【0001】
【0059】
<実施例1>

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the paper
[0026]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing one embodiment of a paper insect repellent container according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view showing one embodiment of a paper insect repellent container according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional side view taken along the line XX of FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is a side cross-sectional view illustrating a process of molding the paper
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 1, a paper
[0028]
The paper
[0029]
The base material mainly composed of the paper layer is suitable for processing (such as formability) of the
[0030]
The basis weight of the substrate is appropriately determined depending on the size of the paper insect repellent container, but the basis weight is 200 g / m. 2 To 400 g / m 2 The range of is preferable.
[0031]
Next, the thermoplastic resin forming the thermoplastic resin layer is a synthetic resin that can be easily melt-extruded with an extrusion lamination apparatus, has heat sealability, and has chemical resistance such as an insect repellent. For example, the type is not particularly limited.
[0032]
For example, polybutylene terephthalate resin (PBT), polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET), polypropylene resin (PP), low density polyethylene resin (LDPE), medium density polyethylene resin (MDPE), high density polyethylene resin (HDPE), etc. are used. However, it is particularly preferable to use polybutylene terephthalate resin (PBT), polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET), or polypropylene resin (PP).
[0033]
The thickness of the thermoplastic resin layer is appropriately determined depending on the size of the paper insect repellent container, but is preferably in the range of 12 μm to 40 μm in view of the laminate strength.
[0034]
Next, as the coating agent for forming the coating agent layer, solvent-soluble or water-soluble polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET), ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer resin (EVA), acrylic resin, ethylene / vinyl alcohol copolymer A coalesced resin (EVOH) or the like can be used.
[0035]
As a method for coating the substrate, generally known methods such as a reverse roll coating method, a gravure coating method, a rod coating method, and an air knife coating method can be used.
[0036]
The coating amount is, for example, 0.1 g / m 2 -10g / m 2 (Dry) degree, preferably 0.5 g / m in consideration of heat seal strength and the like 2 ~ 5g / m 2 Coating is carried out to a degree of (dry).
[0037]
As described above, the laminated material constituting the paper
[0038]
For example, as a layer configuration example of the laminated material, (inner surface side) polybutylene terephthalate resin layer (PBT) 25 μm / cup base paper 270 g / m 2 / Polybutylene terephthalate resin layer (PBT) 25 μm (outer side), (inner side) polyethylene terephthalate resin layer (PET) 12 μm / cup base paper 270 g / m 2 / Polyethylene terephthalate resin layer (PET) 12 μm (outer side), (inner side) polybutylene terephthalate resin layer (PBT) 25 μm / cup base paper 270 g / m 2 / Polypropylene resin layer (PP) 20 μm (outer side), (inner side) polybutylene terephthalate resin layer (PBT) 25 μm / Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. trade name Mold Paper 275 g / m 2 / Polybutylene terephthalate resin layer (PBT) 25 μm (outer surface side).
[0039]
Next, using the various laminated materials, a thermal foamable resin is pattern coated on one surface of the laminated material to provide the thermally foamable resin layer.
[0040]
As the thermally foamable resin, a thermally expanded capsule dispersed in a thermoplastic binder (fixing agent) or a chemical foaming agent that generates gas by thermal decomposition is added to the thermoplastic binder (fixing agent). .
[0041]
The thermal expansion capsule uses acrylic resin or polyvinylidene chloride resin (PVDC) for the shell, and uses butane gas for the internal gas.
[0042]
As the thermoplastic binder (fixing agent), ethylene methacrylic acid copolymer resin (EMAA), ethylene / acrylic acid copolymer resin (EAA), polyethylene resin (PE), polypropylene resin (PP), or the like is used.
[0043]
The chemical foaming agent is not particularly limited as long as it is a substance that generates gas by thermal decomposition, but sodium bicarbonate is preferable.
[0044]
The method of pattern coating the thermally foamable resin is to apply copper plating on the surface of an iron cylinder (cylinder) to form a base, provide a release layer on the copper plating surface, and further perform copper plating. A copper surface whose surface is mirror-polished can be coated with a gravure method or a relatively large coating amount by creating recesses (cells) of various pattern shapes by engraving and corrosion methods and transferring the coating liquid in the cells. It is preferable to use a silk screen method or the like.
[0045]
A heat-foamable resin is pattern coated on one side of the laminated material by a silk screen method, etc., and the heat-foamable resin layer is provided, and then heated by a drying device to thermally foam the heat-foamable resin, thereby forming protrusions. Then, the
[0046]
However, in this method, a heat-foamable resin is pattern-coated on one side of the laminated material, and the heat-foamable resin is thermally foamed to form the protruding
[0047]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, after cutting a laminated material formed by laminating at least one thermoplastic resin layer or coating agent layer on both sides or one side of the substrate mainly composed of the paper layer, One side of the sheet-like laminated material is coated with a heat-foamable resin by a silk screen method or the like, and the laminated material obtained by pattern-coating the heat-foamable resin is a
[0048]
Since the
[0049]
That is, the thermally foamable resin is obtained by dispersing thermally expanded capsules in a thermoplastic binder (fixing agent) or by adding a chemical foaming agent that generates gas by thermal decomposition to the thermoplastic binder (fixing agent). I am using it.
[0050]
The thermal expansion capsule uses acrylic resin, polyvinylidene chloride resin (PVDC) or the like for the shell, and butane gas or the like for the internal gas.
[0051]
As the thermoplastic binder (fixing agent), ethylene methacrylic acid copolymer resin (EMAA), ethylene / acrylic acid copolymer resin (EAA), polyethylene resin (PE), polypropylene resin (PP), or the like is used.
[0052]
As the chemical foaming agent, one that generates gas by thermal decomposition, such as sodium hydrogen carbonate, is used.
[0053]
Therefore, when the laminated material is coated with a heat-foamable resin by a silk screen method or the like and is provided with the heat-foamable resin layer, the drying device is good in terms of strength such as friction resistance. If the heat-foamable resin is thermally foamed by heating, etc., the foaming process is preferably post-processed as much as possible because the frictional resistance becomes slightly weak and the strength deteriorates.
[0054]
Next, a beautiful printing ink layer can be provided on the surface of the paper
[0055]
At that time, the printing ink for forming the printing ink layer includes a color material composed of a pigment or a dye that imparts color to the ink, and a synthetic resin that adheres to the printed material while dispersing and holding the color material in fine particles. And a solvent that stably dissolves the resin, maintains the dispersibility of the pigment and the fluidity of the ink, and transfers the appropriate amount of ink from the printing plate, and further dispersibility of the coloring material and coloring It is formed from an auxiliary agent composed of a surfactant for the purpose of improving the property, preventing precipitation, and improving the fluidity. Especially, the colorant has good weather resistance for paper insecticide containers, and is a drug sheet. Pigments that are not affected by the drug component evaporating from 1 are preferred.
[0056]
As the printing method, an offset printing method, a gravure printing method, a silk screen printing method, a flexographic printing method, and the like can be used, but an offset printing method is preferable if the substrate to be printed is a sheet-like sheet.
[0057]
As described above, when the
