Description
The present invention relates to a light shielding member, an imaging device, and a method for manufacturing the light shielding member, and more specifically, a light shielding member used for preventing reflection of light in a path through which light passes inside an optical product such as a digital camera. An imaging apparatus that is an optical product including such a light shielding member and a method for manufacturing such a light shielding member are intended.
Optical products, for example, digital cameras, have advantages such as being easy to downsize and mass-produce as compared to conventional film cameras, and have become widespread.
The digital camera has a structure for acquiring electronic image information using a CCD image sensor or the like instead of a photosensitive film. As an optical system for sending image information to the CCD image pickup device, a lens or a combination lens system similar to a normal film camera is used.
Not only for digital cameras, but also for film cameras and other optical products, when light is reflected on the inner wall of the passage in the light passage containing the lens system, ghosts and halation will be added to the acquired image information. Defects and image information called degradation occur.
Therefore, in the light passage path of the optical product, the inner wall surface is painted black, made of a black material, or a black film or sheet is attached to prevent light reflection. As a technique used for such light reflection prevention, a technique called a light reflection prevention film or a light shielding film has been proposed.
For example,
The conventional antireflection film described above is difficult to remove the small piece of light antireflection member from the release sheet and affix it to a predetermined place of the optical product, or when used by attaching to the optical product. There was also a problem with performance.
Specifically, in the antireflection film, an adhesive layer is formed on the entire surface including a portion to be a light reflection preventing member, and then a cut line is processed along the outline of the light reflection preventing member. Therefore, the individual light reflection preventing members removed from the reflection preventing film have an adhesive layer on the entire surface. It is extremely difficult to carry out the handling operation until the light reflection preventing member is attached to a predetermined place so as not to contact the adhesive layer. If the handling tool is in contact with the adhesive layer, it is difficult to remove the handling tool from the anti-reflection member attached in place, and if the force tool is pulled away from the adhesive layer, the position of the anti-reflection member may shift. It is easy to deform.
With the light reflection preventing member attached to a predetermined position of the optical product, the adhesive layer is exposed on the end surface of the light reflection preventing member together with the light reflection preventing film. When dust or fine powdery foreign matter comes into contact with the end face of the light reflection preventing member, it sticks to the end face of the adhesive layer. While the optical product is used, dust or the like is accumulated on the adhesive layer on the end face of the light reflection preventing member. When the light reflection preventing member is disposed close to the light passage path, foreign matters such as dust adhering to the end face of the light reflection preventing member may block a part of the light or cause interference in the light passage. As a result, there arises a problem that optical performance is deteriorated.
Furthermore, the end surface of the light reflection preventing member has a thickness obtained by adding the thicknesses of the light reflection preventing film and the adhesive layer. Light reflection is likely to occur at the end face, and the light reflection preventing performance may deteriorate.
An object of the present invention is to provide a light-shielding member that solves the problems of the conventional light-shielding member and is excellent in performance when attached to an optical product such as an imaging device.
The light-shielding member according to the present invention is a light-shielding member that is adhered to the inner wall surface of an optical product, the light-shielding piece having a light-shielding surface and having a light passage hole that passes through the center, and the light-shielding piece. And an adhesive layer disposed on the outside with a space between the inner periphery of the light passage hole, and the inner periphery of the light passage hole in the light shielding piece is a tapered surface.
[Optical products]
The purpose, application, structure, etc. are not particularly limited as long as the optical product has an internal structure that needs to prevent light reflection or block light.
In general, light reflection prevention means preventing reflection of light on the surface, and light shielding means blocking light passage, but in this specification, light reflection on the surface is prevented. It may be described as light shielding, including both the function and the function of blocking the passage of light.
Specifically, still and moving image shooting devices such as digital cameras, mobile phones with cameras, film cameras, and movie cameras, and still images or moving images acquired by these shooting devices are displayed via an optical system. Examples thereof include display devices such as projectors and projectors, optical information devices that read, transmit, and convert optical signals such as laser light, microscopes, telescopes, magnifying scopes, surveying instruments, and other optical measuring devices. In addition, the present invention can be applied to various manufacturing processing apparatuses and industrial apparatuses that use light.
