Claims (7)
- ターボ機械のタービンベーンであって、
多孔ライナー(18)の外壁とベーン(10)の内壁との間に環状の空洞(20)を画定する多孔ライナー(18)と、
前記ライナーの内部に冷却空気を供給する吸気開口部(24)と、
前記ベーンからの前記冷却空気の一部を排気する排気開口部(28)とを有し、
前記ライナーが、前記ライナーと前記ベーンの前記内壁との間の相対的な熱膨張作用の下で、前記ライナーが前記ベーンの内縁(16A)に沿って摺動するように、前記ライナーの一端(18A)が前記ベーンに固定され、かつ前記ライナーの他端(18B)が自由端であり、
前記ライナーの前記自由端と前記ベーンの前記内縁との間の環状の隙間(21)が、冷却空気用の漏れ領域を画定し、
前記内縁が、前記漏れ領域を通る冷却空気の流量を減少させるように、前記漏れ領域にヘッドロスを生じさせる凹部(30)を含むことを特徴とする、ターボ機械のタービンベーン。 - 前記凹部が、前記内縁の周囲全体または一部に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベーン。
- 前記凹部が、円形対称であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のベーン。
- 前記凹部が、矩形の断面の溝(32)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベーン。
- 前記凹部が、波形の断面の溝(34、36、38)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベーン。
- 前記波形の断面の溝が、少なくとも1つの窪みを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のベーン。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の冷却されるベーン(10)を複数含むことを特徴とする、ターボ機械のタービン。
