Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pants-type disposable diaper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, when disposable diapers contaminated with excrement are discarded, the diapers are sometimes rolled and fixed with an adhesive tape or a rubber ring so that the diapers do not spread again. In this case, since the open type diaper usually has an adhesive tape fastener on both sides, the fastener can be used as a fastening means instead of an adhesive tape or a rubber ring. On the other hand, since the pants-type diaper does not have such a fastening means, it is necessary to attach a fastening tape in advance based on the technology disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 5-21935 and 5-39531. is there.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the technique of the above-mentioned publication teaches that all of the adhesive fastening tape pieces are temporarily attached to the top sheet or the back sheet in the vicinity of the waist opening or the leg opening. However, since these openings are usually formed by attaching an elastic member to the periphery thereof in an extended state to form a gather, the tape piece temporarily attached by the gather may be folded many times. . As a result, there is a problem that the tape piece sometimes peels off spontaneously, and the exposed adhesive surface of the tape piece becomes dirty before use and becomes useless. Further, there is also a problem that the tip of the tape piece to be gripped when the temporarily attached tape piece is peeled off is buried in the gather, making it difficult to identify, and it is troublesome to find the tip in an emergency. Furthermore, if the rigidity of the tape piece was higher than that of the top sheet or the back sheet, gathers were hard to occur in the tape piece and its vicinity, and only there was a noticeable hindrance to the appearance, or a gather was generated. Even so, there is a problem that the peripheral edge of the tape piece is angular and may stimulate the wearer's skin.
[0004]
Therefore, in the present invention, on the outer surface of the back sheet that does not cause gathering due to the presence of the liquid absorbent core having a relatively high rigidity, an adhesive fastening tape piece that can be peeled in any of the up and down directions is provided. It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems of the related art at a glance by providing them.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Means for solving the above-mentioned problems according to the present invention are as follows.
[0006]
In the present invention, the liquid-absorbent core is interposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the liquid-impermeable back sheet, and expands and contracts substantially in each of the waist direction and the left and right leg directions. Disposable pants having an elastic member, and temporarily attaching a vertically extending adhesive tape piece to the outer surface of the back sheet in a releasable manner, and having one of upper and lower ends of the tape piece fixed to the outer surface. It assumes a type diaper.
[0007]
Under such a premise, a large number of elastic members extending in the waist direction are adhered substantially in parallel to the inner surface of the back sheet, and in a state where the adhesive tape piece is bent in two in the longitudinal direction, A feature of the present invention is that the elastic member is attached to the smooth outer surface of the back sheet without causing gathers.
[0008]
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a large number of the elastic members are attached to the inner surface of the back sheet over a range of 1/4 or more from the top of the length of the diaper from the periphery of the waist opening to the lower end of the crotch region. And the adhesive tape piece is attached to the smooth outer surface of the back sheet above the core region, which is located below a number of the elastic members. Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member in the diaper waist direction has a relatively strong elastic ribbon attached to the waist opening peripheral edge, and the front and rear body excluding the opening peripheral edge. An elastic ribbon having a relatively low contraction force is attached to at least one of them.
[0009]
The disposable pants-type diaper thus configured has gathers around the waist and legs due to the presence of the elastic member, but the adhesive tape pieces are attached to the outer surface of the smooth back sheet and are affected by the gathers. It does not gather itself.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The details of the disposable pants-type diaper according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0011]
FIG. 1 is a partially broken perspective view of the diaper 1 as viewed from the rear side (back side). The diaper 1 has a liquid-absorbent core 4 interposed between a liquid-permeable topsheet 2 made of non-woven fabric and a liquid-impermeable backsheet 3 made of plastic film, and has a waist opening 5 and a pair of left and right legs. And a peripheral opening 6. The up-down direction of the diaper 1 includes front and rear body portions 7a and 7b and inseam regions 8a and 8b. It is fixed so that it cannot be peeled off. At the periphery of the waist opening 5 and the leg opening 6, elastic ribbons 9 and 10 are attached to at least one of the inner surfaces of the front and back sheets 2 and 3 in an extended state. In addition, at least one of the front and rear bodies 7a, 7b extends over a quarter or more of the length from the periphery of the opening 5 to the lower end of the crotch region 8a, 8b. A large number of elastic ribbons 12 are attached substantially in parallel. The elastic ribbon 12 is for making the circumference of the torso lightly fit to the wearer, and the contraction force of each of them is weaker than that of the elastic ribbon 10. The liquid-absorbent core 4 is obtained by compression-molding a crushed pulp or a mixture of a crushed pulp and a superabsorbent polymer, has a thickness of 3 to 20 mm, and is included in a member constituting the diaper 1. It has relatively high rigidity and hardly deforms due to the contraction force of the elastic ribbons 9, 10, 12. The left and right side edges of the core 4 are located near the left and right elastic ribbons 9 in the crotch regions 8a and 8b, and are separated slightly inward from the left and right joints 19 in the front and rear bodies 7a and 7b. It is located near C. On the center line CC of the crotch region 8b on the rear side of the diaper 1, an adhesive tape 15 extending vertically is attached. When the diaper 1 is in a natural state, the elastic ribbons 9, 10, 12 contract to generate a large number of gathers near the openings 5, 6 and the front and rear bodies 7a, 7b. The crotch regions 8a and 8b filled with the above have almost no gathers in the vicinity thereof, and the back sheet 3 there is smooth.