In the optical product, the inner wall surface to which the light shielding member is attached is the inner wall surface of the structural portion adjacent to the light passage path. As the material constituting the inner wall surface, materials similar to those of ordinary optical products such as metal, resin, ceramic, glass and the like are used. An inner wall surface having a material and a shape that can be easily pasted by the adhesive layer of the light shielding member is preferable. By attaching a light reflective member to the inner wall surface made of a material having light reflectivity, light reflection on the inner wall surface can be prevented. If the material of the inner wall surface is a material that hardly reflects light, such as black, the light can be more reliably shielded in cooperation with the light shielding member.
A specific example of the inner wall surface to which the light shielding member is attached is a passage structure in which a lens or an optical element is accommodated and light passes in the axial direction. If such a passage structure has only a smooth cylindrical surface parallel to the passing light, the reflection of light is not so problematic. However, in the middle of the passage structure, there are often peripheral frame-shaped protrusions and steps that protrude to the inner peripheral side to hold or position the lens. Such a member projecting to the inner peripheral side has a surface orthogonal to or intersecting with the light direction, and the light reflected by such a surface tends to have a harmful effect as a noise component. Accordingly, examples of the inner wall surface in which the light-shielding member is effectively attached include a member that projects to the inner peripheral side of the passage structure through which light passes.
<遮光片>
Furthermore, a light shielding member can be attached to a part of the surface of a member itself through which light passes, such as a lens or an optical element. For example, an attachment structure that can be employed in a camera-equipped mobile phone.
[Shading member]
The surface has a light shielding piece having anti-reflection properties and a light passage hole penetrating the center of the light shielding piece.
<Shading piece>
As the material of the light shielding piece, the same material as that of a normal light reflection preventing film or a light shielding film is used. It can be obtained from the market as a film for preventing light reflection, a light shielding film, a sheet or the like. In a general light shielding film structure, a black light shielding layer having a very low light reflectivity is laminated on the surface of a synthetic resin film serving as a base material. The base film itself may be colored black or the like. It is sufficient that at least one surface of the material of the light shielding piece has a light reflection preventing function. If both surfaces have a light reflection preventing function, reflection of light on the adhesive layer side of the light shielding piece can also be prevented. If the entire material or end face of the light shielding piece also has light reflection preventing properties, the light reflection preventing function can be more reliably exhibited.
The light shielding piece may be a flexible or easily deformable film or sheet such as a general light reflection preventing film or a light shielding film, or may be a rigid plate. The thickness of the light shielding piece is usually set in the range of 25 to 125 μm. The thinner the film, there is an advantage that problems such as light reflection at the end face are less likely to occur, and it is easy to follow the mounting surface. The thicker one has the advantage that it is strong and difficult to damage.
The shape of the light-shielding piece varies depending on the shape structure of the mounting location. However, the light shielding member arranged in the light passage path has a light passage hole penetrating the center of the light shielding piece.
<Light passage hole>
The shape of the light passage hole, which is the inner peripheral shape of the light shielding piece, is usually circular, but there are other shapes such as an ellipse, an oval, a polygon, and a part of these figures with irregularities. One light shielding member usually has one light passage hole, but a plurality of light passage holes may be provided.
<Tapered surface>
The inner peripheral edge of the light passage hole is a tapered surface. The inner peripheral edge of the light passage hole constitutes an inner peripheral end face having a width corresponding to the thickness of the light shielding piece. The inner peripheral end face is inclined so as to extend from one end to the other end in the direction of the central axis of the light passage hole. The direction of the taper and the taper angle can be set according to the purpose of use of the light shielding member. The taper direction may be either a taper that expands or a taper that narrows from the surface side of the light shielding piece toward the surface side of the adhesive layer. The taper angle can usually be set in a range of 15 to 30 degrees.
