Description
さらに詳しくは、熱接着工程を通すことによって熱接着させることができ、かつ、熱接着工程を通した後も高い弾性回復性を有する複合ポリウレタン弾性糸、その製法、及び、その複合ポリウレタン弾性糸と他の繊維等からなる伸縮性繊維構造物に関するものである。
本発明においては、TMHが少なくとも10℃以上差のある2種のポリウレタン系弾性繊維を使用する。そしてHTM−PU繊維の繊維が芯部になるように、LTM−PU繊維が巻付け用糸になるように、カバリング機にセットして巻付けカバリング糸を製造する。
分子量1800のポリテトラメチレンエーテルグライコールとMDIとを付加比率が1.58になるように容器に仕込み、90℃で反応せしめ、得られた反応生成物をN,N−ジメチルアセトアミド(DMAc)に溶解させた。次に、エチレンジアミン及びジエチレンアミンを含むDMAc溶液を、前記反応物が溶解した溶液に添加して、ポリマ中の固体分が35重量%であるポリウレタンウレア溶液を調製した。
実施例1で得られたポリウレタンウレア溶液を実施例1と同様にして乾式紡糸し、合着させ、500m/分のスピードで巻き取り、16フィラメントが合着した230dtexのポリウレタンウレア弾性繊維を製造した。得られた弾性繊維のTMH(DSC測定による)は約275℃であった。
実施例1で得られたポリウレタンウレア溶液を実施例1と同様にして乾式紡糸し、合着させ、500m/分のスピードで巻き取り、16フィラメントが合着した230dtexのポリウレタンウレア弾性繊維を製造した。得られた弾性繊維のTMH(DSC測定による)は約275℃であった。
THFと3−メチルTHFとを共重合させてなる共重合PTMG(THFの共重合割合12.5モル%、分子量3500)とMDIとを付加比率が3.5となるように容器に仕込み、90℃で反応せしめ、得られた反応生成物をDMAcに溶解させた。次に、鎖伸長剤である1,4ブタンジオールを含むDMAc溶液を、前記反応物が溶解した溶液に添加して、ポリマ中の固体分が40重量%であるポリウレタン溶液を調製した。
実施例1で得られたポリウレタンウレア溶液を実施例1と同様にして乾式紡糸し、合着させ、570m/分のスピードで巻き取り、2フィラメントが合着した25dtexのポリウレタンウレア弾性繊維を製造した。得られた弾性繊維のTMH(DSC測定による)は約275℃であった。また、このポリウレタン弾性繊維の熱変形温度は、約195℃であった。
得られた複合ポリウレタン弾性糸のカバリングヨリ数は、約70回/50cmであった。
Claims (12)
- 高温側の融点が相違する少なくとも2種のポリウレタン系弾性繊維からなる複合ポリウレタン弾性糸であって、ポリウレタン系弾性繊維の高温側の融点の差が10℃以上であり、かつ、高温側の融点が高いポリウレタン系弾性繊維からなる芯部の周りに、高温側の融点が低いポリウレタン系弾性繊維がカバリングされた複合糸であることを特徴とする複合ポリウレタン弾性糸。
- カバリングが2重巻付けによるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合ポリウレタン弾性糸。
- 高温側の融点が高いポリウレタン系弾性繊維と、高温側の融点が低いポリウレタン系弾性繊維とのうちの少なくとも一方が、2本以上の繊維が合着されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の複合ポリウレタン弾性糸。
- 複合ポリウレタン弾性糸を構成する少なくとも2種のポリウレタン系弾性繊維どうしが少なくとも部分的に融着していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の複合ポリウレタン弾性糸。
- 複合ポリウレタン弾性糸中において、高温側の融点が高いポリウレタン系弾性繊維の重量比率が40〜98%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の複合ポリウレタン弾性糸。
- 高温側の融点が高いポリウレタン系弾性繊維における高温側の融点が250℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の複合ポリウレタン弾性糸。
- 高温側の融点が高いポリウレタン系弾性繊維が、ポリウレタンウレアから成る弾性繊維であり、かつ、高温側の融点が低いポリウレタン系弾性繊維が、ポリウレタンからなる弾性繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の複合ポリウレタン弾性糸。
- ポリウレタンウレアからなる弾性繊維が、下記(1)のポリオール、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、及び下記(2)の鎖伸長剤から重合されたポリウレタンウレアからなる弾性繊維であり、かつ、ポリウレタンからなる弾性繊維が、下記(1)のポリオール、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、及び下記(3)の鎖伸長剤から重合されたポリウレタンからなる弾性繊維であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の複合ポリウレタン弾性糸。
(1): ポリテトラメチレンエーテルグライコール、および/または共重合ポリテトラメチレンエーテルグライコール、
(2): エチレンジアミン、プロピレンジアミン、ジアミノジフェニルメタンのうちの1種以上、
(3): エチレングリコール、1,4ブタンジオール、1,3プロパンジオール、1,6ヘキサンジオールのうちの1種以上 - 複合ポリウレタン弾性糸中のポリウレタンウレアから成る弾性繊維が、乾式紡糸により製造された弾性繊維であることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の複合ポリウレタン弾性糸。
- 高温側の融点が高いポリウレタン系弾性繊維が芯部になり、かつ、高温側の融点が低いポリウレタン系弾性繊維が巻付け用糸になるように、高温側の融点が10℃以上相違する少なくとも2種のポリウレタン系弾性繊維をカバリング機にセットし、芯部の周りに巻付け用糸を巻き付けることを特徴とする複合ポリウレタン弾性糸の製法。
- 高温側の融点が高いポリウレタン系弾性繊維が芯部になり、かつ、高温側の融点が低いポリウレタン系弾性繊維が巻付け用糸になるように、高温側の融点が10℃以上相違する少なくとも2種のポリウレタン系弾性繊維をカバリング機にセットし、芯部の周りに巻付け用糸を巻き付けた後、高温側の融点が低いポリウレタン系弾性繊維の熱変形温度以上の温度で熱処理して、両弾性繊維どうしを少なくとも部分的に融着させることを特徴とする複合ポリウレタン弾性糸の製法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の複合ポリウレタン弾性糸と他の繊維もしくは他の繊維製布帛状物とから構成される繊維構造物であって、複合ポリウレタン弾性糸と他の繊維もしくは他の繊維製布帛状物とが熱接着していることを特徴とする伸縮性繊維構造物。
