Description
Claims (13)
- 周縁部と空洞中央部とを有する、縦軸方向に積層された複数のディスクを備えており、
この各ディスクが空洞中央部と周縁部との間に延びる少なくとも一本の連続して切り抜かれた流路である第一流路を有し、この第一流路が入口部、出口部、およびこの入口部と出口部との間に延びる中間部を有しており、
各第一流路中間部が、概ね螺旋状を呈しており、減圧構造およびこの減圧構造のすぐ下流に位置する回復領域を含んでおり、
上記減圧構造が流路に沿って配列された制限部を有しており、この制限部が流路内に対向して突出する対になった凸部から構成されており、
上記回復領域が、制限部および急激な方向変化部のない流路から構成されてなる流体圧力低減装置。 - 上記概ね螺旋状を呈した第一流路中間部が複数の平坦な脚部を有してなる請求項1記載の流体圧力低減装置。
- 上記第一流路中間部の対向する壁同士が、前記入口部から出口部に向かうにつれて徐々に離間するように構成されてなる請求項1記載の流体圧力低減装置。
- 上記対の凸部が第一凸部と第二凸部とからなり、第一凸部が第二凸部よりさらに流路内へ突出してなる請求項3記載の流体圧力低減装置。
- 各流路が、その第一流路中間部において複数の減圧構造と、各減圧構造のすぐ下流に位置する組み合わされた回復領域とを有しており、各減圧構造および回復領域が対で圧力降下の作用を奏してなる請求項1記載の流体圧力低減装置。
- 上記第一流路中間部が、概ね螺旋状を呈するように漸次湾曲していくように形成されてなる請求項1記載の流体圧力低減装置。
- 上記入口部が上記ディスクの参照放射状線に沿って配置されるとともに、入口回復領域を含んでなる請求項1記載の流体圧力低減装置。
- 上記各流路出口部が、組み合わされた第一流路中間部によって連通された第一および第二の分割出口を有してなる請求項1記載の流体圧力低減装置。
- 入口部、出口部、およびこの入口部と出口部との間に延びる中間部を有する第二流路を備えており、この第二流路中間部と上記第一流路中間部とが交差部において交差しており、これらの各流路中間部が交差部の下流に回復領域を有してなる請求項1記載の流体圧力低減装置。
- 上記第一流路および第二流路を流れる流体が交差部での急激な方向変化を被るように、第一流路および第二流路が実質的に同一平面で交差部に向いてなる請求項9記載の流体圧力低減装置。
- 上記第一流路および第二流路を流れる流体が交差部において剪断力を生じるように、第一流路が交差部の上流における第一平面に向いた第一傾斜路を含んでおり、第二流路が交差部の上流における第二平面に向いた第二傾斜路を含んでなる請求項9記載の流体圧力低減装置。
- 上記第一流路の入口部と第二流路の入口部とが一体で共通の入口部を構成してなる請求項9記載の流体圧力低減装置。
- 上記共通の入口部が、実質的に同一体積の流体が第一流路および第二流路に流入するように、上記縦軸から共通入口に延びるディスクの参照放射状線に沿って配置されてなる請求項12記載の流体圧力低減装置。
