Description

The present invention relates to a joint structure of an outer wall panel that closes a joint portion between panels constituting the outer wall of a building.

In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for franchise stores such as convenience stores and family restaurants, and buildings such as temporary housing. Since many of these buildings have a limited period of use, their components can be stored and reused after dismantling.

In order to enable storage and reuse of the outer wall after dismantling, a structure is adopted in which a plurality of panels are arranged at predetermined locations to constitute the wall surface.

By the way, there is a problem of how to prevent water intrusion such as rainwater from the joints of the panels constituting these outer walls.

As a watertight structure of the joint portion between the panels, for example, a structure in which a caulking material is filled in the joint portion between the panels is known (for example, see Patent Document 1). As another watertight structure, there is known a structure in which a joint material having a soft part at the joint part between the panels is bonded to one panel end part (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-89612 (Utility Model Registration Request, FIGS. 1 and 4) Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-247314 (Claims, FIG. 1)

However, the former, that is, the structure described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-89612 is filled with a caulking material in the joint portion between the outer wall panels, so when replacing the outer wall panel due to damage or aging, First, the caulking material must be peeled off, a new outer wall panel is placed, and then the caulking material must be filled again. In the latter case, that is, in the structure described in JP-A-11-247314, the joint material is bonded to the outer wall panel. Even in this case, when replacing the outer wall panel due to damage or aging, the joint material is used. After peeling off and placing a new outer wall panel, it is necessary to bond the joint material again.

Therefore, each of the conventional joint structures of this type has a problem that the work requires skill and labor, and the caulking material and the joint material itself cannot be reused. In addition, since the caulking material and the joint material itself are soft, there is a problem that they are easily deteriorated or damaged by physical force, corrosion, ultraviolet rays or the like.

This invention is made in view of the said situation, and makes it a subject to provide the joint structure of the outer wall panel which can be attached or detached easily, and was excellent in durability and watertightness.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is configured as follows.

The joint structure of the outer wall panel of the present invention is based on the joint structure of the outer wall panel using a joint material that closes the joint part between the panels constituting the outer wall of the building, and the joint part side end parts of the two panels adjacent to each other In addition, a watertight holding material facing each other leaving a gap is provided, and a joint support material extending to the outdoor side of the watertight holding material is provided at the joint portion side end of one panel. A joint plate portion that covers the joint portion from the outside, a projection portion that extends from the indoor side surface of the joint plate portion toward the indoor side, and a gap between the watertight holding member that is bent from the tip of the projection portion. A bent portion for closing and a packing attached to the indoor side surface of the bent portion, and the bent portion is abutted against the outdoor side surface of the watertight holding material to close the gap via the packing. And contact the joint plate with the joint support chamber. Contact with the side surface, and formed of a fixed by the fixing member, characterized in that (claim 1).

In the present invention, a concave groove having an outdoor opening is provided in the joint plate portion of the joint material in the longitudinal direction, the concave groove is in contact with the joint support member, and is fixed by a fixing member accommodated in the concave groove. (Claim 2). In this case, it is preferable to apply a decorative material to the opening of the groove (claim 3).

Further, the watertight holding material and joint support material may be provided in a reinforcing girder frame constituting the panel (Claim 4), or the watertight holding material and joint support material may be provided in a window frame constituting the panel. You may make it provide in a material (Claim 5).

In addition, the material of the joint material may be any material, but it is preferable to form it with an extruded shape made of an aluminum alloy.

According to the present invention, the following excellent effects can be obtained.

