Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage to fingers or nails of hands at the time of washing by enabling washing without directly grasping the main body of bundler by housing the main body of bundler inside a bag body composed of a water permeable nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: The water-permeable nonwoven fabric is cut and sewn so that a cocoon-shaped bag body 1 can be formed. At such a time, the shape of the bag body 1 is kept by turning up a bag opening 2 of the bag 1 and respectively sewing both left and right side parts 3a and 3b of a turned-up part 3 to both left and right side parts 1a and 1b of the bag body 1. On the other hand, a main body 4 of bundler is formed by spherically winding a thin curled stainless wire, for example. In the state of housing the main body 4 of bundler in the bag body 1, its upper part 4a is exposed so as to be projected from the bag opening 2. Thus, since the main body 4 of bundler is housed in the bag body 1, washing is enabled without directly grasping the main body 4 of bundler. Further, since a wire terminal part 4b of the main body 4 of bundler is not projected through the bag body 1, the fingers or nails of hands are not injured.

2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a conventional sash disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 2-109552, and FIG. 7 is a plan view of the sash with the bag mouth up. In these figures, reference numeral 10 denotes a bag made of a mesh material, and reference numeral 11 denotes a spherical bundle body made of a metal wire housed in the bag 10. An elastic cord 13 is sewn to a bag mouth 12 of the bag body 10 so that the opening 12a is narrowed. This makes it difficult for the bundle body 11 to come out of the opening 12a.

Since the bag is formed of a non-woven fabric,
The end portion of the wire rod forming the bundle body stored in the bag body hardly protrudes through the bag body. Therefore, according to the bundle according to the first aspect, it is possible to obtain an effect that a finger or a nail is not easily damaged during cleaning.

That is, according to the bundle of the second aspect,
The simple manufacturing process of turning the bag mouth of the bag body toward the bag body does not require the troublesome manufacturing process of sewing the elastic cord to the bag mouth as in the above-mentioned conventional bundle, and the bundle child body comes out of the bag mouth. It can be made difficult.

The bundle according to the third aspect can be produced, for example, by the following procedure. (I) The material is cut into a substantially cocoon shape in a plan view, and a cut is made in the recessed portion, leaving both ends thereof, to form a bag mouth. (Ii) The material is folded using the notch as a folding line, and the edges excluding the bag mouth are joined together. Thereby, the material is formed in a bag shape. At both end portions of the bag mouth, a corner portion is formed by a portion remaining in a state of being connected without being cut and an edge portion which is joined. (Iii) Turn over the material formed in a bag shape.
Then, the above-described corners enter a state in which both ends of the bag mouth are folded toward the inside of the bag. (Iv) The corner portion in the state of being inserted into the bag as described above is further pushed into the bag, and the bag mouth is turned toward the inside of the bag. As a result, a bag body having the bag mouth folded back in the bag is formed.

In this way, according to the bundle of the third aspect, when the above-mentioned material is turned upside down, the corner formed by the continuous portion of both ends of the bag mouth and the edge becomes the corner of the bag mouth. Since the bag enters the state of being folded back into the bag from both ends, the bag mouth is easily folded back toward the inside of the bag. Therefore, the effect that the formation of the fold is simplified is obtained.

Since the bag mouth is cut in such a manner that both ends thereof remain in a continuous state in the above-described manufacturing process, the bag mouth is narrowed by that amount, and the bag is turned toward the inside of the bag. When the mouth is turned back, the turn-back portion becomes an inversely tapered shape that tapers toward the tip.

Therefore, when the bundle body is stored in the bag, the bundle body is more likely to be caught in the folded portion,
The effect that the bundler main body becomes harder to fall out of the bag mouth is obtained.

Such a bundle is made, for example, as described below. (I) As shown in FIG. 3, the nonwoven fabric F is cut into a substantially cocoon shape in a plan view, and both ends T1,
A notch T is made leaving T2 to form a bag mouth 2. (Ii) Using the cut T as a folding line, as shown in FIG. 4, the nonwoven fabric F is folded, and the edges S excluding the bag mouth 2 are joined together. Thereby, the nonwoven fabric F is formed in a bag shape.
Since both end portions T1 and T2 of the bag mouth 2 are continuous without being cut, the end portions T1 and T2 are not cut.
The corner portion K is formed by the edge portions S1 and S2 which are joined to T2.
1, K2 are formed. (Iii) The nonwoven fabric F formed in a bag shape is turned upside down. Then, as shown in FIG.
1 and K2 enter a state folded from both ends of the bag mouth 2 toward the inside 1c of the bag. (Iv) The corner K in the state of having entered the inside of the bag 1c as described above.
1, K2 is further pushed into the bag 1c, and the bag mouth 2 is folded back toward the bag 1c. As a result, FIG.
As shown in (b), the folded portion 3 of the bag mouth 2 is in the bag 1c.
Will be folded back. (V) As shown in FIG. 5 (b), both sides 3 a, 3 b of the folded part 3 partially meet the side parts 1 a, 1 b of the bag body 1. The bag body 1 is formed by the above procedure. The side portions 3a, 3b of the folded portion 3 and the side portion 1 of the bag 1
It is not always necessary to meet with a and 1b. (Vi) The bundle body 4 is pushed into the bag 1 thus formed. Thus, a bundle as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is created.

When the front and back of the non-woven fabric F obtained in the manufacturing steps (i) and (ii) are turned over, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), both ends T1, T2 of the bag mouth 2 and edges S1, S2 are formed. Since the corners K1 and K2 formed in the above-mentioned form enter into the state folded back from both ends of the bag mouth 2 toward the inside 1c of the bag, the inside of the bag 1
The bag mouth 2 is easily turned back toward c. Therefore,
The effect that the formation of the folded portion 3 is simplified is obtained.

As shown in FIG. 3, the bag mouth 2 is cut so that both end portions T1 and T2 remain in a continuous state in the above-described manufacturing process. As shown in FIG. 5B,
When the bag mouth 2 is folded toward the inside 1c of the bag, the folded portion 3 becomes an inversely tapered shape in which the folded portion 3 becomes narrower toward the tip 3c.
