Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an oxygen scavenger package used for the preservation of foods and the like. More specifically, the present invention relates to an oxygen scavenger package provided with an oxygen detection function that displays the presence or absence of oxygen by a change in color tone.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An oxygen scavenger package is usually manufactured by packaging an oxygen scavenger with a heat seal such as a three-side seal or a four-side seal using a heat-sealing packaging material, and has a function of absorbing oxygen in the container. It is used for maintaining the freshness of packaged foods and preserving pharmaceuticals. The oxygen detector (oxygen indicator) has a function of detecting a change in oxygen concentration, and displays that the oxygen in the packaging container has been sufficiently removed by the oxygen scavenger by a change in color tone. The oxygen scavenger package with oxygen detection function has been put into practical use as a label, sheet, thread or plate tape oxygen detector fixed to the oxygen scavenger package with adhesive or double-sided adhesive tape. ing.
For example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-3980 proposes a method in which a sheet-like oxygen detector is attached to a packaging material of an oxygen scavenger package with an adhesive or a double-sided adhesive tape. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-282740 discloses a deoxygenation packaging bag with an oxygen detection function in which an oxygen scavenger packaging bag / double-sided adhesive tape / oxygen detection agent sheet / transparent film are laminated in order.
[0003]
However, since these integrated oxygen detectors block the ventilation holes on one side of the oxygen absorber packaging bag in a band shape, the oxygen absorbing ability of the oxygen absorber may be reduced. Furthermore, especially when applied to the preservation of foods with high oil content, the oxygen detector surface of the oxygen scavenger packaging bag is in close contact with the inner surface of the packaging bag, which does not correctly reflect the deoxygenated state of the atmosphere. There was a case of showing a color tone.
In particular, an oxygen scavenger package made of a breathable packaging material on both sides of the packaging bag has the advantage that the orientation of the oxygen scavenger package is not limited when applied to a stored article. If the oxygen detector is affixed to one side, the oxygen detector may be hidden depending on the orientation of the oxygen scavenger package, so measures should be taken to control the orientation of the oxygen scavenger package or the oxygen detector should be packaged. The oxygen scavenger package attached to both sides of the body had to be used.
[0004]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-275760 discloses that an oxygen detecting agent covered with a transparent adhesive tape is adhered to a peripheral seal portion of an oxygen scavenger packaging bag and discolored from both the front and back of the oxygen absorber packaging. There is disclosed a deoxygenation packaging bag with an oxygen detection function which can be confirmed. However, since this integrated oxygen detector has an open end surface, the problem that water and oil contained in the stored object such as food permeates into the filamentous oxygen detector and the discoloring function is impaired, has been solved. There was a problem that the yarn adheres to food.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The oxygen scavenger attached with the conventional oxygen detector is a problem that the oxygen absorption capacity of the oxygen scavenger decreases, and the oxygen detector shows a non-deoxygenated state even though foods are kept in a deoxygenated atmosphere. There are problems, such as the problem that the discoloration function of the oxygen detector is impaired by moisture and oil, the problem that foreign substances derived from the oxygen detector adhere to foods, etc., but the present invention solves this and has a wide practical range and The objective is to develop a deoxygenating agent with an oxygen detection function that is superior in performance and safety and that can visually observe the discoloration of the oxygen detecting agent from either side of the oxygen scavenger package.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has an oxygen detection function in which a tape-shaped oxygen detector coated with a non-breathable and moisture-impermeable transparent single-sided adhesive tape is attached so as to be sandwiched between peripheral seal portions of an oxygen scavenger packaging bag. It is an oxygen scavenger. The tape-like oxygen detector of the present invention is preferably a tape-like oxygen detector formed by covering a tape attached with an oxygen-sensing composition with a non-breathable and moisture-permeable transparent single-sided adhesive tape wider than the tape. It is.
[0007]
The tape-shaped oxygen detector of the present invention comprises an oxygen detector tape to which an oxygen detection composition is attached and a non-breathable and moisture-permeable transparent single-sided adhesive tape.
