In the rear waist area 6 of the diaper 1, an adhesive tape piece 14 that can be used for rounding or folding a dirty diaper is provided on the outer surface near the side edge 9 b.
[0013]
2 and 3 are a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB and a view showing a cut surface taken along the line AA in FIG. The adhesive tape piece 14 is folded in either the Z-shape or the inverted Z-shape in the waist direction, and in FIG. 2, it is folded in the Z shape. The adhesive tape piece 14 is extended in the length direction of the adhesive tape piece 14 when the holding area 14d is picked and pulled to the right of FIG. 2, that is, toward the outside of the side edge portion 9b indicated by the arrow A. be able to.
[0014]
In FIG. 2, the adhesive tape piece 14 is overlapped from the outside of the diaper 1 to the fixed tape portion 14a attached to the outer sheet 3 and the fixed tape portion 14a. Part 14e. The fixed tape portion 14a is attached so that almost the entire surface facing the outer sheet 3 forming the outer surface of the diaper 1 is not peeled off from the outer sheet 3 via the adhesive 17. The inner end 21 located near the center line PP (see FIG. 1) that bisects the width of 1 and the opposite end of the inner end 21 located near the opposite side edge 9b And an outer end portion 22. The movable tape portion 14e has a distal end portion 24 including a gripping area 14d and a proximal end portion 28 connected to the outer end portion 22 of the fixed tape portion 14a, and is formed between both the portions 24 and 28. It consists of the 1st movable tape part 14b and the 2nd movable tape part 14c which are in the state folded over two through the bent part 14f. The 1st movable tape part 14b has the front-end | tip part 24 and the inner end part 23 near centerline PP, and the 2nd movable tape part 14c of the 1st movable tape part 14b is via the bending site | part 14f. It has an inner end portion 27 connected to the inner end portion 23 and a proximal end portion 28 connected to the outer end portion 22 of the fixed tape portion 14a. The first movable tape portion 14b is formed in the adhesive region 16a formed by the first adhesive 16 applied to the portion located in front of the gripping region 14d in the portion facing the second movable tape portion 14c. 2 Temporarily fixed to the movable tape portion 14c so as to be peelable. The second movable tape portion 14c is temporarily fixed to the inner end portion 21 of the fixed tape portion 14a so as to be peelable via the second adhesive 15 applied to the inner end portion 27 facing the fixed tape portion 14a. Yes.
[0015]
Such an adhesive tape piece 14 is attached to the outer sheet 3 in such a manner that the diaper 1 is extended in the width direction so that there is no gather in a portion between the side edge portions 9 a and 9 b and the side edge of the core 4. . Thereafter, when the auxiliary elastic member 8 contracts, the inner and outer surface sheets 2 and 3 are formed with a large number of fine gathers that are uneven in the trunk direction, and contract in the trunk direction, and the fixing tape portion 14a also contracts. To do. On the other hand, the second movable tape portion 14c is temporarily fixed so that the inner end portion 27 of the second movable tape portion 14a can be peeled off near the inner end portion 21 via the second adhesive 15 and the proximal end portion 28 is fixed tape. Although connected to the outer end portion 22 of the portion 14a, the inner end portion 27 and the proximal end portion 28 are separated from the fixed tape portion 14a (see FIG. 3), and the inner and outer surface sheets 2, 3 and the fixed tape Along with the contraction with the portion 14a, the portion between the inner end portion 27 and the base end portion 28 is curved so as to protrude outwardly away from the outer surface of the front waist region 5 as shown in the figure. The first movable tape portion 14b temporarily fixed to the second movable tape portion 14c is also curved in the same manner as the second movable tape portion 14c.
[0016]
The second movable tape portion 14c in such a state is curved such that the vicinity of the proximal end portion 28 where the adhesive region 16a of the first movable tape portion 14b is temporarily fixed is convex. When the holding area 14d of the movable tape portion 14b is pulled in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 2, that is, toward the outside of the side edge portion 9b, the second movable tape portion curved with the adhesive area 16a in front of the holding area 14d. The first movable tape portion 14b begins to peel from the second movable tape portion 14c in the direction of arrow B due to a peeling force acting between the base end portion 28 of 14c and the first movable tape portion indicated by the phantom line It will be in the state of 14b. When the gripping area 14d is further pulled in the direction of arrow A, the peeling force acts so that the inner end 27 of the second movable tape portion 14c eventually peels from the fixed tape portion 14a, and the adhesive tape piece 14 is moved to the side. The temporary fixing of the first and second movable tape portions 14b and 14c can be released by extending straight outward of the edge portion 9b. In such an adhesive tape piece 14, when it is extended, it is not necessary to reverse the direction of the holding area once and peel the overlapping tapes through the adhesive as in the prior art. However, it goes without saying that the adhesive tape piece 14 can reverse the direction of the gripping area 14d to separate the first movable tape portion 14b from the second movable tape portion 14c. Further, when the adhesive tape piece 14 is pulled in the direction of arrow A, the second movable tape portion 14c is peeled off from the fixed tape portion 14a, and then the first movable tape portion 14b is peeled off from the second movable tape portion 14c. In some cases, the effect of the present invention can be recognized even in such a peeling method. When the adhesive tape piece 14 is pulled in the direction of arrow A, the surfaces of the first movable tape portion 14b and the second movable tape portion 14c that face the outer sheet 3 are the inner surfaces of these movable tape portions 14b and 14c. FIG. 2 is an example of a state where the adhesive tape piece 14 is slightly pulled in the direction of the arrow A by the gripping area 14d. The 1st movable tape part 14b in the packaged diaper 1, the 2nd movable tape part 14c, and the fixed tape part 14a may overlap so that it may mutually contact | adhere.
