Description

The present invention relates to a construction machine suitably used as, for example, a hydraulic excavator, a hydraulic crane, a wheel loader, or the like.

In general, a hydraulic excavator or the like is known as a construction machine. The hydraulic excavator includes a lower traveling body capable of self-propelling by driving a crawler track, and an upper swing mounted on the lower traveling body so as to be capable of pivoting. The main body and a working device provided on the front side of the upper revolving body so as to be able to move up and down are generally constituted. The upper swing body has a driver's seat on the left side of the swing frame on which the operator sits, and a floor board is provided on the front side of the driver's seat at the operator's feet. Further, an operation lever for operating the working device, a traveling lever for traveling the lower traveling body, and the like are disposed on the side, front, and the like of the driver's seat.

When the operator gets on the driver's seat, the operator, for example, gets on the crawler belt of the lower traveling body and gets on the driver's seat with his / her feet on the left side portion of the floor board on the entrance / exit side.

Here, the hydraulic excavator sometimes performs work in a muddy ground or the like, and muddy mud adheres to the shoe sole of the operator at such a work site. Thereby, the operator may slip when he / she puts his / her foot on the left side portion of the floor board to get on / off the driver's seat.

Therefore, some hydraulic excavators are provided with anti-slip means on the entrance / exit side so that the legs on the driver's seat do not slip. As one of the anti-slip means, there is one in which a plurality of square cylindrical protrusions protruding upward are integrally formed on a plate material by, for example, pressing, casting, or the like (see, for example, Patent Document 1). . In addition, there is a non-slip means in which a plurality of mountain-shaped protrusions are integrally formed by, for example, pressing a plate material (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

特開2000−52864号公報JP 2000-52864 A 特開2000−291069号公報JP 2000-291069 A

By the way, since the non-slip means of the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 is formed by a plurality of rectangular tube-like projections, mud accumulates on the inside of each rectangular tube-like projection, the groove portion between each rectangular tube-like projection, and the like. It is easily clogged and accumulated mud cannot be removed easily. For this reason, there is a problem that the rectangular tube-like projections are buried in the accumulated mud while getting on and off several times, and the anti-slip effect is reduced. In addition, the accumulated mud has a problem that it takes time and effort to clean it.

Moreover, since the mountain-shaped protrusion of Patent Document 2 is only partly deforming the plate body into a mountain shape, its tip is round, and it is difficult to get caught on the shoe sole when the foot is hung. There is a problem that a sufficient anti-slip effect cannot be obtained.

Furthermore, since the above-described rectangular tube-shaped protrusion and mountain-shaped protrusion are both formed into a desired shape by performing press working or the like, there is a problem that a forming die is required and the manufacturing cost increases. .

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a construction capable of sufficiently obtaining a non-slip effect by the anti-slip means and manufacturing the anti-slip means at a low cost. To provide a machine.

A construction machine according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a self-propelled lower traveling body, an upper revolving body that is turnably mounted on the lower traveling body and forms a vehicle body together with the lower traveling body, and a front side of the upper revolving body A working device for excavating earth and sand that can be raised and lowered, a driver seat that is provided on the upper swing body and on which an operator is seated, and a floor plate that is located in front of the driver seat and is provided at an operator's feet And an anti-slip means provided on the entrance / exit side of the floor board on which the operator gets on / off, and stops slipping when he / she puts his / her foot on the entrance / exit side of the floor board.

In order to solve the above-described problem, the invention adopts the feature of the configuration according to claim 1 in that the floor panel includes a lower floor board provided with an air conditioning unit housing recess for housing an air conditioning unit, and an upper side of the lower floor board. The floor plate is provided with an upper floor plate that covers the air conditioning unit housing recess and has a step portion that is one step lower on the entrance / exit side, and the non- slip means is attached to the step portion of the upper floor plate. It lies in the configuration by a plurality of anti-slip pin projecting upwardly on entrance side.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the anti-slip pins are arranged side by side in the front and rear directions along the side surface of the vehicle body.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, each of the non-slip pins is formed to have a protruding dimension that is equal to or slightly larger than the thickness dimension of the floor mat laid on the floor board.