When the inner peripheral edge of the light passage hole is a tapered surface, the thickness of the inner peripheral end face of the light passage hole is substantially eliminated or reduced, and the light passage property can be improved. The possibility of harmful reflections can be reduced. The possibility that dust or the like adheres to the inner peripheral end face of the light passage hole is reduced. Even if dust or the like adheres to the taper surface, the passage of light is less likely to pass unless it protrudes from the tip edge protruding to the innermost side of the taper surface.
<粘着層>
<Outer peripheral shape of shading piece>
The outer peripheral shape of the light shielding piece can be freely designed according to the shape structure of the inner wall surface of the optical product to be attached. It may have a similar shape concentric with the light passage hole, or may have a completely different shape from the light passage hole. In some cases, the outer periphery is provided with uneven shapes such as protrusions and arms.
<Adhesive layer>
An adhesive layer is provided on the surface of the light-shielding piece that is to be attached to the inner wall surface of the optical product. The adhesive layer is required to have a function capable of being adhesively fixed to the mounting surface while being bonded to the light shielding piece. It is also necessary that the light shielding member supply sheet can be peeled off from the sheet base material.
Basically, the same material and structure as the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in ordinary light reflection preventing films and light shielding films can be employed. The layer which consists only of an adhesive may be sufficient, and the film in which the adhesive was coated may be sufficient. It is also possible to use a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive film in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated on both surfaces or impregnated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive.
The thickness of the adhesive layer varies depending on the structure of the adhesive layer and the required performance, but is usually set in the range of 10 to 200 μm. If the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is too thin, it is difficult to mount and fix the light shielding member sufficiently. If the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is too thick, dust and foreign matter are likely to adhere to the end face, or the light-shielding piece is likely to be attached in a lifted state.
The adhesive layer is not provided on the entire surface of the light shielding piece. The inner peripheral shape of the adhesive layer is usually set to be similar to the inner peripheral shape of the light shielding piece, that is, the inner peripheral edge of the light passage hole, but at least a predetermined width interval from the inner peripheral edge of the light passage hole A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided in the outer region. This interval is usually set to 0.2 mm or more. Preferably, it is 0.5-2.0 mm. In the circumferential direction of the adhesive layer, the interval may be constant or may be partially different. In the case where a gap is provided in the circumferential direction of the adhesive layer, the spacing condition is not applied in the gap.
The outer peripheral shape of the adhesive layer is usually similar to the outer peripheral shape of the light shielding piece, or a shape obtained by deforming a part of the similar shape. It is preferable to leave an interval of a predetermined width between the outer peripheral shape of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the outer peripheral edge of the light shielding piece as well as the inner peripheral side. This width can be set in the same range as the inner peripheral edge. On the outer peripheral side of the light-shielding piece, if the light reflection preventing function is not required, or the adhesive layer is exposed on the outer peripheral end face, it does not matter, the outer peripheral side may not be provided with the interval. .
[Light-shielding member supply sheet]
A sheet for supplying a light shielding member. The light shielding member supply sheet includes a base material having a sheet shape and a plurality of the light shielding members arranged on the surface of the sheet base material at intervals.
By using such a light shielding member supply sheet, a plurality of light shielding members can be handled together during storage, transportation, distribution and sales. The thin and small light shielding member is prevented from being lost or damaged. It can be handled without exposing the adhesive layer of the light shielding member. When the light shielding member is used, the light shielding member is peeled off from the sheet base material and attached to the mounting position of the optical product.
The light shielding member supply sheet may be a sheet having a certain size such as a rectangle, or may be a tape extending long in a band shape. In some cases, the tape-shaped light shielding member supply sheet is wound into a roll. There is also a form in which a large number of sheets having a certain size are continuously provided.
<Sheet base material>
If the sheet base material has mechanical strength and durability that can support and handle the light-shielding member, and has releasability from the adhesive layer, a normal sheet base material for adhesive products is used. it can. The material of the sheet base material can be a synthetic resin sheet such as PET, PP, PE, or paper, metal foil, a laminated sheet of these sheet materials, or a surface coated with a release layer for the adhesive layer. . In the manufacturing process of the light-shielding member supply sheet, those having physical properties such as strength and deformation resistance that can support each member used, improve workability, and enable traveling and conveyance are preferable.