[0017]
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the rolled diaper 1. The dirty diaper 1 can be spread by stopping the adhesive tape piece 14 extending long as shown in phantom in FIG. 2 at an appropriate part of the diaper 1 using the first adhesive 16 as a fastening means. It can be rounded so that there is no. However, the use of the adhesive tape piece 14 is not limited to rolling the diaper 1. When there is a slack around the waist of the worn diaper 1, the adhesive tape piece 14 can be pulled along the perimeter to remove the slack.
[0018]
The adhesive tape piece 14 illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4 includes a hook member and a loop member that engage and disengage the fastening means made of the first adhesive 16 applied to the inner surface of the first movable tape portion 14b. It can replace with the fastening means which consists of a hook member of the mechanical fastener formed by. The hook member is attached to the inner surface of the first movable tape portion 14b so as not to be peeled off. The movable tape portion 14e is formed of at least a portion of the second movable tape portion 14c with a nonwoven fabric or the like that acts as a loop member, and temporarily hooks the hook portion to the nonwoven fabric or the like. Moreover, the outer surface sheet 3 of the diaper 1 uses a nonwoven fabric for it, or uses the composite sheet which an inner side consists of a plastic film and an outer side consists of a nonwoven fabric. The diaper 1 thus obtained can be rolled as shown in FIG. 4 by engaging the nonwoven fabric and the hook member.
[0019]
FIG. 5 is a view similar to FIG. 2 showing an embodiment of the present invention. In this adhesive tape piece 14, gathers are formed in each of the fixed tape portion 14a and the first and second movable tape portions 14b and 14c. Also in the case of the adhesive tape piece 14, the second movable tape portion 14 c is curved so as to be convex outwardly away from the outer surface of the waist area 5 in the vicinity of the adhesive area 16 a of the adhesive tape piece 14. Therefore, the adhesive tape piece 14 can be extended straight simply by pulling in the direction of arrow A.
[0020]
FIG. 6 is also a drawing similar to FIG. 2 showing an example of the embodiment of the present invention. The adhesive tape piece 14 includes a fixed tape portion 14a, a first movable tape portion 14b, and a second movable tape portion 14c, each of which is made of a separate plastic film. The outer end portion 22 of the fixed tape portion 14a is folded back. The second movable tape portion 14c is bonded to the base end portion 28 through the fourth adhesive 34 so as not to be peeled off. The second movable tape portion 14c is bonded so that the inner end portion 27 is folded back to form a bent portion 14f and is not peeled off via the fifth adhesive 35 to the first movable tape portion 14b. Yes. The distal end 28a of the base end portion 28 of the second movable tape portion 14c is bonded to the outer surface sheet 3 via the sixth adhesive 36 beyond the fixed tape portion 14a in the waist direction. . Also in this adhesive tape piece 14, the fixed tape portion 14a is contracted by forming a gather, while the second movable tape portion 14c is curved, and the holding area 14d of the first movable tape portion 14b is indicated by an arrow. The adhesive tape piece 14 can be extended straight by simply pulling in the A direction.
[0021]
In this invention, the adhesive tape piece 14 can be made of a plastic film, a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, a sheet obtained by laminating at least two of these, or the like. However, in the preferred adhesive tape piece 14, a non-elastic elastic tape such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester or the like is used for the fixed tape portion 14a, and in addition to these non-elastic tapes for the movable tape portion 14e, Elastic tapes such as urethane are also used. The fixed tape portion 14a and the movable tape portion 14e can be made by folding a single tape or by joining a plurality of tapes. The thickness of these tapes is preferably about 10 to 100 microns. In the waist area of the diaper 1 to which the fixed tape portion 14a is attached, the size of the fixed tape portion 14a is reduced by contraction of the auxiliary elastic member 8 in the illustrated example. It is also possible to use the inner and outer surface sheets 2 and 3. However, in that case, the adhesive tape piece 14 is attached to the outer surface sheet 3 in a state where the inner and outer surface sheets 2 and 3 are stretched in the circumferential direction. As a part to which the adhesive tape piece 14 is attached, an appropriate part around the trunk can be selected in addition to the illustrated example. The application area | region of the 1st adhesive 16 with respect to the 1st movable tape part 14b of the adhesive tape pieces 14 can be provided only in the very limited site | part before the holding area 14d, Such adhesiveness The tape piece 14 can be easily extended and the amount of the adhesive 16 used can be reduced. In addition, the adhesive tape piece 14 extended using the fingertips holding the holding area 14d can be quickly fixed. There is also an advantage of being able to do it. By attaching the adhesive tape piece 14 to the outer surface sheet 3 so as to overlap the auxiliary elastic member 8, the degree of bending can be made remarkable.