The oxygen detection agent tape constituting the present invention is obtained by attaching an oxygen detection composition to the surface of a base material, and the presence or absence of oxygen is displayed by changing the color of the oxygen detection composition according to the oxygen concentration in the ambient atmosphere. Oxygen detection compositions include anthraquinone, indigo, thiazine, dyes that change color with a reducing agent such as sulfur dyes, alkaline substances such as alkali metal or alkaline earth metal hydroxides and salts, and reduction A composition containing a reducing agent such as sugar as an essential component is preferably used. If necessary, these essential components are added in combination with a solvent, a dye or pigment that does not change color with a reducing agent, a water-soluble polymer, a binder resin, and the like, and are attached to a tape-like substrate. Examples of the attaching method include each method such as coating, printing or impregnation.
In order to demonstrate high oxygen detection performance even under severe conditions of high humidity, as the oxygen detection agent tape, the oxygen detection composition is applied or printed on one side of a non-breathable and non-breathable synthetic paper or film. Those are preferably used.
[0008]
As the substrate, non-breathable and non-breathable synthetic paper or film is used. For example, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, polycarbonate, cellulose acetate, cellophane, and the like can be mentioned. From the viewpoint of transparency, flexibility, strength, and the like, stretched polypropylene or polyester is preferable. The thickness of the substrate is not particularly limited as long as it has practical strength and flexibility, but is preferably 10 to 100 microns. The oxygen permeability of the substrate is preferably 50 to 3000 ml / m 2 · day · atm, and the moisture permeability is preferably 50 g / m 2 · day or less.
The base material is preferably opaque or appropriately colored in order to make the color change of the oxygen detector easy to see. Furthermore, leave the part transparent so that the color change of the oxygen detector can be seen, display information such as concealed characters and pictograms in other parts, and make it easy to distinguish the oxygen detector color tone. May be printed.
[0009]
The non-breathable and moisture-permeable transparent single-sided adhesive tape constituting the present invention is preferably one in which an adhesive is applied or laminated on one side of a plastic film. Examples of the material of the plastic film include polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, polycarbonate, cellulose acetate, cellophane, and the like. From the viewpoint of transparency, flexibility, strength, and the like, stretched polypropylene and polyester are preferable. The thickness of the plastic film is not particularly limited as long as it has practical strength and flexibility, but is preferably 10 to 100 microns. The plastic film may be colorless and transparent, or a transparent film appropriately colored to make the color change of the oxygen detector easy to see. Furthermore, leave the part transparent so that the color change of the oxygen detector can be seen, display information such as concealed characters and pictograms in other parts, and make it easy to distinguish the oxygen detector color tone. May be printed. The oxygen permeability of the plastic film is preferably 50 to 3000 ml / m 2 · day · atm. The moisture permeability is preferably 50 g / m 2 · day or less.
[0010]
As the pressure-sensitive adhesive applied or laminated on the single-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention, existing ones such as a synthetic rubber type, a natural rubber type, an acrylic type, and a silicon type can be used. Preferably, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied or laminated on the entire surface of the plastic film. At this time, the type and thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive are such that the dye used for the oxygen detector does not stain or inhibit discoloration of the dye, is excellent in transparency, is excellent in safety and hygiene, and is appropriate for the adherend. May be selected as appropriate in consideration of obtaining good adhesiveness.
[0011]
In the present invention, a tape-like oxygen detector obtained by coating an oxygen-sensing composition with a non-breathable and moisture-permeable transparent single-sided adhesive tape is affixed to an oxygen scavenger packaging bag. Is attached so as to sandwich the seal portion of the oxygen scavenger packaging bag.
In the present invention, water and oil resistance is imparted by covering the oxygen-sensing composition with a non-breathable and moisture-permeable transparent single-sided adhesive tape. Therefore, the attached oxygen detection composition is adhered to the entire oxygen detection composition substantially without voids, or substantially all of the oxygen detection agent attachment surface is blocked by the adhesive tape. It is preferable.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a tape-shaped oxygen detector coated with a non-breathable and moisture-permeable transparent single-sided adhesive tape is pasted so as to sandwich the peripheral seal portion of the oxygen scavenger packaging bag. It is an oxygen scavenger with an oxygen detection function. FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an example thereof. Hereinafter, description will be given with reference to FIG.