The thickness of the sheet base material varies depending on the material and required performance, but is usually set in the range of 38 to 188 μm.
<Arrangement of light shielding member>
In the light shielding member supply sheet, the light shielding members can be arranged in an arbitrary number of rows in the width direction and the length direction.
The light shielding members are arranged with a certain interval. This interval can be set to such an extent that the light-shielding member is easily manufactured in the light-shielding member supply sheet, and the light-shielding members can be easily removed individually during use. Usually, the adjacent space | interval of a light shielding member can be set to the range of 2.0-5.0 mm.
If the outer dimensions of the light shielding member supply sheet, the outer diameter of the light shielding member, and the adjacent interval are determined, the number of light shielding members that can be arranged on one or one light shielding member supply sheet is determined.
In addition to the light shielding member, the light shielding member supply sheet can have a structure necessary for manufacturing the light shielding member and a structure necessary for handling the light shielding member supply sheet.
Specifically, there is a perforation or a weak line that cuts a light shielding member supply sheet manufactured in a long or large size into a size suitable for handling or the like, if necessary. There are feed holes and feed grooves that are used for continuously running and winding a long tape-shaped light shielding member supply sheet.
<Hole closing piece>
The light-shielding member is integrally formed so as to be separable from the light-shielding piece and fills the light passage hole and is fixed to the sheet base material. The hole closing piece is a member that is unnecessary when the light shielding member is used, but remains with the light shielding piece in the manufacturing process. Further, due to the presence of the hole closing piece, dust or foreign matter adheres to the inner peripheral edge of the light passage hole of the light shielding member or the inner peripheral edge is damaged or deformed during handling of the light shielding member supply sheet. The function of preventing this can also be exhibited.
If the hole closing piece is fixed to the sheet base material, when the light shielding member is removed from the sheet base material, it can be reliably separated from the light shielding piece and left on the sheet base material.
<隙間部>
<Gap>
The back surface of the light-shielding piece can have a gap portion having a certain width or size and having no adhesive layer. This gap portion is provided separately from the interval between the inner peripheral edge of the light passage hole and the inner peripheral shape of the adhesive layer, and the interval set between the outer peripheral shape of the adhesive layer and the outer peripheral shape of the light shielding piece. Is a larger area.
In the gap portion, there is no adhesive layer on the back side of the light shielding piece, so the light shielding piece can be handled by picking it up from both the front and back surfaces. The operation of removing the light shielding member from the light shielding member supply sheet and the operation of attaching the light shielding member to the attachment position are facilitated.
The size of the gap is set to such an extent that the work for handling the light shielding member as described above is facilitated. However, since the light shielding member cannot be adhesively fixed at the attachment position in the gap portion, if the gap portion is too wide, the adhesive fixing function of the light shielding member is impaired. Usually, it is effective if there is a gap having a width of 1.0 to 2.0 mm in the circumferential direction of the adhesive layer.
As the shape of the gap portion, it is possible to adopt a shape that facilitates handling of the light shielding member and hardly impairs the adhesive fixing function. For example, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be formed in a shape that forms a substantially annular shape surrounding the light passage hole, and a gap portion where the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is interrupted and does not exist can be provided in a part of the circumferential direction.
Only one gap portion may be provided in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of one light shielding member, or may be provided in a plurality of locations such as opposite locations in the diameter direction as necessary.
<切欠部>
<Notch>
A notch part can be provided in the outer periphery corresponding to the clearance gap part of the adhesion layer in the circumferential direction among light shielding pieces. Although the gap portion of the adhesive layer is not visible from the front side of the light shielding member or the light shielding member supply sheet, the notch portion can be seen well from the front side, so that the position of the gap portion of the adhesive layer can be easily confirmed from the position of the notch portion. This is a mark for inserting a handling tool into the gap.