(1) According to the first aspect of the present invention, the watertight holding material facing each other with a gap left is provided at the joint side end of both adjacent panels, and the water tightness is provided at the joint side end of one panel. A joint support member extending outside the holding member is provided, and the joint member is provided with a joint plate part that covers the joint part of both panels from the outside, and a protrusion that extends from the indoor side surface of the joint plate part toward the indoor side. A bent portion that is bent from the tip of the protruding portion and closes the gap between the watertight holding members, and a packing that is attached to the indoor side surface of the bent portion. In order to close the gap, the abutment is brought into contact with the outdoor side surface of the watertight holding material, and the eye plate is brought into contact with the outdoor side surface of the joint support material and fixed by a fixing member, so that it is easy without requiring skill or much labor. It is possible to attach and remove joint material. Further, at the time of attachment, since the bent portion closes the gap between the watertight holding members via the packing, the airtightness can be improved.

(2) According to the second aspect of the present invention, a concave groove that opens to the outside of the outdoor side is provided in the joint plate portion of the joint material, and the concave groove is in contact with the joint support material, and is formed in the concave groove. Since it fixes by the fixing member accommodated, the exposure to the exterior of a fixing member can be suppressed. Therefore, in addition to the above (1), the appearance can be further improved. In this case, since the fixing member can be hidden from the outside by applying a decorative material to the opening of the groove, the appearance can be further improved.

(3) According to the inventions according to claims 4 and 5, by providing the watertight holding material and joint support material on the reinforcing girder frame and window frame material constituting the panel, the watertight holding material and joint support material are combined with the panel. Can be attached integrally. Therefore, in addition to the above (1) and (2), the watertight holding material and the joint support material can be further provided with high rigidity, and the number of constituent members can be reduced and the mounting work can be reduced.

(4) According to the invention described in claim 6, since the joint material is formed by the extruded shape made of aluminum alloy, the joint material having a complicated shape can be efficiently produced, and the physical strength of the joint material itself, It has excellent strength against corrosion, ultraviolet rays and the like, and can have a good appearance.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the best embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

<First Embodiment>
1 is a front view of a building to which the joint structure of an outer wall panel according to the present invention is applied, FIG. 2 is a front view showing the outer wall panel in the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing an attachment state of the outer wall panel ( FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing a first embodiment of a joint structure of an outer wall panel according to the present invention. Here, the case where a building is applied to a prefabricated building used in, for example, a convenience store will be described.

As shown in FIG. 1, the building B (hereinafter referred to as a building B) includes a substantially rectangular steel structure (not shown), a roof unit R that covers the upper surface of the structure, and the front and rear of the structure. The exterior is formed by combining the outer wall panels P that form the left and right wall surfaces. The outer wall panel P is formed by an outer wall panel material 1 that forms an outer wall surface and a window panel material 7 that forms a window surface or the like. In this case, the front side of the building B is configured by connecting two outer wall panel members 1 and seven window panel members 7.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the outer wall panel material 1 is formed by connecting and stacking a plurality of (in this case, seven) panel bodies 10 formed in a long plate shape on the outside in a vertical direction. A reinforcing girder frame 11 is attached in a frame shape to the inner peripheral edge of the panel body 10.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the reinforcing girder frame 11 includes, for example, a reinforcing frame member 11a that forms four sides by a hollow square pipe made of steel, and two vertically opposed sides of the reinforcing frame member 11a. Two parallel reinforcing vertical frame members 11b connected to the reinforcing frame member 11a, and a lower frame member 11c which is provided along the lower reinforcing frame member 11a by welding or the like and fixes the lowermost end portion of the panel body 10. It consists of and. In addition, connecting metal fittings 12 for attaching and fixing the outer wall panel material 1 to the structure of the building B are provided at both ends of the reinforcing frame member 11a on the upper side. Wheels 13 that roll on rails 90 (FIG. 3) laid on the ceiling of building B are mounted.

The panel body 10 is formed in a hollow shape by a thin metal plate 10a such as an aluminum alloy or steel, and is formed by filling a foamable core material 10b such as a sponge in the hollow portion. Further, the panel body 10 has a stepped portion 10c on the inner side surface of the lower end portion, is formed thin, and has a lower protruding piece 10d that hangs down on the outer side surface of the panel body 10 and a metal thin plate shape that hangs down from the inner side surface. A fitting groove 10f that opens downward is formed through the engagement piece 10e. On the other hand, a fitting protrusion 10g that can be fitted in the fitting groove 10f is formed at the upper end portion of the panel body 10, and a metal sheet-like screw receiving piece 10h extending from the inner surface is formed.

