Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fixture that houses a distribution board that can be used by being embedded in a wall surface of a general house.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, in an apartment house or a detached house, a distribution board is often attached to the upper part of the wall surface, and the distribution board is constructed so as to be exposed from the wall surface. In addition, power lines connected to internal devices such as main switches and branch switches housed in distribution boards are routed in the ceiling or in the wall, and if they are in the ceiling, they are arranged along the wall surface. The power line is drawn into the distribution board through the conduit, and if it is wiring in the wall, it is drawn into the distribution board through an opening formed in the wall surface on the back side of the distribution board.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the distribution board is often arranged in an inconspicuous place in the house, but although it is not conspicuous, if the distribution board is exposed on the wall surface, there arises a problem that the appearance of the room is impaired. In addition, when a conduit is used to bring down the power line from the ceiling to the distribution board, there is a problem that the conduit is exposed on the wall surface and the interior appearance is impaired. On the other hand, the configuration in which the power line is routed in the wall and the power line is passed on the back side of the distribution board is more beautiful than the case of using the conduit, but the power line is set up in the wall. Wiring work is troublesome because it has to be raised, and it takes time and labor for wiring work. In addition, it is difficult to handle power supply lines in the wall at the time of wiring maintenance inspection.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above reasons, and its purpose is to prevent the appearance of the room from being damaged by the distribution board, and to stand up the wiring without using a conduit or wiring in the wall. It is an object of the present invention to provide a fixture that houses a distribution board that can be easily raised or lowered and can be easily wired.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

In addition, since the separation plate 5 can be attached to a desired position in the left-right direction with respect to the attachment bar 6, the position of the separation plate 5 is adjusted according to the ratio of the power supply line Lp and the information line Li to the wiring space SP. Thus, it is possible to cope with a large amount of wiring between the power supply line Lp and the information line Li.
[0009]
The invention of claim 2 is characterized in that, in the invention of claim 1, an opening portion 7 for wiring is formed in at least one of the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the wiring space SP. According to this configuration, the internal wiring of the wiring space SP can be connected to the ceiling wiring or the underfloor wiring through the opening 7, and the connection to the ceiling wiring or the underfloor wiring becomes easy.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the embodiment of the invention described below, the power distribution board is simply referred to as “distribution board 3”, and the information distribution board is referred to as “information panel 4”.
[0011]
( Reference example )
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, the reference example includes a box body 1 embedded in a wall surface MR of a house. Embedding the box body 1 in the wall surface MR is not essential to the present invention, and it is possible to arrange the box body 1 in contact with the wall surface MR. It is desirable to reduce the amount of protrusion into the room. The box body 1 is formed to have a relatively small thickness (for example, about 210 mm) in the front-rear direction so that a portion that hardly protrudes from the wall surface MR is not formed when embedded in the wall surface MR. In a state in which the box body 1 is embedded in the wall surface MR, the back surface of the box body 1 abuts on a construction WL such as a structural driving body. The box body 1 is placed on the floor surface FL, and a spacer 11 is disposed between the front end of the upper surface of the box body 1 and the ceiling surface CL, and a gap between the box body 1 and the ceiling surface CL is filled. Therefore, the box body 1 is disposed over substantially the entire length between the floor surface FL and the ceiling surface CL.
[0012]
The box body 1 includes a pair of left and right side plates 12, the upper ends of the side plates 12 are connected via an upper plate 13, and the lower ends of the side plates 12 are connected via a lower plate 14. The upper plate 13 is located at the upper end of the side plate 12, but the lower plate 14 is located above the floor surface FL, and a leg plate 15 is disposed between the front end of the lower plate 14 and the floor surface FL, The space between the plate 14 and the floor surface FL is closed. Each of the upper plate 13 and the lower plate 14 is formed with a rectangular opening 7 having an open rear end edge (see FIGS. 6 and 12). Upper and lower three attachment frames 16a to 16c are fixed to the rear end portions of the side plates 12, respectively. That is, the central mounting frame 16b is interposed between the upper and lower mounting frames 16a and 16c. The upper and lower mounting frames 16a and 16c shown in FIGS. 8 and 12 have a larger front-rear width than the central mounting frame 16b shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, and the front portion projects forward from the front edge of the mounting frame 16b. To do.
