Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stabilizer with a connecting rod in which connecting rods are fixed to both ends of a stabilizer used as a shock absorber for a wheel in an automobile or the like, and a method for manufacturing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional stabilizers with connecting rods have a U-shaped stabilizer that is flattened from both sides and penetrated through holes, and a circular recess centered on the hole is provided on both sides of the flattened surface. A rubber bush is fitted into each seating surface, and the base end of the connecting rod is passed through the bush and the flattened surface hole, and a nut is screwed into the base end of the connecting rod. After assembling the bushing, the base end of the connecting rod is fixed to both ends of the stabilizer, and then the tip of the connecting rod is fastened under the vehicle body floor and the stabilizer is mounted on the vehicle. In the assembly process, parts such as stabilizers, bushes, connecting rods, and nuts were individually assembled sequentially.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in conventional stabilizers with connecting rods, the concave molds provided on both flattened sides of the stabilizer are heavily worn, so the concave molds are molded correctly. Has to be constantly corrected, which requires a large amount of manufacturing costs.
[0004]
Further, in the conventional assembling method, first, an assembling process for fixing the base end of the connecting rod to the both ends of the stabilizer with nuts is performed, and then a process for fastening the leading end of the connecting rod to the vehicle body floor is performed. Needed a mounting process.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide a stabilizer with a connecting rod that can be easily assembled at low cost, and a method for manufacturing the same, by reducing the conventional cost and process.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 is a stabilizer having a flattened surface having no recesses at both ends, a bush bonded to the flattened surface with a vulcanizing adhesive, and a proximal end penetrating the flattened surface and the bush. And a connecting rod that clamps and clamps the bush, and there is no need to provide recesses in the flattened surfaces of both ends of the stabilizer, and the bushing is added to the flattened surface. Since it is bonded with sulfur adhesive, it is easy to assemble the connecting rod.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, a flattened surface having no recesses is formed at both ends of the stabilizer, a bush coated with a vulcanized adhesive is pasted on the flattened surface, and a base end of a connecting rod is attached to the flattened surface. And tightening the bush with a nut that passes through the bush and screwed to the proximal end of the connecting rod, and then paints and heats the stabilizer and the connecting rod to dry the paint and fix the vulcanized adhesive. In the method of manufacturing a stabilizer with a connecting rod, the heating process for vulcanization adhesion of the bush can be performed using a drying heating process for coating.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0008]
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an example of an embodiment of a stabilizer with a connecting rod according to the present invention, and a flattened surface 2 flat at both ends of the U-shaped stabilizer 1 so as to be parallel to both surfaces. Is formed.
[0009]
FIG. 1 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of an end portion of a stabilizer 1, and a hole 3 that is penetrated in a direction perpendicular to the flattened surface 2 is formed at the approximate center of the flattened surface 2. The entire flattened surface 2 is flat without providing a circular recess centered on the hole 3 as described above.
[0010]
On the flattened surfaces 2 formed on both sides of the stabilizer 1, a rubber bush 4 coated with a vulcanized adhesive is affixed so that the center thereof matches the center of the hole 3. On the outside, a seat plate 5 coated with a vulcanized adhesive is affixed.
[0011]
Next, the base end 7 of the connecting rod 6 is passed through the seat plate 5, the bush 4, the hole 3 in the flattened surface 2, the bush 4 and the seat plate 5 from the outside of the U-shaped stabilizer 1. A nut portion 8 is integrally formed in advance on the base end 7 of the connecting rod 6 and a male screw 9 is engraved, and a male screw 10 is also engraved on the other end of the connecting rod 6. ing.
[0012]
A nut 11 is screwed onto a male screw 9 engraved on the base plate 7 of the connecting rod 6 penetrating the seat plate 5, the bush 4, the hole 3 of the flattened surface 2, the bush 4, and the seat plate 5. The bushes 4 and 4 are tightened from both sides by the nut portion 8 and the nut 11. Then, the entire stabilizer 1 and the connecting rod 6 are painted, put in a heating and drying furnace and heated, and in the drying and heating process of the coating, the vulcanized adhesive applied to the bush 4 and the seat plate 5 is simultaneously heated and applied. The bush 4 is firmly bonded to the flattened surface 2 of the stabilizer 1 and the seat plate 5 is firmly bonded to the bush 4.
[0013]
As a result, the connecting rod 6 is integrally connected to both ends of the stabilizer 1. Therefore, in the step of mounting the stabilizer 1 on the vehicle, the male screw 10 at the tip of the connecting rod 6 is screwed to a predetermined position under the floor. Only one step is required, and the connecting rod 6 can be easily mounted under the vehicle body floor.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since it is not necessary to provide a recess in the flattened surface of the stabilizer, the repair cost due to wear of the molding die for the concave portion becomes unnecessary, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the bush is formed on the flattened surface. Since the adhesive is bonded with the vulcanized adhesive, the bush is firmly adhered to the flattened surface of the bush, the sliding wear of the bush is eliminated, the durability is increased, and the connecting rod can be easily attached.
[0015]
The invention of claim 2 uses the drying and heating process of the coating to simultaneously vulcanize and bond the bushing to the flattened surface of the bush, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the connecting rod is integrally connected to the stabilizer. Therefore, there is an effect that the mounting work of the stabilizer to the vehicle becomes easy.