According to the invention of claim 4, a plurality of pin through holes are provided on the entrance side of the floor board, and each of the anti-slip pins penetrates through the pin through hole of the floor board and protrudes upward, The mounting plate is provided with an enlarged diameter under the pin member and is attached to the lower surface of the floor plate using welding means.

According to the invention of claim 1, the floor board is provided with a lower floor board provided with an air conditioning unit accommodation recess for accommodating the air conditioning unit, and is provided on the upper side of the lower floor board so as to cover the air conditioning unit accommodation recess, and the entrance / exit side is one step lower. A double floor board structure is formed by the upper floor board having a stepped portion , and the non-slip means is formed by a plurality of non-slip pins that are attached to the step part of the upper floor board and project upward to the entrance / exit side of the floor board. Therefore, it is difficult to be buried in mud, and slipping of the shoe sole can be prevented over a long period of time, and reliability can be improved. In addition, a lot of gaps can be formed around each anti-slip pin, and even if mud accumulates around each anti-slip pin, it can be easily removed, so the anti-slip function can be easily performed. It can be restored and the cleaning operation can be simplified. Moreover, since each non-slip | skid pin can be easily attached to the upper floor board which comprises the upper layer part of a double floor board structure, attachment work can be simplified and productivity can be improved.

In this case, the lower floor board can accommodate the air conditioning unit, and the upper floor board can cover the air conditioning unit. In addition, since the entrance / exit side of the upper floor board is a step part that is one step lower, it is easy to put a foot on the step part when getting on and off, and stop slipping when putting on a foot by each anti-slip pin attached to the step part And reliability can be improved. Furthermore, since the non-slip means is configured to attach a non-slip pin provided separately to the entrance / exit side of the floor plate, by changing the length dimension, shape, etc. of the anti-slip pin, the site where the construction machine is used, A non-slip effect according to the type of construction machine can be obtained. Further, the non-slip means can be manufactured at a lower cost than, for example, pressing.

According to the invention of claim 2 , since the anti-slip pins are arranged side by side in the front and rear directions along the side surface of the vehicle body, it is possible to prevent slipping of the foot in a wide range in the front and rear directions. And reliability can be improved.

According to the invention of claim 3 , since each of the anti-slip pins is formed with a protruding dimension that is equal to or slightly larger than the thickness dimension of the floor mat, even if the floor mat is laid on the floor plate, It is possible to get on and off by hooking on each non-slip pin.

According to the invention of claim 4 , the floor plate is drilled to form a plurality of pin through holes, the pin members of the non-slip pins are inserted into the pin through holes from below, and the mounting plate is attached to the floor plate. By fixing to the lower surface of the steel plate using welding means, the anti-slip pin constituting the anti-slip means can be easily attached to the floor plate, and productivity can be improved, manufacturing costs can be reduced, and the like.

Here, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the step portion 23C located on the left side of the upper floor plate 23 is attached to the front side portion of the left side surface portion 12C of the cab 12, and the edge portion 23C1 of the step portion 23C. Is inclined rightward toward the front side along the front side portion of the left side surface portion 12C. Further, as shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of pin through holes 23D into which pin members 25A of anti-slip pins 25 described later are inserted are formed in the stepped portion 23C.

Each pin through hole 23D has a first row of pin through holes 23D arranged in the front and rear direction along the edge 23C1 at a position close to the edge 23C1, and the first row. Each pin through-hole 23D in the second row, which is spaced from the right side of each pin through-hole 23D and is shifted forward and rearward so as to be positioned between each pin through-hole 23D in the first row. It is comprised by.

Reference numeral 24 denotes a floor mat laid over the lever / pedal mounting plate 20A of the lower floor board 20 and the upper floor board 23, and the floor mat 24 is formed using an elastic resin material, rubber material or the like. Yes. Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 7, etc., a cutout portion 24A that avoids each anti-slip pin 25 described later is formed at the left end portion of the floor mat 24 so as to extend in the front and rear directions. Furthermore, the thickness dimension of the floor mat 24 is set to a dimension T as shown in FIG.