[0013]
By the way, between the both side plates 12 and in front of the attachment frame 16b, a shelf plate 17a whose rear part abuts on the lower surface of the attachment frame 16a and a counter 17b whose rear part abuts on the upper surface of the attachment frame 16c are attached. That is, the upper plate 13 and the lower plate 14 of the box body 1 are partitioned into three upper and lower storage chambers 2a to 2c by the shelf plate 17a and the counter 17b. With this configuration, the storage portion 2a is formed between the upper plate 13 and the shelf plate 17a, the storage portion 2b is formed between the both shelf plates 17a and the counter 17b, and between the counter 17b and the lower plate 14. A storage portion 2c is formed in the storage. A part of the back plate 22b of the storage portion 2b is sandwiched between the rear surface of the shelf plate 17a and the counter 17b and the mounting frame 16b. That is, the back plate 22b of the storage portion 2b is attached to the box body 1 without using a fixing tool such as a screw, and the appearance is not impaired even if the back plate 22b is exposed. As shown in FIG. 11, a pair of left and right counter receivers 18a that contact the lower surface of the counter 17b are provided in front of the upper end of the mounting frame 16c, and a door stop plate 18b is fixed between the front ends of both counter receivers 18a. . Further, a decorative plate 18c is overlaid on the front surface of the door stop plate 18b, leaving the lower end of the door stop plate 18b.
[0014]
On the other hand, the storage units 2a and 2c are provided with doors 21a and 21c that open and close the front surfaces of the storage units 2a and 2c, respectively. That is, the doors 21a and 21c are attached to the box body 1 using hinges having a well-known structure (so-called slide hinges), and can be freely opened and closed between positions where the front surfaces of the storage portions 2a and 2c are closed and opened. It has become. The upper end of the door 21c is in contact with the lower end of the door contact plate 18b in a state in which the storage portion 2c is closed, and the decorative plate 18c is exposed between the counter 17b and the door 21c in this state. A switch SW is provided at one end of the decorative plate 18c in the left-right direction. This switch SW is used to turn on / off the lighting fixture LM provided at the center of the shelf 17a.
[0015]
The left and right sides of the back plate 22a of the storage portion 2a are attached to the mounting frame 16a corresponding to the storage portion 2a using the mounting screws 19a having the configuration shown in FIG. The mounting screw 19a is a tapping screw, and after the mounting screw 19a is screwed into the mounting frame 16a through the back plate 22a, a synthetic resin decorative cap 19b is attached to the screw head so that the mounting screw 19a is not conspicuous. Hidden in. Similarly, also in the storage part 2c, the back plate 22c is attached to the mounting frame 16c using the mounting screws 19a. In the storage portions 2 a and 2 c, the back plates 22 a and 22 c are formed by three members including a pair of upper and lower plate plates 23 and an H-shaped mounting plate 24 disposed between the plate plates 23. Accordingly, two through holes 25 are formed between the plate plate 23 and a part of the mounting plate 24 to communicate the spaces before and after the back plates 22a and 22c.
[0016]
As is clear from the above-described configuration, a gap is formed between the back plates 22a to 22c of the storage units 2a to 2c and the built-up structure WL, and the size of the clearance in the front-rear direction varies depending on the storage units 2a to 2c. The box body 1 is continuous over the entire length in the vertical direction. In the present invention, this gap is used as the wiring space SP. Since the box body 1 is provided over the entire length between the floor surface FL and the ceiling surface CL, the wiring space SP is also substantially used. In other words, it is formed over the entire length between the floor surface FL and the ceiling surface CL.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 1, the distribution board 3 is attached to the attachment plate 24 of the storage part 2a, and the information board 4 is attached to the attachment plate 24 of the storage part 2c. The distribution board 3 incorporates a main switch or a branch switch as an internal unit, and the information panel 4 includes a DSU connected to a telephone line, a TV booster, a modem or router for connecting to a WAN, Various information devices such as a hub for constructing an indoor LAN or an access point for a wireless LAN can be incorporated. By using the information board 4, various information lines Li drawn into the house can be centrally managed at one place. By storing the distribution board 3 and the information board 4 in the storage units 2a and 2c having the doors 21a and 21c as described above, the distribution board 3 and the information board 4 can be used if the doors 21a and 21c are normally closed. It is possible to prevent the appearance of the room from being damaged without being exposed to the inside. In addition, if operation or inspection of the distribution board 3 or the information board 4 is necessary, the operation can be easily performed by opening the doors 21a and 21c.