The shape and arrangement of the notch are not particularly limited as long as the above function can be achieved. The shape of the notch is preferably a shape that is easy for an operator to recognize with normal visual inspection. When the light shielding member is handled by an automated machine, a shape that can be easily detected by a mechanical or electrical sensor is preferable. It is preferable that it is small enough that the light reflection preventing function is not impaired by the presence of the notch. It is desirable that the end surface of the notch portion be present outside the end surface of the adhesive layer in the gap portion.
<Backing film>
It can be provided in order to close the through hole formed in the sheet base material in the manufacturing process of the light shielding member supply sheet and to fix the hole closing piece. A function of protecting foreign matters such as dust from adhering to the light passage hole of the light shielding member through the through hole from the back side of the sheet base material can also be achieved.
The through hole is required when processing the inner and outer peripheral edge shape of the light shielding piece, in particular, the light passage hole into a tapered surface. Usually, a through hole is provided in a sheet base material at a position corresponding to a light passage hole, that is, a hole closing piece. When there is a through hole on the back side of the hole closing piece, it is difficult to fix the hole closing piece to the sheet base material. It is also possible that dust accumulates in the through hole and enters the gap between the hole closing piece and the light passage hole.
Therefore, it is effective to attach a backing film to the opposite surface of the sheet base material where no light shielding member is present.
The backing film can be composed of the same sheet material as the sheet substrate. Mechanical strength, deformation resistance, and the like as high as the sheet base material are not required. The backing film can be attached to the sheet substrate by means such as adhesion, adhesion, or thermal adhesion. Since the sheet base material bears the mechanical strength of the entire light shielding member supply sheet, the thickness of the backing film only needs to be able to fulfill the intended function, and a relatively thin film is sufficient. Specifically, it can be set in the range of 20 to 100 μm.
If the backing film is attached to the hole closing piece exposed in the through hole of the sheet base material, the hole closing piece is fixed to the sheet base material via the backing film.
<Adhesive fixing part>
There is a gap between the hole closing piece and the backing film by the thickness of the sheet base material. Therefore, it is difficult to stick the hole closing piece directly to the backing film. If there is an adhesive fixing part that contacts and fixes the hole closing piece at a position corresponding to the hole closing piece of the light shielding member in the backing film, the hole closing piece is fixed to the backing film via the adhesive fixing part. It becomes easy.
The adhesive fixing part can be provided on the surface of the backing film with a structure that rises to a height corresponding to the thickness of the sheet base and has an upper end having adhesiveness. Specifically, it can be formed by applying a thick adhesive. A relatively large amount of adhesive may be dropped onto the backing film and semi-solidified in a raised shape. The adhesive fixing portion is provided in a region inside the outer shape of the hole closing piece and the through hole of the sheet base material. The adhesive fixing part should not be in contact with the light shielding piece outside the hole closing piece.
<工程(A)>
[Manufacture of light shielding member supply sheet]
Basically, an ordinary light-shielding film or light-shielding member supply sheet manufacturing technique, sheet material laminating technique, punching technique, punching technique, pressing technique, or the like may be used as appropriate.
A method of combining the steps described below is effective.
<Process (A)>
An adhesive layer material is disposed on the surface of the sheet substrate.
Usually, using a long strip-shaped sheet base material as the sheet base material and adding the work of each process sequentially while the sheet base material is continuously running is good for productivity and suitable for industrial production. It is a method. In order to facilitate running of the sheet base material, it is desirable to provide feed holes at regular intervals along both sides or one side of the sheet base material. The feed hole can also be used as a positioning reference in each process operation.
The adhesive layer material is a material in which an adhesive layer is uniformly formed over a wide range. A normal pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet or pressure-sensitive adhesive film can be used. What is necessary is just to affix such an adhesive sheet to a sheet | seat base material. For bonding the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet to the sheet base material, it is possible to apply and bond an adhesive or a pressure-sensitive adhesive, or to bond them together by thermal bonding. A double-sided adhesive film can be used as the adhesive layer material. Just by sticking one side of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive film to the sheet substrate, the opposite side becomes a surface having adhesiveness. The double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive film can be easily bonded if the release film is peeled off after being attached to the sheet substrate in a state where the release film exists on one side.
When the feed hole is present in the sheet base material, it is desirable to dispose the adhesive layer material inside the position where the feed hole is present.
