Abstract
【解決手段】隙間39は、仮に結露が発生しても、水分がこの自重によって抜け出るような間隔に、また、測定管を流れる被測定流体から受ける負圧によって抜け出るような間隔に形成されている。隙間39は、超音波を送受波する送受波空間41に連通するようになっている。他端部45の外面には、隙間39の状態を保つために、複数の凸部が等ピッチで配置形成されている。内部側ハウジング35には、内面及び外面を貫通するようにハウジング貫通穴42が複数箇所形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 略円柱状又は略円板状の一端部、略円柱状の他端部、及びこれらの間に位置する小径のくびれ部、を有する弾性体と、該弾性体に埋設される超音波送受波素子と、前記一端部を介して前記弾性体が固着する略円筒状の内部ハウジングと、を備える超音波送受波器であって、
前記内部ハウジング及び前記弾性体は、前記内部ハウジングの内面と前記くびれ部との間にダンピング作用空間を有するとともに、前記内部ハウジングの内面と前記他端部との間に隙間を有する、超音波送受波器において、
前記他端部の外面に複数の凸部を設けるとともに前記他端部の径を調整して前記隙間を積極的に大きく形成し、且つ、超音波を送受波する測定管内の送受波空間と前記隙間とを連通させるように前記内部ハウジングと前記弾性体とを配置形成し、且つ、前記内部ハウジングには、該内部ハウジングを貫通するハウジング貫通穴を複数箇所形成する
ことを特徴とする超音波送受波器。 - 請求項1に記載の超音波送受波器において、
前記ハウジング貫通穴の形成位置を前記内部ハウジングの周方向に等ピッチとなる四箇所に設定する
