Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bundler. More specifically, the present invention relates to a bundler that can perform a cleaning operation without directly grasping the bundler body and hardly damage a finger or a nail.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a conventional bundle disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-109552, and FIG. 7 is a plan view of the bundle with the bag mouth facing up.
In these drawings, reference numeral 10 denotes a bag body made of a mesh-like material, and 11 denotes a bundle body made of a metal wire housed in the bag body 10 in a spherical shape. The bag mouth 12 of the bag body 10 is sewn with a stretchable rubber string 13 so that the opening 12a is narrowed. This makes it difficult for the bundle body 11 to come out of the opening 12a.
[0003]
Such a bundler is used by grasping the portion 14 covered with the bag 10 and rubbing the exposed portion 11a of the bundler body 11 exposed in the opening 12a against a dirty place such as tableware.
According to the above-described bundler, since the bundler body 11 is housed in the bag body 10, a cleaning operation can be performed without directly grasping the metal bundler body 11.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The bag mouth 12 of the bag body 10, scrub brush body 11 rubber cord 13 has been sewn to prevent slip out from the bag 10. For this reason, there existed a problem that preparation of a bag body was complicated.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to solve the issues described above is that the creation of the bag body to provide a simple scourer.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the bundle according to claim 1 is a bundle comprising a bag formed of a water-permeable material in a bag shape, and a bundle body stored in the bag. The bag body is formed into a bag mouth by making incisions leaving the both end portions in the hollow portion of the material cut into a generally rectangular shape in plan view, and folding the notches as a fold line, and the edges excluding the bag mouth It is characterized in that it is formed by turning the bag mouth into the bag body after turning the bag upside down and turning it upside down .
[0013]
[Function and effect]
According to scrub brush according to claim 1, since the scrub brush body is accommodated in the bag body, it is possible to perform the cleaning operation without gripped the scrub brush body directly.
[0014]
Since the bag mouth of the bag body is folded back into the bag body, when the bundle body is stored in the bag body, the bundle body is caught in the folded portion of the bag mouth, and the bundle body comes out of the bag mouth. It becomes difficult.
[0015]
That is, according to scrubbing brush of claim 1, wherein, without requiring a troublesome manufacturing steps such sew elastics to the bag mouth as in the conventional scrubbing brush as described above, simple as folding the bag mouth of the bag towards the bag body By a simple manufacturing process, the bundle body can be made difficult to come out of the bag mouth.
[0016]
That is, according to the bundler of the first aspect , an effect that the creation of the bag body is simplified can be obtained.
[0017]
The bundler according to claim 1 can be created, for example, by the following procedure.
(I) The material is cut into a substantially bowl shape in a plan view, and a notch is formed in the hollow portion leaving both end portions to form a bag mouth.
(Ii) Fold the material using the incision as a fold line and attach the edges except for the bag mouth. Thereby, a raw material is formed in a bag shape. At both end portions of the bag mouth, corner portions are formed by the portions that remain in a continuous state without being cut and the edge portions that are attached.
(Iii) Turn the front and back of the bag-shaped material upside down. Then, the corners described above enter a state of being folded back from both ends of the bag mouth into the bag.
(Iv) Fold the corners of the bag in the bag as described above into the bag so that the bag mouth is turned into the bag. Thereby, a bag body in which the bag mouth is folded back into the bag is formed.
[0018]
Thus, according to the scrub brush of claim 1, wherein, when turned over the front and back of the material, which has been described above, the corner portion constituted by a continuous portion and edges of both end portions of the bag mouth from both ends of the bag mouth Since it enters into the state of being folded back into the bag, the bag mouth is easily folded back into the bag. Therefore, an effect that the formation of the folding is simplified can be obtained.
[0019]
In the manufacturing process described above, the bag mouth is cut and formed so as to remain in a state where both end portions thereof are continuous, and accordingly, the bag mouth is in a sag, and the bag mouth is folded back into the bag. As a result, the folded-back portion has an inversely tapered shape in a state where the folded-back portion is gradually narrowed toward the tip portion.
[0020]
Therefore, when the bundle main body is stored in the bag body, the bundle main body is more easily caught by the folded portion, and the effect that the bundle main body is more difficult to be removed from the bag mouth is obtained.
[0021]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0022]
1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a bundle according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view, and FIG. 3 is a cut view of a bag.
[0023]
In these drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a bag formed of a material having water permeability, and in the present embodiment, as the material of the bag 1, nylon which is difficult to penetrate an end portion of a bundle body described later is used. (Trademark) Nonwoven fabric is used. As shown in FIG. 3, the bag body 1 is formed by sewing what is cut into a substantially bowl shape in plan view as described later.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 2, the bag mouth 2 of the bag body 1 is folded back into the bag body 1, and the folded portion 3 has left and right side portions 3 a and 3 b that are side portions 1 a and 1 b of the bag body 1. Each is sewn. As a result, shape retention in the folded state is maintained.
