Claims (5)
- 第1コモンゲートトランジスタと第2コモンゲートトランジスタとを含むコモンゲート増幅段と、
第1コモンソーストランジスタと第2コモンソーストランジスタとを含むコンパレータ段と、
第1コモンドレイントランジスタと第2コモンドレイントランジスタとを含む第1バッファ段と、
第1抵抗と第2抵抗とを含む帰還段と、を有し、
第1信号電流が前記第1コモンゲートトランジスタのソースに入力され、前記第1信号電流が増幅され、前記第1コモンゲートトランジスタのドレインから第1電圧が出力され、
第2信号電流が前記第2コモンゲートトランジスタのソースに入力され、前記第2信号電流が増幅され、前記第2コモンゲートトランジスタのドレインから第2電圧が出力され、
前記第1電圧が前記第1コモンソーストランジスタのゲートに入力され、前記第1コモンソーストランジスタのドレインが第1受動デバイスを介して電圧源VDDに接続され、前記第1コモンソーストランジスタのドレインから第3電圧が出力され、
前記第2電圧が前記第2コモンソーストランジスタのゲートに入力され、前記第2コモンソーストランジスタのドレインが第2受動デバイスを介して前記電圧源VDDに接続され、前記第2コモンソーストランジスタのドレインから第4電圧が出力され、
前記第3電圧が前記第1コモンドレイントランジスタのゲートに入力され、前記第1コモンドレイントランジスタのソースが第3受動デバイスを介して電圧源VSSに接続され、前記第1コモンドレイントランジスタのソースから第5電圧が出力され、
前記第4電圧が前記第2コモンドレイントランジスタのゲートに入力され、前記第2コモンドレイントランジスタのソースが第4受動デバイスを介して前記電圧源VSSに接続され、前記第2コモンドレイントランジスタのソースから第6電圧が出力され、
前記第1抵抗が前記第1コモンドレイントランジスタのソースと前記第1コモンゲートトランジスタのドレインとの間に位置し、前記第5電圧が前記第1抵抗を介して前記第1コモンゲートトランジスタのドレインに帰還され、
前記第2抵抗が前記第2コモンドレイントランジスタのソースと前記第2コモンゲートトランジスタのドレインとの間に位置し、前記第6電圧が前記第2抵抗を介して前記第2コモンゲートトランジスタのドレインに帰還されるものである、
ことを特徴とするセンシング回路。 - 請求項1に記載のセンシング回路において、さらに、
前記第5電圧を入力し第7電圧を出力し、かつ、前記第6電圧を入力し第8電圧を出力する第2バッファ段を含む、
ことを特徴とするセンシング回路。 - 請求項1または2に記載のセンシング回路において、
前記第1コモンゲートトランジスタは第1負荷と第2負荷との間に直列に接続されることを特徴とするセンシング回路。 - 請求項3に記載のセンシング回路において、
前記第1負荷と前記第2負荷は抵抗であることを特徴とするセンシング回路。 - 請求項3に記載のセンシング回路において、
前記第1負荷はトランジスタであり、前記トランジスタのゲートはバイアス回路によってバイアスされていることを特徴とするセンシング回路。