The oxygen scavenger with oxygen detecting function of the present invention is affixed to the peripheral seal portion where the tape-shaped oxygen detector 1 is sealed in four directions on the oxygen scavenger packaging bag 2. By not blocking the vent hole of the oxygen scavenger package, the oxygen absorbing capacity of the oxygen scavenger does not decrease. In addition, since the peripheral seal part is extremely thin compared to the central part of the oxygen scavenger package or the oxygen scavenger filling part, the oxygen detector is also packed when used to store foods with high oil content. The phenomenon of close contact with the bag does not occur and the deoxidation state of the atmosphere is correctly reflected. Moreover, since it sticks so that the periphery seal | sticker part of an oxygen absorber packaging bag may be inserted | pinched, discoloration of an oxygen detection agent can be visually observed from either side of an oxygen absorber package.
[0013]
The tape-like oxygen detector 1 attached is covered with a non-breathable and moisture-impermeable transparent single-sided adhesive tape 5 on the oxygen sensing composition 4 printed on the substrate 3. As a result, since the tape-like oxygen detector has water and oil resistance, there is no problem that moisture or oil penetrates into the oxygen detector and the discoloration function is impaired and the oxygen detection composition adheres to food or the like. .

Magnesium hydroxide fine powder as an alkaline substance, fructose as a reducing agent, methylene blue (CI Basic Blue 9) as a dye that changes color with a reducing agent, ethyl cellulose as a binder resin, and Phloxine (CIAcid Red 92 as a dye that does not change color with a reducing agent) ), Ink containing water and methanol as solvent was prepared.
[Preparation of tape-shaped oxygen detector]
The above ink was applied in a circular shape with a diameter of 5 mm on the surface of polypropylene synthetic paper (trade name YUPO, thickness 70 μm, manufactured by Oji Paper Co., Ltd.) by gravure printing, and dried. Next, the printed material was cut in a row and wound around a paper tube, thereby obtaining a continuous body in which a large number of tape-shaped oxygen detectors were arranged in a row.
[0015]
[Production of oxygen scavenger package with oxygen detection function]
The tape-shaped oxygen detector is a transparent single-sided adhesive tape (Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd.) with a thickness of 40μm, which is wider than the tape-like oxygen detector, the base material is a stretched polypropylene film, and the acrylic adhesive is coated on the entire surface. Covered with product name cutlon tape No.810), folded in the longitudinal direction, and heat-sealed with a double-sided absorption-type moisture-dependent oxygen scavenger (product name Ageless FY-100, manufactured by Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Co., Ltd.) The oxygen scavenger with oxygen detection function was prepared by pasting it so as to be sandwiched between the two sides.
[Performance of oxygen scavenger with oxygen detection function]
The above oxygen scavenger with oxygen detecting function was sealed together with absorbent cotton impregnated with 500 ml of air and a humidity control agent having a humidity of 90% RH in a gas barrier bag, and stored in a room at 25 ° C. A small amount of the gas in the bag was sampled at regular intervals, the oxygen concentration was measured with a zirconia oxygen meter, and the color tone and appearance of the oxygen detector were observed. The time required for the oxygen concentration in the bag to reach 0.1% was 16 h. Oxygen detector that showed blue color indicating the presence of oxygen when sealed with air turned pink within 4 hours after the oxygen concentration in the bag reached 0.1%, and the color and appearance changed during the 60-day storage period. There wasn't.
[0016]
Example 2
In the performance evaluation of the oxygen scavenger with the oxygen detection function of Example 1, water was used in place of the humidity control agent that adjusted the humidity to 90% RH, and the oxygen concentration was measured at a humidity of 100% RH. The color tone and appearance were observed. The time required for the oxygen concentration in the bag to reach 0.1% was 12 hours. Oxygen detector that showed blue color indicating the presence of oxygen when sealed with air turned pink within 4 hours after the oxygen concentration in the bag reached 0.1%, and the color and appearance changed during the 60-day storage period. There wasn't.
[0017]
Example 3
Tape-shaped as in Example 1 except that a double-sided absorption type self-reactive oxygen absorber (trade name AGELESS SA-30 manufactured by Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Co., Ltd.) was used as the oxygen absorber package. Oxygen detection agent is attached to the peripheral seal part of the oxygen scavenger package, and an oxygen detection function-equipped oxygen scavenger is prepared. Together with oily cake type Western confectionery (trade name "Browny" manufactured by Andersen) and 150ml of air Sealed in a gas barrier bag and stored in a room at 25 ° C.
