Description
図1は、本発明のメタルマスク30を用いて好適に製造できる電子部品の具体例たる誘電体共振器1の側面図である。支持台一体型の誘電体共振器1は、円筒状の共振器本体2と、支持台3とを備えている。支持台3は、共振器本体2よりも小径の円筒形態を有し、共振器本体2の下面に同軸状(中心軸Oが互いに一致)に配置されている。共振器本体2と支持台3とは、接着剤により固定されている。

Claims (4)
- 開口を有する第1ワーク部品のその開口周縁部に丸枠状または角枠状の接着面を定め、その接着面に接着剤を塗布して第2ワーク部品を固着する工程を含む電子部品の組立工程において、前記接着剤を印刷により塗布する際に使用される電子部品製造用メタルマスクであって、前記接着面に一致するべき領域を印刷パターン形成領域としたとき、その印刷パターン形成領域の内周縁から一定距離の第1基準線上に連なって複数の第1貫通孔が形成され、前記第1基準線よりも所定距離だけ外側に定められる第2基準線上に連なって複数の第2貫通孔が形成されており、各貫通孔は隣り合う貫通孔と互いにパターン分離され、前記第1貫通孔と前記第2貫通孔とは、互いの間を縫うように前記印刷パターン形成領域内で交互に並んで形成されていることを特徴とする電子部品製造用メタルマスク。
- 前記電子部品が支持台一体型誘電体共振器であり、前記第1ワーク部品が円筒状の支持台であり、前記第2ワーク部品が前記支持台に同軸状に固定される共振器本体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子部品製造用メタルマスク。
- 前記第1貫通孔と前記第2貫通孔とは、同一形状をなすことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電子部品製造用メタルマスク。
- 前記第1貫通孔および前記第2貫通孔が円筒状であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電子部品製造用メタルマスク。
