本発明は、ウェットペーパーを包装する袋状容器に装着して、ウェットペーパーを容易、かつ片手で円滑に取出すことを可能にする装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
ウェットペーパーを収容する容器においては、省資源、廃棄物の減容等の観点から、プラスチック等で成形された使い捨ての容器を用いず、例えば特開平１１−２２７８５３号公報に開示されたような、ウェットペーパーを包装する袋状容器を収容して、繰り返し使用することを意図した容器が種々提案されている。

この従来技術は、自己形状保持可能な箱状の容器と、容器の頂壁に設けた蓋体とから構成され、容器が繰り返し使用可能である他、蓋体によりパウチ内部のウェットペーパーの乾燥が防止され、自己形状保持可能な容器に収容した後は、柔軟で定形性を持たない袋状容器を直接取扱うことによる、取扱いの難しさがない等の利点を有する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】

そこで、本発明は、上記した従来技術における問題点を解決すべく創案されたもので、袋状容器内のウェットペーパーが減少しても、取出し口にウェットペーパーを常に臨ませることを技術的課題とし、もって簡単な取扱いでウェットペーパーを容易に取出すことを可能にする装置を提供することを目的とする。

上記課題を解決する本発明の内、請求項１記載の発明の手段は、
ウェットペーパーを包装し、上面中央に開設した取出し口を囲んで短円筒片状の周壁を立設固着した柔軟な袋状容器に組付けられるウエットペーパー取出し装置であること、
袋状容器の周壁が嵌入係止する開口部を開設すると共に、組付いた周壁を開閉可能に密閉する蓋を有する頂壁を有すること、
この頂壁の少なくとも一側端から垂下連設された側壁を有すること、
この側壁の下端から頂壁の開口部に向かって延出設された弾性変形可能な底壁を有すること、側壁と底壁との連設部分に、弾性変形し易い弾性変形部を形成すること、
袋状容器を頂壁と底壁との間で挟持して組付けること、
にある。
