Description
−肺の発達を可能にしながら胸郭を安定化し、
−椎骨をブロックせずに成長時に脊骨全体を矯正し、
−外部の機械応力を緩衝し、
−大掛かりな、または侵入度の高い手術を全く必要とせずに容易にアクセスできる調整システムを利用、提供することができる。
この特許で比較できる唯一の手段はピストンであるが、この特許では、ピストンが軸方向移動することしかできず、脊椎の形状と同位相の曲線運動に全く従うことができない。この装置を調整するには、全体を分解せざるを得ないので、手術が大掛かりになる。これは、中央手段を調整するために局所麻酔の簡単な手術で済ませられ、中央手段に接近するには皮下をわずかに切開するだけでよい本発明のケースとは全く異なる。
子供の骨の分離器と称される装置3と、
機械応力の緩衝器と称される装置1とからなる。
−子供の脊柱を矯正して胴を安定化させ、
−子供の成長に従って、最小限の手術で連結距離を伸ばし、
−連結手段に加えられる機械的な負荷を軽減し、
−機械応力を緩衝することができる。
穴312を備えた中央手段300に取り付けられる2個の歯付きロッド35、36を含み、この穴に工具を係合して骨への連結手段231の距離を調整する。中央手段300に配置された2個のねじ341、342を締めつけて所定の位置に装置を固定する。

Claims (6)
- 2個の装置の組み合わせからなる分離緩衝装置2であって、
小児骨用の分離器である第一の装置3は、
第1の端部を有する第1ロッド部材と、
第2の端部を有する第2ロッド部材と、
第1の制動部材とからなり、
緩衝器である第2の装置1は、
前記第1ロッド部材と前記第2ロッド部材とを接続し、かつ患者の脊椎が直線になるように前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部の間隔を調整する調整手段300とからなる分離緩衝装置2において、
前記第1の制動部材は、
椎骨への連結手段232を備えるロッド110を一端に有する剛性の手段130と、
前記剛性の手段内に配置された第1粘弾性部材121と、
前記剛性の手段内に配置された第2粘弾性部材122とからなり、
前記第1ロット部材の第1の端部は、前記第1粘弾性部材と前記第2粘弾性部材との間に配置されたピストンヘッド370と、
を備えることを特徴とする分離緩衝装置。 - 前記第1ロッド部材及び第2ロッド部材が、片側に鋸歯状の歯列を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離緩衝装置。
- 前記第1ロッド部材及び第2ロッド部材の少なくとも1つが直線状部材であり、前記第1ロッド部材及び第2ロッド部材のうちのもう一方が曲線状部材であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の分離緩衝装置。
- 前記第1ロッド部材及び第2ロッド部材が、曲線状部材であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記第2ロッド部材の一端に肋骨と係合する連結手段231を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の分離緩衝装置。
- 2個の装置の組み合わせからなる分離緩衝装置2であって、
小児骨用の分離器である第一の装置3は、
第1の端部を有する第1ロッド部材と、
第2の端部を有する第2ロッド部材と、
第1の制動部材とからなり、
緩衝器である第2の装置1は、
前記第1ロッド部材と前記第2ロッド部材とを接続し、かつ患者の脊椎が直線になるように前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部の間隔を調整する調整手段300とからなる分離緩衝装置2において、
前記第1の制動部材は、
椎骨への連結手段232を備えるロッド110を一端に有する剛性の手段130と、
前記剛性の手段内に配置された第1粘弾性部材121と、
前記剛性の手段内に配置された第2粘弾性部材122とからなり、
前記第1ロット部材の第1の端部が、前記第1粘弾性部材と前記第2粘弾性部材との間に配置されたピストンヘッド370とを備え、
前記第2ロッド部材は、
一端に第2の制動部材を備え、
前記第2の制動部材は、
肋骨と係合する連結手段231を備えるロッド110を一端に有する剛性の手段130と、
前記剛性の手段内部に配置された第1粘弾性部材121と、
前記剛性の手段内部に配置された第2粘弾性部材122とからなり、
前記第2ロッド部材の第2の端部が、前記第1粘弾性部材と前記第2粘弾性部材との間に配置されたピストンヘッド370と、
を備えることを特徴とする分離緩衝装置。
