Abstract
【解決手段】壁10内の空間部Aに吹き込み材料23を吹き込み充填して有機繊維系断熱材20を形成する湿式吹き込み施工方法であって、吹き込み材料23が、セルローズファイバ、天然接着剤、及び貝殻カルシウムからなり、空間部A内に水を噴霧しつつ吹き込み材料23を吹き込み充填する。有機繊維系断熱材20の経時的沈下が防止されて安定した断熱、防音機能が得られ、かつ有害物質の発生がなく人体への安全性が高く、更に環境汚染を招くことなくリサイクル性にすぐれ環境負荷が軽減される。

Claims (6)
- 建築構成部材の空間部内に吹き込み材料を吹き込み充填する湿式吹き込み施工方法において、
上記吹き込み材料が、セルローズファイバ、天然接着剤、及び貝殻カルシウムからなり、上記建築構成部材の空間部内に水を噴霧しつつ上記吹き込み材料を吹き込み充填することを特徴とする有機繊維系断熱材の湿式吹き込み施工方法。 - 上記セルローズファイバは、古紙を解織して得られる天然木質繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機繊維系断熱材の湿式吹き込み施工方法。
- 上記天然接着剤は、デンプン系増粘剤であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の有機繊維系断熱材の湿式吹き込み施工方法。
- 上記天然接着剤は、セルローズ系高分子増粘剤であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の有機繊維系断熱材の湿式吹き込み施工方法。
- 上記請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の湿式吹き込み施工方法で施工されたことを特徴とする建築構成部材。
- 建築構成部材の空間部内に吹き込み材料を吹き込み充填して有機繊維系断熱材を製造する製造方法において、
上記吹き込み材料が、セルローズファイバ、天然接着剤、及び貝殻カルシウムからなり、上記建築構成部材の空間部内に水を噴霧しつつ上記吹き込み材料を吹き込み充填して有機繊維系断熱材を製造することを特徴とする有機繊維系断熱材の製造方法。
