前記端末において受信した前記該当信号に基づいて、前記端末から前記基準端末のそれぞれまでの該当距離を推定し、
前記端末から各前記該当基準端末までの前記該当推定距離と、前記該当基準端末の前記該当位置とに基づいて、前記該当基準端末のそれぞれについて該当疑似パターンを計算し、
前記疑似パターンのそれぞれが各自の推定距離の中の誤差が最小になる位置を推定して、前記端末の前記位置を表す前記推定位置を識別し、
前記距離の推定は、前記該当距離を推定するときの誤差を最小にするガウスの公準に基づいて、誤差の自乗の総和を最小にする計算を実行することを含む方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記基準端末は、それぞれ地上の端末である前記方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記通信網はアドホック通信網を含み、前記端末と前記基準端末は、前記アドホック通信網の中で動作するようになされている前記方法。

前記端末において受信した前記該当信号に基づいて、前記端末から前記基準端末のそれぞれまでの該当距離を推定し、前記端末から各前記該当基準端末までの前記該当推定距離と、前記該当基準端末の前記該当位置とに基づいて、前記該当基準端末のそれぞれについて該当疑似パターンを計算し、前記疑似パターンのそれぞれが各自の推定距離の中の誤差が最小になる位置を推定し、前記端末の前記位置を表す前記推定位置を識別し、前記該当距離を推定するときの誤差を最小にするガウスの公準に基づいて、誤差の自乗の総和を最小にする計算を実行するようになされたプロセッサと、

前記端末から各前記該当基準端末までの前記該当推定距離と、前記該当基準端末の前記該当位置とに基づいて、前記該当基準端末のそれぞれについて該当疑似パターンを計算するようになされた命令の第2の組と、
前記端末から各前記該当基準端末までの前記該当距離と、前記該当基準端末の前記該当位置とに基づいて、前記該当基準端末のそれぞれに関する前記疑似パターンのそれぞれが各自の推定距離の中の誤差が最小になる位置を推定し、さらに前記端末の前記位置を表す前記推定位置を識別し、前記該当距離を推定するときの誤差を最小にするガウスの公準に基づいて、誤差の自乗の総和を最小にする計算を実行するようになされた命令の第3の組と、

前記端末において受信した前記該当信号に基づいて、前記端末から前記基準端末のそれぞれまでの該当距離を推定し、
前記端末から各前記該当基準端末までの前記該当推定距離と、前記該当基準端末の前記該当位置とに基づいて、前記該当基準端末のそれぞれについて該当疑似パターンを計算し、
前記疑似パターンのそれぞれが各自の推定距離の中の誤差が最小になる位置を推定して、前記端末の前記位置を表す前記推定位置を識別する、
ことを含み、
前記最小誤差は、次式に基づいて前記位置を推定するステップで決定され:
