Description
Claims (18)
- 子宮筋腫および線維腫の軽減に関する経膣的超音波のためのエコー発生医学的ニードルであって、
内面、エコー発生表面を有する遠位端および近位端を有する外部管腔部材と、
前記遠位端の近位の活性電極と、
前記外部部材の外部を囲む高周波遮蔽シースであって、前記高周波遮蔽は、前記高周波遮蔽部分が前記近位端から前記遠位端へ延びるように、高周波から遮蔽される前記外部部材の一部および高周波遮蔽されない前記外部部材の一部を画定する高周波遮蔽シースと、
前記活性電極と電気的に連絡されている前記近位端に装着された電気的コネクターと、
ニードルガイドが装着されている膣超音波プローブであって、前記医学的ニードルが前記ニードルガイドに配置されている膣超音波プローブと、
を備えており、
ニードルの遠位端またはこの遠位端に対して近位の部分がエコー発生表面を有している、エコー発生医学的ニードル。 - 前記電気的コネクターと電気的に連絡されている高周波電源をさらに備え、前記電源が前記活性電極に電気的エネルギーを提供するようになっている、請求項1に記載の医学的ニードル。
- 前記活性電極に対して近位の前記外部部材に配置された復帰電極をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の医学的ニードル。
- 前記復帰電極が前記活性電極から約2〜20mmに配置されている、請求項3に記載の医学的ニードル。
- 患者の身体の体表に配置された復帰電極をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の医学的ニードル。
- 前記近位端が前記遠位端を手動で配向するためのフィンガークリップをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の医学的ニードル。
- 前記活性電極の近位の前記シース内に配置される温度センサーをさらに備え、前記センサーが温度表示手段と連絡されている、請求項1に記載の医学的ニードル。
- 前記遠位端が組織に進入するための先鋭なポイントをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の医学的ニードル。
- 前記装着されたニードルガイドは、前記ニードルが挿入される開口部を有する前記プローブの周囲に適合されたプラスチックまたは金属のクランプである、請求項1に記載の医学的ニードル。
- 前記遠位端が組織に進入するための開口勾配先端部をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の医学的ニードル。
- 前記活性電極に対する前記電気的エネルギーを遮断するための安全装置であって、
前記開口勾配先端部から外側に延びる鈍性の後端、前端、ならびに導電性である内部部材の一部および非導電性である一部を画定する導電性外面を有する前記外部部材内に配置される内部円筒部材と、
前記外部部材の近位端に配置され、かつ前記内部円筒部材の前記前端に装着される前記外部部材内に配置されるスプリングであって、圧力が前記鈍性の後端に加えられる場合、前記スプリングが圧縮して、前記鈍性の後端が前記外部部材に引っ込むスプリングと、
前記内部表面に配置される第二および第三の導電性表面であって、前記電気的コネクターと電気的に連絡されている前記第二の表面と、前記活性電極と電気的に連絡されている前記第三の表面とがお互いに接触されておらず、これによって前記スプリングの引っ込みが前記第一の導電性表面を前記第二および第三の表面と同時に接触させ、前記電気的コネクターが前記活性電極と電気的に連絡される導電性表面と、
をさらに備えている、請求項2に記載の医学的ニードル。 - 前記第二の導電面が前記内面と電気的に連絡されていない、請求項11に記載の医学的ニードル。
- 前記活性電極に対する前記電気的エネルギーを遮断するための安全装置であって、
前記開口勾配先端部から外側に延びる鈍性の後端、前端、前記鈍性の後端に配置される活性電極、ならびに導電性である内部部材の一部および非導電性である一部を画定する導電性外面を有する前記外部部材内に配置される内部円筒部材であって、前記導電性表面が前記活性電極と電気的に連絡されている内部円筒部材と、
前記外部部材の近位端に配置され、前記内部円筒部材の前記前端に装着される前記外部部材内に配置されるスプリングであって、圧力が前記鈍性の後端に加えられる場合、前記スプリングが圧縮して、前記鈍性の後端が前記外部部材に引っ込むスプリングと、
前記内部表面に配置される第二の導電性表面であって、前記第二の表面が前記電気的コネクターと電気的に連絡されており、これによって前記スプリングの引っ込みが前記第一の導電性表面を前記第二の表面と同時に接触させ、前記電気的コネクターが前記活性電極と電気的に連絡される導電性表面と、
をさらに備えている、請求項2に記載の医学的ニードル。 - 前記活性電極に対する前記電気的エネルギーを遮断するためのスイッチであって、
前端および前記開口勾配先端部から外側に延びる鈍性の後端を有する前記外部部材内に配置される内部円筒部材であって、圧力が前記鈍性の後端に加えられることによって前記鈍性の後端が前記外部部材に引っ込む内部円筒部材と、
開口位置および閉鎖位置を有する前記外部部材内に配置されており、それによって前記スイッチが閉鎖される場合、前記電気的接続および前記活性電極が電気的に連絡され、前記スイッチが前記前端に接続され、前記鈍性の後端が前記外部部材に引っ込まれる場合、前記前端が前記スイッチに圧力をかけ、それによって前記スイッチが閉鎖されて、前記電気的接続および前記活性電極が電気的に連絡されるスイッチと、
をさらに備えている、請求項2に記載の医学的ニードル。 - 前記外部部材の長さが約25〜50センチメートルである、請求項1に記載の医学的ニードル。
- 前記外部部材の長さが約30〜40センチメートルである、請求項1に記載の医学的ニードル。
- 前記外部部材の直径が約12〜18ゲージである、請求項1に記載の医学的ニードル。
- 前記外部部材の直径が約16〜18ゲージである、請求項1に記載の医学的ニードル。
