前記磁気共鳴検出器は、電子スピン共鳴装置のTM 110 モード検出器であり、誘電体共振器の外壁部には、誘電体共振器の円筒軸と平行に、周方向と直交する向きに溝が設けられていることを特徴としている。

- 電磁場シールドで囲まれた空間の中に配置された円筒状の誘電体共振器で高周波を共振させ、誘電体共振器の内孔にセットされた測定試料に高周波磁界を印加することによって、測定試料に磁気共鳴を起こさせる磁気共鳴検出器において、
前記磁気共鳴検出器は、電子スピン共鳴装置のTE 011 モード検出器であり、誘電体共振器の外壁部には、誘電体共振器の周に沿って円筒軸方向と直交する向きに溝が設けられていることを特徴とする磁気共鳴検出器。 - 電磁場シールドで囲まれた空間の中に配置された円筒状の誘電体共振器で高周波を共振させ、誘電体共振器の内孔にセットされた測定試料に高周波磁界を印加することによって、測定試料に磁気共鳴を起こさせる磁気共鳴検出器において、
