期歪み30%、繰り返し回数200万回の刺激を加え、亀裂成長の大きさを評価した。数値が低いほど耐屈曲亀裂性能がよいことを示す。
加硫したタイヤを、アルミニウム製リムに組み合わせて内圧を20kscに設定した。このタイヤを雨水がかからないように屋外曝露した。30日間曝露後、外観を目視で観察し、変色の度合いを5段階評価した。数値が小さいほど変色度合いが大きいことを示す。

Claims (3)
- ジエン系ゴム40〜75重量%に、ブチルゴム、ハロゲン化ブチルゴムおよび炭素数が4〜7のイソモノオレフィンとパラアルキルスチレンとの共重合体をハロゲン化したゴムからなる群から選ばれる1種類以上のブチル系ゴム25〜60重量%を分散させてなるゴム組成物であって、ゴム成分100重量部に対して、チウラム化合物0.05〜1重量部を動的架橋剤と同時に添加および混練りし、140℃以上で排出することにより動的架橋して得られるゴム組成物。
- 請求項1記載のゴム組成物からなるサイドウォールを有する空気入りタイヤ。
- ジエン系ゴム40〜75重量%に、ブチルゴム、ハロゲン化ブチルゴムおよび炭素数が4〜7のイソモノオレフィンとパラアルキルスチレンとの共重合体をハロゲン化したゴムからなる群から選ばれる1種類以上のブチル系ゴム25〜60重量%を分散させてなるゴム組成物の製造方法であって、
ゴム成分100重量部に対して、チウラム化合物0.05〜1重量部を動的架橋剤と同時に添加および混練りし、140℃以上で排出することにより動的架橋するゴム組成物の製造方法。