[0025]
Reference numeral 4 denotes a metal bundle body. In the present embodiment, a thinly curled stainless wire is wound into a spherical shape. As the bundle body 4, in addition to the one using the stainless wire, the one using the wire made of an alloy of copper and nickel or the alloy of copper and zinc can be adopted.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 2, the bundling body 4 is in a state where the upper portion 4 a is exposed so as to rise from the bag mouth 2 in a state of being housed in the bag body 1.
[0027]
Such a bundle is created as described below, for example.
(I) As shown in FIG. 3, the non-woven fabric F is cut into a generally bowl shape in plan view, and the indentation T is formed in the hollow portion C leaving the both end portions T1 and T2 to form the bag mouth 2.
(Ii) Using the notch T as a fold line, as shown in FIG. 4, the non-woven fabric F is folded and the edges S excluding the bag mouth 2 are attached. Thereby, the nonwoven fabric F is formed in a bag shape. Since both end portions T1 and T2 of the bag mouth 2 are connected without being cut, the corner portions K1 and K2 are formed by the both end portions T1 and T2 and the edge portions S1 and S2 attached. It is formed.
(Iii) Turn the front and back of the nonwoven fabric F formed in a bag shape upside down. Then, as shown to Fig.5 (a), the corner | angular part K1, K2 mentioned above will enter into the state folded toward the inside 1c of the bag from the both ends of the bag mouth 2. FIG.
(Iv) The corners K1 and K2 that have entered the bag 1c in this way are further pushed into the bag 1c, and the bag mouth 2 is folded back toward the bag 1c. Thereby, as shown in FIG.5 (b), the folding | returning part 3 of the bag mouth 2 is folded in the bag 1c.
(V) As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the side portions 3 a and 3 b of the folded portion 3 are partially attached to the side portions 1 a and 1 b of the bag body 1. The bag body 1 is formed by the procedure as described above. Note that the side portions 3a, 3b of the folded portion 3 and the side portions 1a, 1b of the bag body 1 do not necessarily have to be attached.
(Vi) The bundle body 4 is pushed into the bag 1 formed in this way. Thereby, a bundle as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is created.
[0028]
According to the bundler of the present embodiment described above, since the bundler body 4 is housed in the bag body 1, the cleaning operation can be performed without directly grasping the bundler body 4.
[0029]
Since the bag body 1 is formed of the nonwoven fabric F, the end 4b of the wire forming the bundle body 4 accommodated in the bag body 1 is less likely to protrude through the bag body 1.
Therefore, the effect that it is hard to damage a finger | toe, a nail | claw, etc. at the time of washing | cleaning is acquired.
[0030]
Since the bag mouth 2 of the bag body 1 is folded back into the bag body 1, when the bundle body 4 is stored in the bag body 1, the bundle body 4 is caught by the folded portion 3 of the bag mouth 2. It becomes a state and it becomes difficult for the bundle body 4 to come out of the bag mouth 2.
[0031]
That is, according to the bundler of the present embodiment, the troublesome manufacturing process of sewing the rubber string 13 to the bag mouth like the conventional bundler described above is not required, and the bag mouth 2 of the bag body 1 is placed in the bag body 1. The bundling body 4 can be made difficult to come out of the bag mouth 2 by a simple manufacturing process of turning back.
[0032]
That is, according to the bundler of the present embodiment, an effect that the creation of the bag body 1 is simplified can be obtained.
[0033]
When the front and back of the nonwoven fabric F obtained in the manufacturing step (i) (ii) is turned upside down, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), the bag mouth 2 is composed of both end portions T1, T2 and edge portions S1, S2. Since the corners K1 and K2 enter the folded state from both ends of the bag mouth 2 toward the inside of the bag 1c, the bag mouth 2 is easily folded back toward the inside of the bag 1c. Therefore, the effect that the formation of the folded portion 3 is simplified can be obtained.
[0034]
In the manufacturing process described above, the bag mouth 2 is formed by cutting so that both end portions T1 and T2 remain in a continuous state, as shown in FIG. Thus, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), when the bag mouth 2 is folded back toward the inside of the bag 1c, the folded-back portion 3 has a reverse taper shape that is tapered toward the tip portion 3c.
[0035]
Therefore, when the bundle body 4 is housed in the bag body 1, as shown in FIG. 2, the bundle body 4 is more easily caught on the tip 3 c of the folded portion 3, and the bundle body 4 is more difficult to be removed from the bag mouth. An effect is obtained.
[0036]
In addition, since the bag body 1 is formed of the nonwoven fabric F, two types of cleaning, that is, cleaning using the bundling body 4 and cleaning using the bag body 1 can be performed with one bundling. There is also an effect that it can be washed according to the object.
[0037]
Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately modified within the scope of the gist of the present invention.
