本発明は射出成形金型における金型構造およびその調整方法に関するものである。

図3は従来の射出成形金型における母型と入れ子の加工精度に依存した型構造の断面図である。図3に示すように、従来の母型1と入れ子2へ固定は、金型分割面7に垂直なボルト10等で固定していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
母型1と入れ子2の位置精度確保は、母型内寸11と入れ子外寸12を中間ばめ以上の精度で加工する必要がある。母型1と入れ子2の位置精度が不安定だと、それによって得られる成形品寸法が安定しない。また入れ子1と母型2は中間ばめ以上のため、分解、組立てに時間がかかる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、射出成形金型の金型入れ子の固定位置決め機構において、金型分割面に対して垂直な4面に、金型分割面に対して平行な貫通ネジ穴をもつ母型と、金型分割面に対して平行な方向であって前記貫通ネジ穴に対向する位置にR形状のみからなる凹形状を持った入れ子と、先端がR形状になっているスクリューとより構成され、該スクリューを前記貫通ネジ穴に挿入し且つ前記凹形状に押し付けて、母型と入れ子の位置決めと固定を同時に行なうことを特徴とする。
また、先端が円錐形状になっているスクリューより構成されていることを特徴とする。
さらに、金型入れ子の固定位置決め機構を用いる金型入れ子固定位置決め機構の調整方法において、金型の母型の外部から入れ子の位置精度を補正することを特徴とする。
本発明によれば入れ子と母型のクリアランスを大きくしても、組み付け時にクリアランスを一方向に押し付けるため、位置精度の確保ができる。また、金型の外部から入れ子おい地精度の補正ができ、可動型と固定型が合わさった状態で入れ子の位置決めを行なうので、合わせ精度は母型の精度、状態に依存しないですむ。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下実施例の図面を参照して本発明を説明する。
図1は、本発明の一実施例である母型と入れ子の固定位置決めする型構造の断面図である。本発明は、金型分割面7と平行な貫通ネジ穴4を持った母型1と、R状の凹形状5を持った入れ子2、先端がR形状6のスクリュー3より構成される。他の実施例として、スクリュー3の替わりにボールプランジャー等の使用も、R形状5,6の替わりに円錐形状の使用もあげられる。

このような構成によれば、図1(a) 母型1に挿入された入れ子2は、図1(b) スクリュー3によって一方向に押し付けられ、母型1と入れ子2の位置精度は確保される。更に、この時R凸6とR凹5によって、母型1と入れ子2は完全に固定される。

図2は、図1に対して垂直な断面図であり、可動型と固定型が合さった状態で金型外部から入れ子位置精 度を確保する型構造の断面図である。本構造は図2に示すように、金型の外部からスクリュー3の操作が可能なため、可動型8と固定型9が合さった状態でも、入れ子2の位置補正、固定ができる。このため、4方からスクリュー3で位置出しする構造をとると、入れ子2を母型に挿入し、可動型8と固定型9を合わせた状態で、位置決めをすることができる。これにより、母型の精度、状態に依存しない入れ子位置精度確保が可能となる。

本発明の母型と入れ子の固定位置決めする型構造とすることで、プリンタ等の射出によって形成される部品を大きな構造から小さな構造まで造ることができる。

本発明によれば、母型の外側から入れ子の固定・位置決めができるため、母型・入れ子の加工精度に依存せずに高精度の位置決めができる。また、型組み立ても容易になる。
