Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a rubbing implement suitably used for rubbing the inner surface of a container such as a bottle, a cup, a pot, and a water basin.
[0002]
In this specification, the term "bending" is used in a meaning including "bending".
[0003]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of brushing tool, a fiber was formed in a rod shape by sandwiching fibers between wires and twisting them. However, since the wire at the tip protrudes, a cover such as a cup bottom is formed. There was a drawback that the sliding surface was damaged.
[0004]
Therefore, as a solution to such a disadvantage, a planting base piece is attached to the tip side of a rod-shaped brush body in which a large number of fibers are continuously pinched and fixed, and the auxiliary fibers are radially attached to the planting base piece. A brush for sliding and washing has been proposed in which a brush is implanted to form a tip brush portion and a handle is attached to a base end side of a rod-shaped brush main body (see Patent Documents 1 and 2). In such a brush for brush cleaning, since the wire projecting portion is not exposed at the tip side of the brush, the brush-washed surface is not damaged at the time of brush cleaning.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described conventional brush for brushing requires four components, namely, a rod-shaped brush main body, a plant base, an auxiliary fiber, and a handle, and has a problem that the number of components is large. In other words, there is a problem in that the number of manufacturing steps is inevitably increased due to the large number of parts and the manufacturing time is also increased.
[0008]
Further, in the conventional brush for brushing, the brushing is performed by the fiber of the rod-shaped brush body and the auxiliary fiber of the tip brush portion, and the brushing is performed by the brushing portion made of the same kind of material as the fiber. Therefore, it has been difficult to easily remove all of the various types of stains.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of such a technical background, and the number of components can be reduced, the manufacturing process and the manufacturing time are reduced, and various types of dirt can be easily removed without leaving. An object of the present invention is to provide a rubbing implement having excellent rubbing ability and not damaging a rubbed surface.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the inventor of the present invention has conducted intensive studies and found that a first brush-washing member is provided between the left and right halves of a first brush-wash member formed by bending a rod-shaped brush at an intermediate portion thereof and folding the brush into two. The second brushing member made of a different material is sandwiched and fixed, and the curved end portion of the first brushing member is covered with the second brushing member. The inventors have found that a tool can be obtained, and have completed the present invention.
[0011]
That is, in the sliding cleaning tool according to the present invention, a rod-shaped brush in which a large number of fibers are continuously sandwiched and fixed between two stranded wires is bent at an intermediate portion in a longitudinal direction and folded in two. A first rubbing member formed in a shape, a second rubbing member made of a different material from the first rubbing member, and a handle, and the first rubbing member is folded in two. The second rubbing member is sandwiched and fixed between the left and right halves, and a distal curved portion of the first rubbing member is covered by the second rubbing member, and a base end of the first rubbing member is provided. The handle is attached to a handle attachment portion formed by the wire projection on the side.
[0012]
In this brush cleaning tool, both brush cleaning members are integrated by sandwiching and fixing the second brush cleaning member between the left and right halves of the first brush cleaning member. Since a separate fixing member is not required for integration, the number of components can be reduced, the number of manufacturing steps can be reduced, and the manufacturing time can be shortened. Further, in addition to the first rubbing member made of a rod-shaped brush, a second rubbing member made of a material different from the first rubbing member is provided. In addition, various kinds of dirt can be easily removed without leaving any excess, and thus a rubbing implement having excellent rubbing ability can be obtained. Further, since the curved end portion of the first rubbing member is covered by the second rubbing member, the wire is not exposed, and therefore, the rubbed surface is not damaged. As described above, in the present invention, the second rubbing member has not only a rubbing function as a mere second rubbing member but also a function of preventing the wire from being exposed at the distal end curved portion of the first rubbing member. ing.
[0013]
In the above-mentioned brushing tool, the fiber length of the tip curved portion of the first brushing member is set shorter than the fiber length of both the left and right halves of the first brushing member. It is preferable to adopt a configuration in which the portion is engaged with the second rubbing member. By setting the fiber length of the distal curved portion of the first rubbing member to be short, the fiber of the distal curved portion becomes rigid, and at least a part of the fiber of the distal curved portion becomes the second sliding member. Since it is engaged with the washing member, it is possible to effectively prevent the tip end portion of the second washing member from being displaced and moved at the time of washing, thereby reliably preventing the wire from being exposed, and at the same time, preventing the second sliding member from being exposed. Excellent scrubbing ability can be maintained.
[0014]
When the second scrubbing member is made of a soft, water-containing member such as a sponge or a cloth material, it is possible to improve foaming at the time of scrubbing, and to make it difficult for the first scrubbing member to scrub. It also has the advantage that it can be washed. Among them, it is preferable to use a sponge. In this case, the cleaning power can be further improved, and the operability of the rub cleaning tool can be improved.
[0015]
When the second rubbing member is made of a non-water-containing elastic member formed of rubber, a thermoplastic elastomer, etc., it is possible to scrape off even the dirt which is hardly rubbed with the first rubbing member. There are advantages that can be made.
[0016]
In particular, it is preferable that the second rubbing member is formed of a three-layer structure in which an intermediate plate made of sponge is sandwiched between a pair of left and right covered plate made of sponge. With such a three-layer structure, the rubbing ability can be further improved. In particular, the improvement of the cleaning ability on the peripheral side surface of the second cleaning member is remarkable.
[0017]
Further, a configuration is adopted in which the tip portions of the pair of left and right coated plate members are connected to each other via a connecting portion formed of a sponge, and the connecting portions are arranged so as to straddle the upper end portion of the intermediate plate member. Is preferred. If such a configuration is adopted, the displacement of the tip of the second rubbing member during rubbing in the case of employing the three-layer structure can be more effectively prevented, so that the exposure of the wire can be more reliably performed. In addition to the above, the excellent rubbing ability of the second rubbing member can be sufficiently maintained.
[0018]
Further, it is preferable that a cutout recess is formed at an upper end portion of the intermediate plate-shaped body, and the connecting portion is fitted and arranged in the cutout recess. Thereby, since the intermediate plate-like body can be restrained in a more stable state by the pair of covering plate-like bodies on both sides at the tip end of the second rubbing member, the exposure of the wire can be more reliably prevented.
[0019]
Further, it is preferable to adopt a configuration in which at least a part of the peripheral side surface of the second scrubbing member protrudes outward from a contour line formed by the tips of the fibers of the first scrubbing member. There is an advantage that a synergistic sliding effect by the first and second sliding members can be further enhanced.
[0020]
The method for manufacturing a brush cleaning tool according to the present invention comprises the steps of: forming a rod brush in which a large number of fibers are continuously clamped and fixed between two twisted wires; and a second brush made of a material different from the rod brush. A step of inserting the rod-shaped brush into the insertion hole of the washing member and disposing the intermediate portion in the length direction of the rod-shaped brush in the insertion hole of the second rubbing member; Forming a first rubbing member by bending it into a folded shape, and clamping and fixing the second rubbing member between left and right halves of the first rubbing member; and Attaching a handle to a handle attachment portion formed by a wire projecting portion on the base end side of the washing member. According to this manufacturing method, the sliding tool of the present invention can be manufactured with high productivity and high quality.
[0021]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A sliding cleaning tool (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. In these figures, (2) is a first rubbing member, (3) is a second rubbing member, and (4) is a handle.
[0022]
The first rubbing member (2) is formed by twisting the wires (6) and (6) with a large number of fibers (7) ... sandwiched between two wires (6) and (6). The bent rod-shaped brush (5) (see FIG. 6) is bent at an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction and is formed into a two-fold shape, and as shown in FIG. 20), one left half (21) of the two folds, and the other right half (22). In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, a cut portion (25) having a short fiber length is formed at the center in the length direction of the rod-shaped brush (5) used as a material. The first scrubbing member (2) is manufactured by bending the cutting part (25) into two folds. That is, the cutting portion (25) is curved to form the distal end curved portion (20). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, the fiber length of the curved end portion (20) of the first rubbing member (2) is the same as that of the left and right halves (21) and (22) of the first rubbing member (2). It is shorter than the fiber length.