[0018]
The power supply line Lp (see FIG. 14) connected to the internal unit of the distribution board 3 and the information line Li (see FIG. 14) connected to the internal unit of the information panel 4 pass through the through holes 25 and the rear surfaces of the back plates 22a and 22c. To the wiring space SP on the side. Here, as shown in FIG. 14, in a double structure ceiling in which a ceiling panel CP is suspended by a structural bolt (slab or the like) SB with suspension bolts VC, the power line Lp may be wired in the ceiling. On the floor having a double structure in which the floor panel FP is mounted on the body (floor base, etc.) SB via the support legs FF, the information line Li may be wired in the floor. The power line Lp from the wiring space SP to the ceiling is passed through an opening 7 provided at the upper end of the box body 1, and the information line Li from the wiring space SP to the floor is an opening provided at the lower end of the box body 1. Pass through 7. In this way, the power supply line Lp and the information line Li are led to the ceiling or floor through the wiring space SP and through the opening 7, so that the falling wiring from the ceiling and the rising wiring from the floor can be separated without exposing them to the outside. It can be connected to the electrical panel 3 and the information panel 4. Here, since the distribution board 3 is accommodated in the uppermost storage section 2a, it can be connected to the distribution board 3 without greatly routing the wiring from the ceiling, and the information panel is connected to the lowermost storage section 2c. Since 4 is stored, it can be connected to the information panel 4 without largely routing the wiring from under the floor.
[0019]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 15, the mounting bars 6 are installed between the side plates 12 at the upper end and the lower end of the wiring space SP, and the separate plate 5 is attached between the both mounting bars 6. The separate plate 5 is made of an insulating material and is used for the purpose of separating the wiring space SP into two left and right chambers. In general, the power supply line Lp and the information line Li are required to prevent contact for the purpose of suppressing an increase in crosstalk. Therefore, by providing a separate plate 5, as shown in FIG. The wiring chamber Rp for wiring the power supply line Lp (see FIG. 14) connected to the board 3 and the wiring chamber Ri for wiring the information line Li (see FIG. 14) connected to the information board 4 are separated. The separating plate 5 is fixed to the mounting bar 6 by screws (not shown) that are screwed to the separating plate 5 through the mounting bar 6, and the mounting position of the separate plate 5 on the mounting bar 6 is between the power line Lp and the information line Li. It is set appropriately according to the amount of wiring. That is, when the space occupied by the information line Li is larger than the power line Lp, as shown in FIG. 16, the separation plate 5 is attached so that the wiring chamber Ri is wider than the wiring chamber Rp, and the space occupied by the information line Li is the power source. When the number is smaller than the line Lp, as shown in FIG. 17, the separation plate 5 may be attached so that the wiring chamber Ri is narrower than the wiring chamber Rp.
[0020]
In the construction in which the distribution board 3 and the information board 4 are exposed to the wall surface MR, the wiring to the distribution board 3 and the information board 4 is placed in the wall before the construction of the wall panel forming the wall surface MR. Through the construction of the wall panel, the wiring drawn from the wall panel was connected to the distribution board 3 and information panel 4 and the distribution panel 3 and information panel 4 were fixed to the wall panel after the cross was installed. And electrical work had to be done alternately. On the other hand, if the configuration of the present reference example is adopted, the connection of the wiring to the distribution board 3 and the information board 4 and the fixing of the distribution board 3 and the information board 4 to the box body 1 are in any construction process. Since it is possible to carry out all at once at the stage, it is not necessary to carry out the construction work and the electrical work alternately, and the construction process can be made more efficient.