[0012]
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a main part along a center line CC of FIG. 1 and shows details of the adhesive tape piece 15. The tape piece 15 is obtained by bending a tape base made of a single plastic film or a nonwoven fabric having a width of 5 to 30 mm into two in the longitudinal direction along a folding curve A, and fitting the same vertically. It is located near the lower end of the crotch region 8b. The bent lower portion 16 has a length of 10 to 60 mm, is fixed to the outer surface of the back sheet 3 by the adhesive 17, and is not easily peeled off. The upper portion 18 has a longer dimension between both ends AD than the lower portion 16, and an adhesive 20 is applied to 3 to 10 mm between ABs constituting the AD, and an inner surface of the lower portion 16 is formed. And does not peel off easily. The adhesive 21 is applied between 10 and 60 mm between the BC and the inner surface of the lower portion 16, and the portion extending upward from the inner surface of the diaper 1 to the outer surface of the back sheet 3. Temporarily attached so that it can be peeled off. The area between 5 and 20 mm between the CDs at the upper end is a holding area where no adhesive is applied. When the tape piece 15 is pulled in the direction of the arrow Y, that is, in the downward direction of the diaper 1 with the holding area CD, the space between the BCs is peeled and the adhesive 21 is exposed. The adhesive force of the adhesives 17 and 20 is much stronger than that of the adhesive 21. The peeling of the tape piece 15 stops at B and does not proceed further in the direction of A.
[0013]
FIG. 3 is a schematic side view of the diaper 1 showing a state in which the diaper 1 contaminated with excrement is folded in two in the up-down direction, overlapped, and fastened with a tape piece 15. As shown in the figure, if the folded portion of the diaper 1 is stopped between the BCs, which are the re-stickable adhesive portions of the tape pieces 15, the dirty diaper 1 does not spread. Note that the tape piece 15 that has been fixed sometimes has an opening angle α of 90 ° or more from the inner surface of the lower portion 16 at the boundary line B between the adhesives 20 and 21. A strong peeling force acts on the adhesive 20 at the line B. However, since the pressure-sensitive adhesive 20 has a strong pressure-sensitive adhesive strength that can withstand the force, the space between the AB and the pressure-sensitive adhesive is not separated. Further, when the space between AB acts as described above, a force for peeling the tape piece 15 in the direction of the arrow X from the portion of the fold curve A, which is the boundary between the tape piece 15 and the back sheet 3, hardly acts. Even if the adhesive strength of the tape is slightly weak, there is no trouble that the tape piece 15 is peeled off from the diaper 1.
[0014]
In the diaper 1 according to the present invention, in the other parts except between the BCs of the tape piece 15, an adhesive is used instead of the adhesive to adhere and fix the materials together, or a technique of heat-sealing the material is used. Or you can. The peeling direction of the tape piece 15 can be directed to the top of the pants, as opposed to the illustrated example, and the attachment position can be set to the front (belly) side instead of the rear side of the diaper 1. Still further, the tape piece 15 may be formed by using a single tape base material without being bent into two pieces, fixing one end of the tape base material, and temporarily attaching the remaining portion in a releasable manner. The back sheet 3 can be made of a plastic film having elasticity or a nonwoven fabric laminated on the outer surface of the plastic film to have a cloth-like feel. In the latter case, the adhesive tape strip 15 is attached to the outer surface of the nonwoven.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
In the disposable pants-type diaper according to the present invention, since the tape piece for fastening is attached to the outer surface of the smooth back sheet which does not generate gathers by the waist elastic member or the leg elastic member, the diaper is gathered. However, the tape is not affected by the gathers, and the problem that the tape is naturally peeled off before use and that it is difficult to find the holding portion when peeling is solved.