Reference numeral 25 denotes a plurality of anti-slip pins as anti-slip means provided on the step part 23C of the upper floor plate 23. Each anti-slip pin 25 is provided to protrude upward from the step part 23C. Further, as shown in FIG. 8 and the like, each of the anti-slip pins 25 includes a cylindrical pin member 25A and a disk-shaped mounting plate 25B provided with a diameter expanded at a lower portion of the pin member 25A. Yes. And each anti-slip | pin 25 inserts the pin member 25A in the pin through-hole 23D of the upper floor board 23 from the lower side, makes it protrude upward, and makes the upper surface of the attachment plate 25B provided in the lower part of this pin member 25A a level | step difference The pin member 25A protrudes upward from the stepped portion 23C of the upper floor plate 23 by contacting the lower surface of the portion 23C and fixing them using welding means.

Here, the plurality of anti-slip pins 25 constituting the anti-slip means are arranged in a substantially forward and rearward direction along the left side surface portion 12C of the cab 12 corresponding to the outer shape of the upper swing body 3. Specifically, like the pin through holes 23D of the upper floor plate 23, the anti-slip pins 25 in the first row are arranged close to the edge portion 23C1 and arranged in the front and rear directions along the edge portion 23C1. And the second row of the first row, which has a space on the right side of each of the anti-slip pins 25 and that is arranged so as to be shifted forward and backward so as to be positioned between the anti-slip pins 25 of the first row. Each anti-slip pin 25 is constituted.

As described above, the anti-slip pins 25 are arranged in a row before and after being substantially orthogonal to the direction passing through the entrance / exit 12F of the cab 12 when getting on / off. , It is possible to prevent foot slip in a wide range in the rear direction. In addition, the anti-slip pins 25 in the first row and the second row are shifted forward and backward so that the anti-slip pins 25 in the second row are positioned between the anti-slip pins 25 in the first row. Because it is installed, it is possible to stop the slip efficiently with a small number. In addition, since the anti-slip pin 25 is arranged with a sufficient distance from the adjacent anti-spin pin 25, a large number of gaps can be formed around the anti-slip pin 25. Even if mud accumulates around the surface, it can be easily removed.

Further, the non-slip pin 25 has a projecting dimension in which the pin member 25 </ b> A projects from the upper surface of the upper floor plate 23 set to a dimension H that is equal to or slightly larger than the thickness dimension T of the floor mat 24. Thereby, even when each non-slip pin 25 lays the floor mat 24 on the upper floor plate 23, the tip of the pin member 25A of each non-slip pin 25 can be hooked on the shoe sole.

Reference numeral 26 denotes an air conditioning unit provided in the air conditioning unit housing recess 20B of the lower floor board 20, and the air conditioning unit 26 sends conditioned air composed of cold air and hot air from the air outlets 19A, 19B, 19C of the duct cover 19. The cab 12 is supplied.

The hydraulic excavator 1 according to the present embodiment has the above-described configuration. Next, the operation thereof will be described.

First, when getting into the driver's seat 17, the operator gets on the crawler belt 8 of the lower traveling body 2, opens the door 12G of the cab 12, and puts his foot on the step 23C of the upper floor board 23 at the position of the entrance 12F. Get inside 12 At this time, since a plurality of anti-slip pins 25 are attached to the step portion 23C of the upper floor plate 23, the operator can get into the driver's seat 17 without sliding his / her foot.

Then, the operator seated in the driver's seat 17 operates the lower traveling body 2 by operating the traveling lever / pedal 21. Further, by operating the operation lever 18, the work device 4 and the like can be operated to perform earth and sand excavation work and the like.

Further, when getting off the driver's seat 17, the operator can get down to the ground from the entrance 12 </ b> F via the crawler belt 8 of the lower traveling body 2 without slipping his / her foot by putting his / her foot on each anti-slip pin 25. it can.

Thus, according to the present embodiment, the plurality of anti-slip pins 25 constituting the anti-slip means are attached to the stepped portion 23C of the upper floor plate 23 so as to protrude upward. It is hard to be buried, can prevent slipping of the shoe sole over a long period of time, and can improve reliability. In addition, by forming a large number of gaps around the pin member 25A that forms each anti-slip pin 25, even if mud accumulates around each pin member 25A, it can be easily removed. The anti-slip function can be easily restored, and the cleaning operation can be simplified.

