実施例8では、実施例6または7の医療装置リードにおいて、前記第1セグメントは、電磁エネルギーの外部供給源の存在下において、前記管状導体要素における誘導電流を抑制するように作用可能である。
図2および図3を参照すると、いくつかの実施形態において、近位セグメント146は、導電体126におけるMRI干渉の効果を相殺するために、MRI走査中に生成されるRFエネルギーから導電体を遮蔽するように構成された伝送線路フィルタとして作用可能である。導電体126は、近位セグメント146と中間セグメント148との間で接続位置144において管状導体要素130に接続されている。図示したように、近位セグメント146の遠位端部154は導電体126に接続されている。
Claims (13)
- 近位端部、遠位端部、および前記近位端部と遠位端部との間に延びる導体管腔を有する管状部材を含むリード本体であって、前記管状部材は電気絶縁材から製造されている、リード本体と、
前記導体管腔内において前記管状部材の近位端部から前記管状部材の遠位端部に向かって延在する導電体と、
前記リード本体の管状部材上において、その近位端部と遠位端部との間に配置された管状導体要素であって、前記管状導体要素は、該管状導体要素の電気的性質に影響を与えるように該管状導体要素内に形成された1つ以上の切れ込みを有し、前記導電体は前記管状導体要素に電気的に結合されている、前記管状導体要素とを備え、