Oxygen detector that showed blue color indicating the presence of oxygen when sealed with air turned pink almost as soon as the oxygen concentration in the bag reached 0.1%, and the color and appearance changed during the 30-day storage period. There wasn't.
[0018]
Comparative Example 1
A oxygen scavenger with oxygen sensing function was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the tape-shaped oxygen detector was attached to the center of one side of the oxygen scavenger package rather than the peripheral seal of the oxygen scavenger package. , Evaluated its performance. The time required for the oxygen concentration in the bag to reach 0.1% was 19 hours. That is, since it was attached to the center of one side, the time required for deoxidation was extended by 3 hours. Oxygen detector that showed blue color indicating the presence of oxygen when sealed with air turned pink within 4 hours after the oxygen concentration in the bag reached 0.1%, and the color and appearance changed during the 60-day storage period. There wasn't.
[0019]
Comparative Example 2
Instead of the tape oxygen detector, oxygen detection was performed in the same manner as in Example 1 except that a cotton No. 5 embroidery thread impregnated with an oxygen detector component was attached to the peripheral seal portion of the oxygen absorber package. A functional oxygen scavenger was prepared, and its performance was evaluated in the same manner as in Example 2. The time required for the oxygen concentration in the bag to reach 0.1% was 14 hours.
The oxygen detector that showed a blue color indicating the presence of oxygen when sealed with air turned pink within 4 hours after the oxygen concentration in the bag reached 0.1%, but it turned reddish pink after 20 days. After 40 days, it became more wet and reddish pink, and the detector component at the end of the thread flowed out.
[0020]
Comparative Example 3
Deoxygenated preservation of pastry confectionery with a high amount of oil in the same manner as in Example 3 except that the tape-like oxygen detector was attached not to the peripheral seal portion of the oxygen absorber package but to the center of one surface of the oxygen absorber package. Applied to. The oxygen detector that showed a blue color indicating the presence of oxygen when sealed with air turned pink almost as soon as the oxygen concentration in the bag reached 0.1%. Ten days later, the oxygen detection agent turned purple even though the oxygen concentration in the bag was 0.1% or less.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the oxygen-detecting function-deoxygenating agent in which the tape-like oxygen detecting agent is attached to the peripheral seal portion of the deoxygenating packaging bag has an oxygen absorption rate compared to the case where it is attached to the central portion of the deoxidizing packaging bag. It is fast and does not interfere with the oxygen absorbing ability inherent in oxygen scavengers. In addition, since oxygen detectors do not adhere to the packaging bag even when used to store foods with high oil content, the oxygen detectors must always be in a deoxygenated state if they are kept in a deoxygenated atmosphere. Indicates that there is. Moreover, it has the advantage that the discoloration of the oxygen detector can be visually observed from either side of the oxygen scavenger package. Furthermore, as a result of covering the oxygen-sensing composition with a non-breathable and moisture-permeable transparent single-sided adhesive tape, it has water and oil resistance, and there is no possibility that contaminants derived from the oxygen sensing agent will adhere to foods, etc. Therefore, it is extremely useful in the field of maintaining the quality of foods and pharmaceuticals using an oxygen scavenger.
[0022]
Since the tape-shaped oxygen detector of the present invention is thin, there is no sense of incongruity. Moreover, since it can be in the form of small pieces of labels, it hardly affects the ability of the oxygen scavenger, and there is no sense of incompatibility when integrated with the oxygen scavenger. In addition, since the tape-like oxygen detector is attached so as to sandwich the peripheral seal portion of the oxygen absorber package, the oxygen absorber capacity of the oxygen absorber package is not affected. Furthermore, since it is covered with a non-breathable and moisture-permeable transparent single-sided adhesive tape, it has water and oil resistance.
In particular, the oxygen scavenger package with a tape-shaped oxygen detector attached so as to sandwich the peripheral seal part of a double-sided absorption type oxygen scavenger package made of a breathable packaging material on both sides of the packaging bag detects oxygen depending on the orientation. Since the agent is not hidden, it has the advantage that the orientation of the oxygen scavenger package is not limited when applied to a storage article.
