BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a binding sheet by ejecting a leading staple loaded in a magazine from a magazine toward a binding sheet by a driver, and bending a leg portion of the staple penetrating the binding sheet along a back surface of the binding sheet. This is related to the stapler.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a stapler is known in which a leg of a staple is substantially penetrated through a binding sheet and then the leg is engaged with a clincher so that the staple is folded along the back surface of the binding sheet. In this type of stapler, a magazine that contains a large number of staples, a driver that drives the staples in the magazine toward the binding paper, and a base that bends the staple legs that pass through the binding paper rotate or swing at the rear end. The base is formed with a clincher that engages and bends the staple legs penetrating the binding sheet, and a guide hole that guides the clincher at the front end portion and is formed with respect to the base. A clincher guide that is movably held is provided. The clincher guide supports the lower surface of the binding sheet in an upper position until almost all of the staple legs driven out from the magazine by the driver have penetrated the binding sheet, and the clincher is moved when substantially all of the staple legs have penetrated the binding sheet. By moving the guide to a lower position and engaging the staple leg with the clincher, the staple leg is bent along the back surface of the binding sheet.
[0003]
A mechanism for holding the tip of the clincher guide in the upper position and enabling the clincher guide to move to the lower position at a predetermined timing is necessary. The conventional mechanism is configured to move the clincher guide to the upper position by a spring. And an engaging position for supporting the clincher guide at an upper position by interposing the slide member between the clincher guide and the base. A clincher guide is provided so as to be slidable between a non-engagement position that allows movement to a lower position against the spring, and a slide member that is arranged at the engagement position by a biasing force of a spring is usually provided. The handle member is slid to the disengaged position in response to the staple driving operation of the handle member ( In example, see Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-50145
In the above prior art, in order to operate the slide member from the engagement position to the non-engagement position, a link member pivotally supported by the driver is provided, and the link member is connected to the magazine and the driver associated with the staple binding operation. The slide member is rotated from the engagement position to the non-engagement position by the lower end portion of the link member. That is, an appropriate timing of the staple binding operation in which the magazine is rotated toward the binding paper placed on the upper surface of the clincher guide, and the driver is further rotated so that the staples in the magazine are driven out toward the binding paper by the driver. The link member slides the slide member to the non-engagement position, and the clincher guide is allowed to descend, so that the clincher guide is moved to the lower position together with the magazine and the driver, and the staple leg is clinched. It is the structure made.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above-described conventional stapler, the magazine is urged to rotate upward by a coil spring interposed between the magazine and the base support plate, and one driver is interposed between the magazine and the driver. The plate-shaped spring piece is urged to rotate upward with respect to the magazine. Then, the biasing force of the driver by the plate-shaped spring piece is more than the biasing force of the magazine by the coil spring so that the staples in the magazine are not driven out of the magazine by the driver before the magazine is rotated. It is set strongly. On the other hand, the link member is rotated as the driver and the magazine rotate relative to each other, and the driver rotates with respect to the magazine rotated until it comes into contact with the clincher guide by pressing and rotating the driver. The link member is rotated by the operation and the slide member is moved to the non-engagement position after staples in the magazine are driven out.
[0007]
When the slide member is moved to the non-engagement position, the magazine pressed by the plate spring piece of the driver presses the clincher guide downward and moves the clincher guide to the lower position. At this time, since the magazine is rotated ahead of the driver, a relative angle between the magazine and the driver is opened, and a lower end portion of the link member is separated from the slide member. For this reason, the slide member is returned to the front by the action of the urging spring, and the clincher guide may be pushed and moved forward as the slide member moves forward. As a result, the staple legs may be moved forward together with the binding sheets, and the leading ends of the staples may come out of the clincher grooves and enter between the clincher guides, resulting in binding failure.
[0008]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, can prevent the clincher guide from moving forward even if the slide member is moved forward, eliminates binding defects such as clinch-shaped variations, and is uniform and It is an object to provide a stapler capable of performing a stable clinching operation.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a stapler according to the present invention includes a magazine unit that stores a large number of staples, a handle unit that drives the staples stored in the magazine unit toward a binding sheet, and legs of the staples that are punched from the magazine. A clincher arm having a clincher portion that bends the sheet is rotatably supported at each rear end portion, and the clincher portion is engaged with a staple leg penetrating the binding sheet to bend and form the staple leg. The clincher, a clincher guide that can swing between an upper position and a lower position with the rear lower end as a fulcrum, and the clincher guide held at the upper position at the front position, and the clincher guide moved downward at the rear position A slide member that enables a staple leg that has penetrated the spelling paper In stapler which is adapted to be bent along the back side of the paper, to form the movement restriction means for restricting the forward movement of the clincher guide between the clincher guide and the clincher arm, the clincher guide swing downward When moving, the protrusions formed on both side surfaces of the clincher guide are brought into contact with guide surfaces formed below the front end of the side wall of the clincher arm so that the opening of the clincher guide is substantially perpendicular to the clincher. It is characterized by guiding to .
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the clincher guide has an opening for accommodating the clincher, and the movement restricting means is formed in a direction perpendicular to the front surface of the peripheral wall forming the opening, and the clincher. The guide piece is formed so as to protrude vertically upward from the arm.At least when the clincher guide moves downward, the guide rib and the guide piece come into contact with each other and the clincher guide moves forward. It is characterized in that it is restricted from doing.