In order to assemble the outer wall panel material 1 by connecting the panel bodies 10 formed in this way, first, a starter 14 formed of a thin metal plate and having a substantially hairpin-shaped cross section is provided via a spacer 15 as a lower frame of the reinforcing girder frame 11. It attaches to the material 11c with the attachment screw 16. Next, the lowermost panel body 10 is positioned by engaging the engagement piece 10 e of the panel body 10 with the starter 14. In this state, the screw receiving piece 10h formed at the upper end of the lowermost panel body 10 is screwed with the mounting screw 16 via the spacer 15 between the reinforcing frame member 11a and the reinforcing stringer member 11b. The lowermost panel body 10 is attached to the reinforcing girder frame 11. Next, the fitting protrusions 10g of the panel body 10 attached to the reinforcing girder frame 11 are fitted into the fitting grooves 10f of the panel body 10 to be stacked, and the panel body 10 is stacked, and in the same manner as described above, The piece 10h is attached with a mounting screw 16 via a spacer 15 between the reinforcing frame member 11a and the reinforcing stringer member 11b. By repeating this operation and stacking a plurality of (seven in this case) panel bodies 10 and attaching them to the reinforcing girder frame 11, the outer wall panel material 1 can be assembled. A packing 10i is attached near the bottom of the fitting groove 10f, and the airtightness of the connecting portion is maintained when the panel body 10 is connected.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the outer wall panel material 1 formed in this way has wheels 13 attached to, for example, two places on the upper end of the reinforcing girder frame 11. The outer wall panel material 1 can be easily moved at the time of assembling and dismantling the building B by running on the rail 90 provided in the building B.

An inner wall panel 20 that forms the inner wall of the building B is disposed on the indoor side of the outer wall panel material 1, and a ceiling panel 21 that forms a ceiling is attached to the upper end of the inner wall panel 20. The inner wall panel 20 and the ceiling panel 21 are formed in a space formed by a pair of surface plates 22, a frame member 23 interposed between the side portions of these surface plates 22, and both the surface plates 22 and the frame member 23. For example, a foamable heat insulating core material 24 such as foamed polyurethane. The inner wall panel 20 is erected by being fitted to a receiving frame 92 attached to an anchor bolt 91 driven against the ground.

As shown in FIG. 4, the outer wall panel material 1 is provided with a watertight holding material 30 that faces the joint portion side end portions of the reinforcing girder frames 11 of the adjacent outer wall panel materials 1 while leaving a gap S therebetween. Yes. Further, a joint support member 40 extending to the outdoor side of the watertight holding member 30 is provided at the joint portion side end of the reinforcing girder frame 11 of one outer wall panel member 1 (right side in FIG. 4).

The watertight holding material 30 is formed of, for example, an extruded shape made of an aluminum alloy and having a substantially L-shaped cross section, and a fixing piece 31 attached to the joint side end of the reinforcing girder frame 11 by, for example, welding, It is formed with a watertight holding piece 32 that holds a packing 50 of a joint material 6 to be described later.

The surface of the watertight holding member 30 and the surface of the reinforcing girder 11 on the panel body 10 side are covered with a waterproof sheet 5 as indicated by broken lines in FIGS.

The joint support member 40 is formed of, for example, an extruded shape member made of an aluminum alloy and having a substantially L-shaped cross section. The joint support member 40 is attached to the fixing piece 31 of the watertight holding member 30 by the attachment screw 17 and will be described later. It is formed with the joint support piece 42 holding the bottom 63a of the concave groove 63 of the joint material 6 to be joined. A buffer material (not shown) formed of, for example, ethylene / propylene copolymer (EPDM) may be interposed between the fixing piece 31 of the watertight holding material 30 and the attachment piece 41 of the joint support material 40. Good.

