このように本実施の形態においては、多気筒エンジンにおける気筒毎の燃焼圧を計測したデータを、センサからの電荷の漏洩やセンサの個体差及び温度変化によるセンサ出力の変化等に対応するといった複雑な処理を要することなく、簡素な構成で正確且つ効率よく収集することができ、エンジン制御装置側の負担を軽減することができる。尚且つ、エンジンの気筒数に拘わらず1つの連続した入力信号として最低限の処理で有効に活用することを可能としている。

Claims (2)
- 気筒毎に装着され、筒内圧に応じた電荷信号を出力する筒内圧センサと、
上記筒内圧センサに接続され、上記筒内圧センサからの電荷信号を電圧信号に変換して出力すると共に、前記電圧信号が上昇し、ピークを超えて下降する過程において所定の電圧を下回ったとき、入力側電荷を放電して、上記筒内圧センサの電荷発生開始時と終了時とで上記電圧信号のゼロ点が同一レベルとなるよう自動的に補正する自動補正機能を有する気筒毎のアンプ回路と、
エンジンの気筒判別結果に基づく信号により、上記気筒毎のアンプ回路の出力信号から計測対象となる系統を選択して燃焼圧データを出力する切換回路とを備えたことを特徴とする多気筒エンジンの燃焼圧データ収集システム。 - 上記アンプ回路に、
信号伝達系で発生する電荷の漏洩による負方向のドリフトを自動的に補正する自動補正機能を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の多気筒エンジンの燃焼圧データ収集システム。