[0022]
FIG. 7 is also the same drawing as FIG. 2 showing an example of the embodiment of the present invention. The adhesive tape piece 14 of this aspect also includes a fixed tape portion 14a and a movable tape portion 14e. The fixed tape portion 14 a has an inner end portion 21 that is turned back toward the outer end portion 22. The movable tape portion 14e extends in the circumferential direction without being folded back, and is bonded to the inner end portion 21 of the fixed tape portion 14a via the seventh adhesive 47 so that the proximal end portion 28 is not peeled off. In addition, it is adhered to the outer surface sheet 3 via the eighth adhesive 48 closer to the center line PP (see FIG. 1) than the inner end portion 21. The distal end portion 24 of the movable tape portion 14e has a non-adhesive holding area 14d and an adhesive area 16a formed by the first adhesive 16 applied in front of the holding area 14d. The adhesive tape 16 is temporarily fixed to the fixed tape portion 14a through the adhesive 16 so as to be peelable. The fixed tape portion 14 a and the movable tape portion 14 e have substantially the same length between the first adhesive 16 and the seventh adhesive 47. When a material having higher rigidity than the inner and outer surface sheets 2 and 3 is used as the fixing tape portion 14a, the fixing tape portion 14a is slightly gathered when the inner and outer surface sheets 2 and 3 contract. Although it shrinks, it does not shrink as much as these sheets 2 and 3, and it curves so as to protrude outwardly away from the outer surface of the waist area 5 . In particular, when the fixing tape portion 14a is attached to the outer surface sheet 3 by the adhesive 17 applied intermittently in the circumferential direction as shown in the illustrated example, it is curved so as to be convex between the adhesives 17 and 17. It's easy to do. The movable tape part 14e is temporarily fixed to the fixed tape part 14a in which the adhesive area 16a formed in front of the holding area 14d is curved. Such an adhesive tape piece 14 can peel the movable tape portion 14e from the fixed tape portion 14a only by pulling the gripping area 14d substantially straight in the direction of arrow A. The peelable movable tape portion 14e can be used to roll the diaper 1 as shown in FIG. 4 using the first adhesive 16 or to take up the slack around the waist of the worn diaper 1.
[0023]
FIG. 8 is a drawing similar to FIG. 7 showing an example of the embodiment. In this case, the fixing tape portion 14a of the adhesive tape piece 14 in the diaper 1 is fixed to the outer sheet 3 by the adhesive 17 applied continuously, not intermittently.
[0024]
The adhesive tape piece 14 illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 8 is similar to the diaper 1 illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4 except that the first adhesive 16 applied to the first movable tape portion 14b is a hook member of a mechanical fastener. Can be substituted. The movable tape portion or the fixed tape portion facing the first movable tape portion 14b having the hook member can be temporarily fixed so that the first movable tape portion 14b can be peeled by being made of a nonwoven fabric or the like that can act as a loop member. .
[0025]
FIG. 9 is a view similar to FIG. 8 showing an example of the embodiment of the present invention. However, in this diaper 1, a tape piece 114 is used in place of the adhesive tape piece 14, and the tape piece 114 consists only of the movable tape portion 114e. The movable tape portion 114 e is bonded so that the base end portion 128 is not peeled off from the outer surface sheet 3 via the eighth adhesive 48. The distal end portion 124 of the movable tape portion 114e has a gripping area 114d and a hook member 116 that is a fastening means formed in front of the gripping area 114d, and is peeled to the outer sheet 3 via the hook member 116. Temporarily fixed as possible. In the vicinity of the portion where the hook member 116 is temporarily fixed, the outer surface sheet 3 is curved so as to be convex outward. The outer sheet 3 is formed of a nonwoven fabric that allows the hook member 116 to be temporarily fixed.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
In the diaper according to the present invention, the tape piece having fastening means and extending in the circumferential direction is attached to the outer surface of the diaper, and the movable tape part is connected to one end of the fixed tape part. Thus, the gripping area and the fastening means positioned before the gripping area are formed at the tip of the movable tape portion. The movable tape portion is temporarily fixed so that the fastening means can be peeled off at a curved portion protruding outwardly away from the outer surface of the waist- covering region . By simply pulling in the length direction, the temporary fixing of the movable tape portion can be released.
