Description
[発明の概要]
本発明の一態様では、電気リード線が提供される。医療用電気リード線は、近位端部および遠位端部を有する細長い本体と、細長い本体の遠位端部に隣接して配設され、かつ結合される第1の電極と、細長い本体の近位端部と遠位端部との間に延び、かつ第1の電極に電気的に接続される第1の導体とを備える。その医療用電気リード線はさらに、第1の電極に隣接して配設され、細長い本体に結合される第2の電極と、第1の導体および第2の電極に電気的に接続される容量性デバイスとを備える。
本発明のさらに別の実施形態では、デバイスが提供される。その医療デバイスは、制御ユニットと、制御ユニットに接続される近位端部と遠位端部とを有する細長い本体と、細長い本体の遠位端部に隣接して配設され、かつ結合される第1の電極とを備える。その医療デバイスはさらに、細長い本体の近位端部と遠位端部との間に延び、かつ第1の電極および制御ユニットに電気的に接続される第1の導体と、第1の電極に隣接して配設され、かつ細長い本体に結合される第2の電極と、第1の導体および第2の電極に電気的に接続される容量性デバイスとを備える。

Claims (14)
- 近位端部および遠位端部(204)を有する細長い本体(205)と、
該細長い本体の前記遠位端部に隣接して配設され、かつ結合される第1の電極(202)と、
前記細長い本体の前記近位端部と前記遠位端部との間に延び、前記第1の電極に電気的に接続される第1の導体(404)と、
前記第1の電極に隣接して配設され、前記細長い本体に結合される第2の電極(402)と、
細長い本体の近位端部と前記第2の電極(402)の間に延び、前記第2の電極(402)に電気的に接続される、第2の導体(406)と、
前記第1の導体(304,404)と前記第2の電極(402)とに電気的に接続される容量性デバイス(408)と、
を備え、
前記第1の電極(202)及び第2の電極(402)が、体組織に電気的に接続され得、
前記第1の導体(404)が、電流を送出することが可能であり、そして、
前記容量性デバイス(408)が、約1MHzより大きい電流の周波数において体組織の電気的インピーダンスの約20%より大きくない電気的インピーダンスを有し、前記容量性のデバイス(408)が、500Hzより小さい電流の周波数において体組織の電気的インピーダンスの約10倍の電気的インピーダンスを有することによって、
約1MHzより大きい信号周波数に曝されるときに、前記第1の導体に誘導された電流の一部が、前記キャパシタを通過して、前記第2の電極に流され、500MHzより小さい信号周波数に曝されるときに、前記第1の導体内に送出された電流が、前記第1の電極に送出されるが、前記第2の電極には送出されないようにされる、

からなる請求項1に記載の電気リード線(110)。 - 前記第2の電極(402)の面積は前記第1の電極(202)の面積の少なくとも3倍である請求項1に記載の電気リード線(110)。
- 前記容量性デバイス(408)は、磁界によって前記第1の導体内に誘導される電流の少なくとも一部が前記第2の電極に流されるようにすることができる請求項1に記載の電気リード線(110)。
- 制御ユニット、及び、請求項1に記載の電気リード線、を備える医療デバイス。
- 前記容量性デバイス(408)はさらに、中央コンタクトおよび周辺コンタクトを有する円盤型コンデンサを備えること、

- 前記容量性デバイス(408)は、磁界によって前記第1の導体内に誘導される電流の少なくとも一部が前記第2の電極に流されるようにすることができる請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記容量性デバイス(408)は、前記制御ユニットから前記第1の導体を介して伝送される信号の少なくとも大部分が前記第2の電極に送られるのを防ぐことができる請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