The adhesive layer material supported by the first release sheet is disposed on the surface of the sheet base material. The first release sheet covers the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer material and protects the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer material from being fixed to a processing blade or other processing tool such as punching, a pressing tool, a guide member, or the like in a subsequent processing step. There is also a function to improve processing accuracy such as punching.
As the material of the first release sheet, the same synthetic resin sheet as that of the sheet substrate is used. By simply covering the adhesive layer material, an external force that peels off or shifts is not so much applied, so a material that adheres to the adhesive layer material with a weak force may be used. Since it is finally peeled off from the adhesive layer material, a material having good peelability with respect to the adhesive layer material is preferable. The adhesive layer material needs to be more strongly bonded to the sheet substrate than the first release sheet.
<工程(B)>
<Process (B)>
A cut line corresponding to the shape of the adhesive layer of the light shielding member is processed in the adhesive layer material.
Basically, any processing technique capable of processing a linear cut into a sheet material can be applied, and a normal punching technique or a cutting technique is employed.
A score line is processed by penetrating the adhesive layer material from the side of the first release sheet.
The shape of the processing blade is changed depending on the shape of the adhesive layer. A plurality of cutting blades can be combined to make a score line in the overall shape of the adhesive layer. Two or more steps can be combined.
<工程(C)>
If the shape of the score line is an area surrounded by a single closed curve, the adhesive layer material is divided into an adhesive layer area surrounded by the score line and an outer area thereof.
Although the cut line penetrates the first release sheet and the adhesive layer material, it is not necessary to cut the sheet base material.
<Process (C)>
The part outside the score line of the adhesive layer material is removed from the sheet base material, and the adhesive layer is left on the surface of the sheet base material.
As described above, if the inner region that becomes the adhesive layer and the outer region thereof are separated by the cut line, only the adhesive layer material on the outer portion of the adhesive layer can be peeled off.
<工程(D)>
Since the adhesive layer material is supported by the first release sheet, when the force is applied to the outer portion of the first release sheet and peeled off from the sheet base material, the adhesive layer material on the outer portion of the first release sheet and the adhesive layer is peeled off. . The part which covers the surface of the adhesion layer among 1st peeling sheets is also peeled off.
As a result, the adhesive layer cut into a predetermined outer shape remains attached to the surface of the sheet base material.
<Process (D)>
A second release sheet is disposed on the sheet base material so as to cover the adhesive layer.
The second release sheet is made of the same material as the first release sheet.
<工程(E)>
<工程(F)>
<Process (E)>
A through-hole is punched out from the second release sheet side to the sheet base material through the central space of the adhesive layer.
The through hole is formed slightly inside the inner peripheral shape of the adhesive layer. The presence of the second release sheet can prevent the problem that the processing blade of the processing apparatus, the guide tool, and the like stick to the adhesive layer when processing the through hole.
<Process (F)>
After removing the second release sheet from the surface of the adhesive layer, a light shielding layer material supported by the third release sheet is adhered.
<工程(G)>
The third release sheet is also made of the same material as the first release sheet.
By sticking the light-shielding layer material supported by the third release sheet, the operation becomes easy, the light-shielding layer material can be protected, and subsequent processing can be easily performed.
<Process (G)>
Cut lines corresponding to the outer peripheral shape and inner peripheral shape of the light shielding piece of the light shielding member are processed from the sheet base material side to the light shielding layer material.
The same punching and incision processing techniques as those for forming the adhesive layer described above can be applied.
Since the light shielding layer material is supported by the third release sheet, a score line is processed in the light shielding layer material together with the third release sheet. When a cut line is processed in the light shielding layer material from the side opposite to the third release sheet, the cut line may not be formed in the third release sheet. After the third release sheet is peeled off, a score line can be processed in the light shielding layer material.
As a result of this step, the light shielding piece is separated from the outer light shielding layer material, and a light passage hole and a hole closing piece for closing the light passage hole are formed at the center of the light shielding piece.