Further, since each separately provided anti-slip pin 25 is configured to be attached to the upper floor plate 23, by changing the length dimension, shape, etc. of the anti-slip pin 25, the site where the hydraulic excavator 1 is used, the hydraulic excavator An optimal anti-slip effect can be obtained according to the type of model 1 or the like. Further, the non-slip pin 25 can be manufactured at a lower cost than that formed using, for example, press working or the like, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

Further, the lower floor board 20 can accommodate the air conditioning unit 26 in the air conditioning unit accommodation recess 20 </ b> B, and the upper floor board 23 can cover the air conditioning unit 26. Thereby, the space between each floor boards 20 and 23 can be used effectively. Further, since the upper floor plate 23 is provided with a step part 23C that is one step lower and located on the entrance 12F side of the cab 12, it is possible to easily put a foot on the step part 23C when getting on and off, Reliability can be improved.

Further, since each of the anti-slip pins 25 is attached to the upper floor plate 23 constituting the upper layer portion of the double floor plate structure, each of the anti-slip pins 25 can be easily attached in a state where the upper floor plate 23 is removed. Workability can be improved.

In addition, since the anti-slip pins 25 are arranged side by side in the front and rear directions, it is possible to prevent slipping of the foot in a wide range in the front and rear directions that are almost the full width of the entrance 12F of the cab 12, Reliability can be improved. In addition, since each anti-slip pin 25 is arranged so as to be shifted forward and backward in the first row and the second row, it is possible to efficiently stop the slip with a small number, and this also prevents each anti-slip A sufficient gap can be formed between the pins 25.

On the other hand, the non-slip pin 25 has a protruding dimension H of the pin member 25A protruding on the upper floor plate 23 set equal to or slightly larger than the thickness dimension T of the floor mat 24. Even when the mat 24 is laid, it is possible to get on and off the shoe by hooking the shoe sole on each anti-slip pin 25. In addition, by adjusting the protruding dimension H of the pin member 25A, different anti-slip effects can be easily obtained.

Further, the non-slip pin 25 is inserted into the pin through hole 23D of the upper floor plate 23 from below, and the mounting plate 25B is fixed to the lower surface of the upper floor plate 23 by welding means, thereby preventing the non-slip pin 25. The pins 25 can be easily provided, and the productivity can be improved and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

In the embodiment, the non-slip pin 25 is inserted into the pin through hole 23D of the upper floor plate 23 from the lower side, and the mounting plate 25B is fixed to the lower surface of the upper floor plate 23 using welding means. Thus, the case where it is configured to be attached to the upper floor plate 23 has been described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, a cylindrical slip pin may be attached to the pin through hole 23D of the upper floor plate 23 by means such as press-fitting and screwing. Moreover, it is good also as a structure which welds and attaches a cylindrical non-slip pin to the upper surface of the upper floor board 23. FIG.

In the embodiment, the case where a double floor board structure is formed by the lower floor board 20 and the upper floor board 23 and the non-slip pins 25 are attached to the upper floor board 23 has been described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the floor board may be formed as a single member, and a non-slip pin may be provided on the single floor board.

Further, in the embodiment, it has been described that the plurality of anti-slip pins 25 are provided in two rows in the left and right directions. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and each anti-slip pin 25 may be provided in one row or three or more rows. Further, the anti-slip pins 25 may be arranged at random.

In the embodiment, the cab 12 is used which is formed in a box shape by the front surface portion 12A, the rear surface portion 12B, the left side surface portion 12C, the right side surface portion 12D, and the ceiling surface portion 12E, and the entrance 12F is formed on the left side surface portion 12C. The cab specification hydraulic excavator 1 has been described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the present invention may be applied to a hydraulic excavator 31 according to the modification shown in FIG. In the canopy-type hydraulic excavator 31, the space on the left side between the driver's seat 17 and the traveling lever / pedal 21 serves as the entrance / exit 33. In the canopy-type hydraulic excavator 31, as shown in FIG. 10, the air conditioning unit 26 is removed from the air conditioning unit accommodation recess 20B of the lower floor plate 20, and the lid 34 is attached so as to cover the air conditioning unit accommodation recess 20B. Yes.

Furthermore, in the embodiment, the hydraulic excavator 1 is exemplified as the construction machine. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and can be widely applied to other construction machines such as hydraulic cranes, wheel loaders, and giraffes.