[0023]
A handle mounting portion (30) formed by a wire protrusion on the base end side of the first rubbing member (2), that is, a handle mounting formed by wire protrusions on both ends of the rod-shaped brush (5). A handle (4) is attached to the parts (30) and (30). That is, two fitting holes are formed at the top of the handle (4), and the wire projecting portion on the base end side of the first slidable washing member (2) is formed in these fitting holes using an adhesive. It is firmly joined by fitting and bonding. In this connection, one of the base wire projecting portions is screwed to the other to form one handle mounting portion (30), and the handle mounting portion (30) is formed in one fitting hole at the top of the handle. May be formed by fitting and bonding.
[0024]
A second rubbing member (3) is sandwiched and fixed between the folded left and right halves (21) and (22) of the first rubbing member (2). That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the wires (6) and (6) constituting the left half (21) and the wires (6) and (6) constituting the right half (22) are strongly pinched. The second rubbing member (3) is firmly clamped and fixed by force. As described above, the second rubbing member (3) is sandwiched and fixed between the left and right halves (21) and (22) of the first rubbing member (2), so that the two rubbing members (2) and (3) are provided. Are integrated, and a separate fixing member is not required to integrate the two sliding members (2) and (3). Therefore, the number of components can be reduced, the number of manufacturing steps can be reduced, and the manufacturing time can be reduced. Can also be shortened.
[0025]
Further, a curved end portion (20) of the first rubbing member (2) is covered with the second rubbing member (3). As a result, the wire (6) of the first cleaning member (2) is not exposed, so that the surface to be cleaned is not damaged during the cleaning.
[0026]
Further, at least a part of the fibers (7)... Of the curved end portion (20) of the first rubbing member (2) enters the second rubbing member (3) and is engaged therewith. . Such engagement can effectively prevent the tip of the second scrubbing member (3) from shifting during the scrubbing.
[0027]
The second rubbing member (3) is made of a different material from the first rubbing member (2). In the present embodiment, a sponge is used as the material. That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the second rubbing member (3) is substantially formed of a sponge between a pair of left and right substantially rectangular cover plate bodies (14) and (15). It is composed of a three-layer structure in which a rectangular intermediate plate (10) is sandwiched. These plate-like members (10), (14), (15) are configured to have the same thickness and substantially the same size. As described above, since the second rubbing member (3) made of a different material from the first rubbing member (2) is provided, cleaning is performed by a synergistic action of these two rubbing members (2) and (3). The effect can be enhanced and various kinds of dirt can be easily removed without leaving any residue.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 1 (c) and FIG. 5 (b), the tip portions (upper end portions) of the pair of left and right covering plate members (14) (15) are connected via a connecting portion (16) made of sponge. Are connected. On the other hand, a cutout recess (12) is formed at the upper end of the intermediate plate-like body (10) (see FIG. 5A), and the connecting portion (16) fits into the cutout recess (12). It is arranged over the upper end of the intermediate plate-shaped body (10) in a packed manner (see FIG. 4).
[0029]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 (c) and 3, the peripheral side surface of the second scrubbing member (3) is defined by a contour line (M) formed by the tips of the fibers of the first scrubbing member (2). Is also configured to protrude outward, so that the synergistic sliding effect by the first and second sliding members can be further enhanced.
[0030]
In the above embodiment, a sponge is used as the second rubbing member (3). However, the present invention is not particularly limited to such a material, and a cloth material such as a nonwoven fabric can be used. When a nonwoven fabric is used as the second scrubbing member (3), it is preferable to fold the nonwoven fabric into two layers to form a two-layer structure. It is preferable to arrange on the (20) side. In addition, as the second rubbing member (3), not only a water-containing soft member such as a sponge and a cloth material but also a non-water-containing elastic member formed of rubber, a thermoplastic elastomer or the like may be used. When the water-containing soft member is used, bubbling during rubbing can be improved, and dirt that is difficult to rub with the first rubbing member (2) can be rubbed. In addition, when the non-water-containing elastic member is used, it is possible to scrape off strongly adhered dirt that is difficult to wash with the first sliding member (2).