[0021]
(In the form of implementation)
As shown in FIG. 18, the present embodiment is different from the reference example in the structure for connecting the separation plate 5 to the mounting bar 6. That is, in the reference example , the separate plate 5 is fixed to the mounting bar 6 with screws, whereas in this embodiment, the mounting bracket 8 having a shape as shown in FIG. 18B is used. The mounting bracket 8 includes a guide portion 8 a having a cross-sectional shape straddling the mounting bar 6, and a fixing piece 8 b that extends from one end of the guide portion 8 a to the upper surface or the lower surface of the separation plate 5 extends. In the illustrated example, the mounting bar 6 has a rectangular cross section, so the guide portion 8a is formed in a U-shaped cross section. Thus, with the guide portion 8a straddling the upper and lower mounting bars 6, the fixing pieces 8b of the upper and lower mounting brackets 8 are fixed to the upper surface and the lower surface of the separate plate 5 with fixing tools such as screws, respectively. Then, the separate plate 5 can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the mounting bar 6, and the position of the separate plate 5 can be adjusted. If it is necessary to fix the position of the separate plate 5, a screw may be screwed into the mounting bar 6 through the guide portion 8a. Other configurations and functions are the same as those in the reference example .
[0022]
While in the implementation embodiments described above shows an example in which houses the information panel 4 at the bottom of the receiving portion 2c as well as housing the distribution board 3 at the top of housing portion 2a, as shown in FIG. 19, The information panel 4 may be stored in the uppermost storage section 2a and the distribution board 3 may be stored in the lowermost storage section 2c. Further, as shown in FIG. 20, only the distribution board 3 or the information board 4 is stored only in the uppermost storage section 2a, or the distribution board 3 or the information is stored only in the lowermost storage section 2c as shown in FIG. Only the board 4 may be stored. In addition, the ceiling and floor of the double structure are exemplified as the ceiling and floor. However, even if the floor is a direct ceiling with a ceiling panel attached to the structural body or a floor with the floor panel directly attached to the structural body, The technical idea of the invention is applicable. Furthermore, it goes without saying that one of the ceiling and the floor may have a double structure and the other may not have a double structure.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the distribution board is housed in the upper and lower parts of the box body standing between the floor surface and the ceiling surface, and a door is provided in the housing part housing the distribution board. Since the electrical panel is concealed, the electrical distribution panel is not exposed to the room, and the interior appearance can be maintained. Moreover, since the door only needs to be opened when operating the distribution board, the operability of the distribution board is not impaired. In addition, since the distribution board is housed in a storage section close to either the floor or ceiling, the distance between the ceiling wiring or underfloor wiring and the distribution board can be shortened, and the wiring can be routed. There is an advantage that it becomes easy. Furthermore, since the back plate of the storage section forms a wiring space over the entire length in the vertical direction of the box body between the built-in structure and the wiring connected to the distribution board in the wiring space, There is an advantage that it can be easily started up or down, and the wiring is not exposed to the indoor side, and can be finished in a beautiful appearance.
[0024]
Also, since one of the distribution board are the information and the other as a power, it is possible to centrally manage the power supply line and the information line which is drawn into the home together in one place.
[0025]
In addition , the power line connected to the distribution board and the information line connected to the information board are insulated through a separate plate, preventing crosstalk between the power line and the information line in the wiring space. There is an advantage that an increase in the amount can be suppressed.
[0026]
In addition , since the separation plate can be attached to a desired position in the left-right direction with respect to the mounting bar, by adjusting the position of the separation plate according to the ratio of the power supply line and the information line to the wiring space, There is an advantage that the amount of wiring with the information line can be dealt with.
[0027]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, since an opening for wiring is formed in at least one of the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the wiring space, the internal wiring of the wiring space is opened to the opening portion 7. Can be connected to the ceiling wiring or the underfloor wiring, and there is an advantage that the connection to the ceiling wiring or the underfloor wiring becomes easy.