On the other hand, the joint material 6 is formed of, for example, an extruded shape made of an aluminum alloy, and as shown in FIGS. 4 to 8, a joint plate portion 60 that covers the joint portions of the outer wall panel materials 1 from the outside, A protrusion 61 extending from the indoor side surface of the eyeplate 60 toward the indoor side, a bent portion 62 that is bent from the tip of the protrusion 61 and closes the gap S between the watertight holding members 30; It is mainly comprised by the packing 50 with which the indoor side surface of this bending part 62 is mounted | worn.

In this case, the eye plate part 60 has a groove 63 that is open to the outside of the room at a substantially center and is formed in the longitudinal direction, and extends from both ends of the groove 63 toward the joint part side end of the outer wall panel material 1. And a pair of joint pieces 64 whose front ends abut against the panel body 10 via the seal member 51.

The concave groove 63 is formed with a bottom 63 a that abuts the joint support piece 42 of the joint support member 40 and is fixed to the joint support piece 42 by a fixing member, that is, a fixing screw 18 accommodated in the concave groove 63. In addition, an engaging protrusion 63b is formed that protrudes from both ends of the groove 63 toward the inside of the opening. In addition, the decorative material 65 which blindfolds the opening part of the ditch | groove 63 is attached to the ditch | groove 63 so that attachment or detachment is possible.

The decorative material 65 is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section having an opening on the groove 63 side, and accommodates the head of the fixing screw 18 in the opening in a state where the opening of the groove 63 is hidden. At the same time, a ridge 65a that can be engaged with an engaging protrusion 63b provided at the opening end of the groove 63 is formed at the base end of the pair of side pieces. The decorative material 65 formed in this way is formed by, for example, an aluminum alloy extruded shape member or a synthetic resin member.

By fitting the decorative material 65 into the concave groove 63 of the joint material 6 in this way, the concave groove 63 can be concealed, so that the appearance of the joint portion can be improved.

On the other hand, the joint piece 64 is formed horizontally with respect to the panel body 10, and a channel-shaped accommodation groove 64 a on which the seal member 51 is detachably mounted is formed on the indoor side of the tip portion.

The seal member 51 is formed by a substantially cross-sectionally-shaped seal portion that elastically contacts the panel body 10 of the outer wall panel member 1 and a hollow fitting portion that can be elastically deformed.

When the joint material 6 is attached to the joint portion of the outer wall panel material 1 by the seal member 51 formed in this way, the joint material 6 and the panel body 10 can be air-tight.

The protruding portion 61 extends from one side (left side in FIGS. 4 to 8) of the concave groove 63 of the eyeplate portion 60 toward the indoor side.

The bent portion 62 is bent at a substantially right angle from the tip of the protruding portion 61 to the right side in FIGS. 4 to 8, and the packing 50 is attached to the indoor side surface by an adhesive means such as an adhesive.

The packing 50 is made of an elastic material rich in weather resistance, heat resistance, etc., for example, an ethylene / propylene copolymer (EPDM). The packing 50 is brought into contact with the two watertight holding pieces 32 and elastically deforms so as to close the gap S formed between the two watertight holding members 30, thereby connecting the joint material 6 and the watertight holding member 30. Since close contact can be achieved, the airtightness of the joint can be improved.

To close the joint portion of the outer wall panel material 1 with the joint material 6 formed as described above, the following procedure is performed. First, in a state where the seal member 51 is fitted in both the receiving grooves 64a of the joint material 6, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the end of the joint piece 64 located on the right side is the panel body 10 of the outer wall panel material 1. The joint piece 64 located on the opposite side, that is, on the left side is disposed at a position away from the outer wall panel material 1. In this state, the joint material 6 is rotated clockwise around the end of the right joint piece 64 so that the bent portion 62 of the joint material 6 does not interfere with the joint support piece 42 of the joint support member 40, and The bent part 62 is moved to the indoor space of the joint support piece 42.