<Tapered surface processing>
In the step (G), the inner peripheral edge of the light passage hole is processed into a tapered surface by cutting a cut line corresponding to the light passage hole with respect to the light shielding layer material in an oblique direction.
In order to taper the cut line, a normal taper cutting device or a cutting blade can be used.
In general cutting line processing, a processing blade is cut in a direction perpendicular to the sheet material. Both end surfaces of the score line are vertical surfaces. On the other hand, an inclined cutting line can be formed by using a cutting blade or a processing device for oblique cutting. In this case, both end surfaces of the cut line are tapered surfaces. The taper angle of the taper surface is determined by the angle of the machining blade, and can usually be set in the range of 15 to 30 degrees. However, there is a possibility that the set angle of the machining blade and the angle of the tapered surface that is actually machined are slightly shifted. As such a cutting blade for oblique cutting, an engraving die can be used effectively.
<工程(H)>
<工程(I)>
<Process (H)>
A backing film having an adhesive fixing portion at a position corresponding to the hole closing piece of the light shielding member is attached to the surface of the sheet base material on the side where the light shielding member does not exist.
The adhesive fixing part comes into contact with the hole closing piece through the through hole of the sheet base material, and adheres and fixes the hole closing piece to the backing film.
<Process (I)>
A part outside the light shielding member of the light shielding layer material is removed together with the third release sheet. On the surface of the sheet base material, the individually separated light shielding members are intermittently arranged.
Through the above steps, the light shielding member supply sheet and the light shielding member can be manufactured.
The light-shielding member of the present invention can give a high-performance light reflection preventing function to the attachment portion only by sticking and fixing to the desired attachment portion with an adhesive layer. If the light passage hole provided in the light shielding piece is disposed where the light at the attachment portion passes, it is possible to reliably prevent light leakage and reflection outside the light passage hole.
In particular, since the adhesive layer is disposed on the outer side with a space between the inner peripheral edge of the light passage hole, the adhesive layer is not exposed on the end face of the light passage hole. It is difficult for dust and foreign matter to adhere to the end face of the adhesive layer. Even if dust or foreign matter adheres to the end face of the adhesive layer, it is a region outside the light passage hole, so that it does not significantly affect the passage of light.
When the inner peripheral edge of the light passage hole is a tapered surface, the light passage property is improved, harmful reflection is less likely to occur, and the possibility that dust or the like adheres to the end face of the light passage hole is reduced. In addition, even if dust or the like adheres to the tapered surface, the passage of light is hardly hindered as long as it does not protrude from the inner peripheral edge of the tip of the tapered surface.
As a result, the light shielding member can be easily attached, and at the same time, the light reflection preventing function is remarkably excellent.

前処理回路113は、これに供給された電気信号の画像情報に対して、CDS(Correlated Double Sampling)処理を行って、S/N比を良好に保つようにするとともに、AGC(Automatic Gain Control)処理を行って、利得を制御し、そして、A/D(Analog/Digital)変換を行って、デジタル信号とされた画像データを形成する。
As described above, the
The pre-processing circuit 113 performs a CDS (Correlated Double Sampling) process on the image information of the electric signal supplied thereto to maintain a good S / N ratio, and an AGC (Automatic Gain Control). Processing is performed to control the gain, and A / D (Analog / Digital) conversion is performed to form digital image data.
DSP112は、これに供給された画像データに対して、AF(Auto Focus)、AE(Auto Exposure)、AWB(Auto White Balance)などのカメラ信号処理を施す。

The form of image display follows a display processing program recorded in the ROM. In other words, this display processing program is a program that describes how a file system described later is recorded and how an image is reproduced.

外部I/F109は、IEEE(Institute Electrical and Electronics Engineers)1394、USB(Universal Serial Bus)などの有線用インターフェースとして設けることも可能であるし、光や電波による無線インターフェースとして設けることも可能である。

As described above, the
[Usage of light shielding member]
In the usage mode shown in FIG. 5, the
FIG. 5 shows a part of the optical system in the camera unit 101 of the
The

As shown in FIG. 7A, the
As shown in FIG. 7B, the
The pressure-
