Description
そのうちの一方の特性は、1つのチャネル内での変調最大値である。この変調最大値は実際には、多くて0.5dB程度でなければならない。この変調は文献でリプルとして知られるもので、問題のチャネルのスペクトル帯域にわたってフィルタ処理コンポーネントによって出力される信号の最大変化である。
他方の特性は、隣接する2つのチャネル間のアイソレーション最小値である。このアイソレーション最小値は実際には、少なくとも20dB程度でなければならない。このアイソレーションは、問題のチャネルにおいてフィルタ処理コンポーネントによって出力される信号の最小振幅と、隣接するチャネルにおける最大振幅との間で計測される差異として定義される。
ここに、M=4R/(1−R)2 であり、nは空洞媒体の光インデックスである。
・直入射(θ=0)の波長λ:λ0 =1550nm;
・干渉規模:p=4;
・空洞長さd0=2λ0 =2×1550nm;
・R=99.6%。

ここで、λ0 =2d/p、λ0はゼロ入射角θ0 に対する透過ピークの波長、pは空洞の規模、dは2つのミラー間の距離である。

ここで、λ0 =2d/p(p=空洞の規模)である。
・焦点距離が1mmのレンズ生産に伴う焦点距離の不確実性Δf/fが2%のレンズ;
・位置決め精度0.1μmの導波路5の1゜の規模のおよそ1つの入射角θ1を得るための横方向オフセット距離x1が18μm。
式(4)から、ただ1つの導波路に対して入射角の不確実性は次式で表される。
すなわち、Δθ=0.026゜≒0.03゜である。
Claims (3)
- 所定の波長(λc)を中心とする狭幅光スペクトル帯域の光を透過でき、且つ前記帯域外の波長を有する光を反射でき、その伝達関数(T1,2(λ))がスペクトル的にオフセットされたファブリペローフィルタの2つの伝達関数の乗法によって定義されるような波長選択性の光フィルタ処理コンポーネントであって、
ファブリペロー空洞(1)、第1の入射角(θ1)で該空洞(1)内へ放射光を搬送して該空洞(1)の第1の通過をなすための入力導波路(5)、該第1の通過の間に該空洞(1)を透過した放射光を戻して第2の入射角(θ2)で該空洞(1)の第2の通過をなすための戻し手段(3)、及び、放射光を該空洞(1)内へ集束するためのレンズ(7)を含むことと、
第2の入射角(θ2)は第1の入射角(θ1)とは異なることと、
第1の放射光は入力導波路(5)を出てレンズ(7)の方向に進むことと、
第2の放射光は戻し手段(3)を出て該レンズ(7)の方向に進むことと、
第1の放射光と第2の放射光はレンズ(7)の光軸(8)に概略平行であり、且つレンズ(7)の光軸(8)から横方向にオフセットされた位置にあることと、
第1の放射光のオフセット距離(x 1 )は第2の放射光のオフセット距離(x 2 )とは異なることと、
を特徴とする、光フィルタ処理コンポーネント。 - 戻し手段(3)が光アイソレータ(4)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光フィルタ処理コンポーネント。
- コンポーネントの波長が可変であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の光フィルタ処理コンポーネント。