Next, the attachment position of the joint material 6 is determined so that the joint portion between the outer wall panel materials 1 is closed by the joint plate portion 60 of the joint material 6, and in this state, an appropriate interval is provided in the concave groove 63 of the joint material 6. A mounting hole (not shown) that penetrates the bottom 63a of the concave groove 63 and the joint support piece 42 of the joint support member 40 is formed by an electric drill or the like. The joint material 6 and the joint support member 40 are fixed by screwing the fixing screw 18 into the attachment hole, and the packing 50 attached to the bent portion 62 of the joint member 6 is attached to the both watertight holding members 30. By abutting and further screwing the fixing screw 18, the packing 50 is elastically deformed so as to close the gap S formed between the two watertight holding members 30, and the gap S can be sealed. In addition, the seal member 51 mounted on the tip portions of the joint pieces 64 is in contact with the panel body 10 and is elastically deformed by screwing the fixing screw 18, so that the air-tightness of the joint material 6 and the panel body 10 is improved. Can be improved. Thus, after attaching the joint material 6 to the joint portion of the outer wall panel material 1 with the fixing screw 18, the decorative material 65 is inserted into the concave groove 63 of the joint material 6, thereby joining the joint portion to the joint portion of the outer wall panel material 1. The work of attaching the material 6 is finished.

In order to remove the joint material 6 from the joint portion of the outer wall panel material 1 when the building B is dismantled, the reverse procedure to the above description may be performed. First, the decorative material 65 from the concave groove 63 of the joint material 6 is used. Is removed and the fixing screw 18 in the concave groove 63 is loosened, so that the joint material 6 and the watertight holding member 30 are fixed. Next, while pulling the joint material 6 away from the joint portion, the end portion of the joint piece 64 positioned on the right side is arranged so that the bent portion 62 of the joint material 6 does not interfere with the joint support piece 42 of the joint support member 40. 10 is contacted. Then, by rotating the joint material 6 counterclockwise around the end of the right joint piece 64, the bent portion 62 is moved to the outdoor side from the joint support piece 42, and the joint material 6 is moved to the outer wall panel material. The removal work of the joint material 6 is completed by removing it from the joint part 1.

Second Embodiment
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 is a sectional view showing a joint structure of an outer wall panel according to a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 10 is a sectional perspective view showing the second embodiment, and FIG. 11 is an exploded perspective view showing the second embodiment. FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing an attachment state of the joint material in the second embodiment, and FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view showing an attachment state of the joint material in the second embodiment.

The second embodiment relates to a joint structure between the outer wall panel material 1 and the window panel material 7 constituting the outer wall panel P. That is, the joint material 6 is attached to the joint portion between the outer wall panel material 1 and the window panel material 7 to close the joint plate portion 60.

In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, the window panel member 7 is mainly configured by a glass plate 8 that forms a window portion and a window frame member 70 that fixes the glass plate 8.

The window frame material 70 is positioned on the outside of the building B with the glass receiving portion 71 that accommodates, holds and fixes the edge of the glass plate 8, and forms the same surface as the panel body 10 of the outer wall panel material 1. A frame edge surface 72, a watertight holding portion 73 projecting so as to face the watertight holding piece 32 of the watertight holding member 30 provided on the outer wall panel member 1, and a bottom 63a of the concave groove 63 of the joint material 6. An extruded shape member made of, for example, an aluminum alloy, having a joint support portion 74 that holds the inner wall and an inner wall connecting portion 75 that is connected to the inner wall panel 40 that forms the inner wall of the building B via a connecting member (not shown). Are integrally formed.

The glass receiving portion 71 is formed in a concave groove shape that opens toward the inside of the window frame member 70, and is in contact with the inner surface of the edge of the glass plate 8 at the opening end on the indoor side of the building B. A seal body 52 is fitted, and an outer seal body 53 that is in contact with the outer surface of the edge of the glass plate 8 is fitted to the opposite side, that is, the open end of the outdoor side of the building B.

By forming the glass receiving portion 71 in this way, the glass plate 8 is fixed to the window frame member 70 by sandwiching the edge of the glass plate 8 with the inner seal body 52 and the outer seal body 53 pressed. The inner seal body 52 and the outer seal body 53 can maintain the air-water tightness between the glass plate 8 and the window frame member 70.

In the second embodiment, the joint material 6 has the same shape as the joint material 6 described in the first embodiment, and can be used as the joint material 6 in the second embodiment by reversing the top and bottom. Further, the outer wall panel material 1 has a structure in which the joint support material 40 is not provided, and the other parts of the second embodiment are the same as those of the first embodiment. Description is omitted.

In order to block | close the joint part of the window panel material 7 and the outer wall panel material 1 which were formed as mentioned above with the joint material 6, it carries out by the following procedures. First, in a state in which the seal member 51 is fitted in both the receiving grooves 64a of the joint material 6, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the end of the joint piece 64 located on the left side is the frame edge surface of the window frame material 70. The joint piece 64 located on the opposite side, that is, on the right side is disposed at a position away from the outer wall panel material 1. In this state, the joint material 6 is rotated counterclockwise around the end of the left joint piece 64 so that the bent portion 62 of the joint material 6 does not interfere with the joint support portion 74 of the window frame member 70. The bent part 62 is moved to the indoor space of the joint support part 74.

Next, the mounting position of the joint material 6 is determined so that the joint portion between the window panel member 7 and the outer wall panel member 1 is closed by the joint plate portion 60 of the joint material 6. A mounting hole (not shown) that penetrates the bottom 63a of the recessed groove 63 and the joint support portion 74 of the window frame member 70 is drilled in the 63 with an appropriate interval. The joint member 6 and the window frame member 70 are fixed by screwing the fixing screw 18 into the attachment hole, and the packing 50 attached to the bent portion 62 of the joint member 6 is connected to the watertight holding portion 73 and the watertight member. The packing 50 is elastically deformed so as to close the gap S formed between the watertight holding portion 73 and the watertight holding piece 32 by abutting the holding piece 32 and further screwing the fixing screw 18, thereby sealing the gap S. Can do. Further, the seal member 51 attached to the tip portions of the joint pieces 64 is in contact with the frame edge surface 72 and the panel body 10 and is elastically deformed by screwing the fixing screw 18, so that the joint material 6 and the window frame The air-tightness of the material 70 and the panel body 10 can be improved. After attaching the joint material 6 to the joint portions of the window panel material 7 and the outer wall panel material 1 with the fixing screws 18 in this way, the decorative material 65 is inserted into the concave groove 63 of the joint material 6, so that the window panel material 7 and The operation of attaching the joint material 6 to the joint portion of the outer wall panel material 1 is completed.

In order to remove the joint material 6 from the joints of the window panel material 7 and the outer wall panel material 1 when dismantling the building B, the reverse procedure to the above description may be performed. By removing the decorative material 65 from 63 and loosening the fixing screw 18 in the concave groove 63, the joint material 6 and the window frame material 70 are unfixed. Next, the joint material 6 is pulled away from the joint portion, and the end portion of the joint piece 64 located on the left side is set to the frame edge so that the bent portion 62 of the joint material 6 does not interfere with the joint support portion 74 of the window frame material 70. It abuts on the surface 72. Then, by rotating the joint material 6 clockwise around the end of the left joint piece 64, the bent portion 62 is moved to the outdoor side from the joint support portion 74, and the joint material 6 is moved to the window panel material 7. And removing the joint material 6 from the joint portion of the outer wall panel material 1.
