Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for fixing a detection agent for oxygen detection or the like to an object and an apparatus for carrying out this method. That is, the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a detection agent fixed to a target body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, oxygen detectors (also referred to as “oxygen indicators”) that display the presence or absence of oxygen in a closed space and the environment such as the degree of change by a change in color tone have been known.
[0003]
This oxygen detection agent is, for example, one formed into a tablet, one obtained by impregnating a porous material such as paper, thread, absorbent cotton, resin molding, etc. with an oxygen detection composition solution, or the oxygen detection composition on the surface of paper or film. Has been proposed as a coating or printing. This oxygen detector is widely used mainly in the field of maintaining the quality of foods and the like using an oxygen scavenger, in the form as it is or in the state of being packaged in a plastic laminated film.
[0004]
In addition, these oxygen detectors are also fixed to a target object such as an oxygen scavenger packaging body or a packaging container of a product to which the oxygen scavenger is applied. For this fixing, a method for fixing the acid sensation agent with an adhesive or a double-sided tape has been proposed and put into practical use. Recently, oxygen detectors based on the assumption that they are attached to oxygen scavenger packaging bags have been proposed. For example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-3980 proposes a method in which a sheet-like oxygen detector is attached to an oxygen scavenger packaging material with an adhesive or a double-sided tape so as to be integrated.
[0005]
[ Problems to be solved by the invention ]
However, in this method, moisture or oil contained in a stored object such as food penetrates to the oxygen detection agent, and there is a possibility that the discoloration function accompanying the oxygen detection reaction is impaired. In view of this, JP-A-8-28740 proposes an oxygen detector integrated oxygen detector in which an oxygen absorber packaging bag / double-sided tape / detector sheet / transparent film are superposed in this order.
[0006]
However, since double-sided tape is used in this method, (1) release paper is generated as waste, (2) poor cutting performance, and (3) double-sided adhesive tape has poor handling and operability. It was.
[0007]
Therefore, the applicant of the present application solves the above-mentioned problems of water resistance, oil resistance, thickness, and cost of the conventional detection agent for sticking, and has a wide range of practical use and a novel detection for sticking with excellent discoloration performance. An agent was proposed (Japanese Patent Application No. 9-285667).
[0008]
The present invention is a method for fixing the novel detection agent for sticking to a target object such as a deoxygenated package, a packaging bag, a small bag package, a packaging box, a packaging case, an article to be packaged, while solving the above-mentioned problems, And it aims at providing the apparatus for it.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the invention is characterized in that it is a method and a device as claimed.
[0010]
The detection agent for sticking obtained by the method and apparatus of the present invention can be applied to an oxygen detection agent, other gas components such as carbon dioxide, and other substances that detect moisture. The main forms of the oxygen detector for patch obtained by the present invention are as follows.
[0011]
A tape-like oxygen detector (l) in which an oxygen detector composition is fixed on a tape-like substrate by printing, impregnation, or the like, and an adhesive layer on the entire surface of one side that is wider and at least partially transparent than (l). A tape-like oxygen detector for sticking, comprising: a plastic single-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape (2) having (1) adhered substantially at the center in the width direction of (2).
[0012]
(1) consists of one surface of the tape-like base material coated or printed with an oxygen detection composition, and (1) is in contact with the oxygen detection composition surface and the adhesive layer at approximately the center in the width direction of (2). It is preferable to make it stick.
[0013]
(1) is preferably formed so that a plurality of oxygen-sensing compositions are applied or printed at regular intervals on one surface of a moisture-impermeable plastic film or synthetic paper. It is preferable to apply a release agent to the non-adhesive surface of (2).
By cutting the tape-like oxygen detector for sticking to an appropriate length, it can be applied to a food storage container as it is.
[0014]
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an oxygen scavenger package in which the oxygen detecting agent for sticking is attached.
[0015]
In the present invention, the tape shape refers to a form having a length longer than the width and a thickness thinner than the width. In the oxygen detecting agent for tape-like application of the present invention, the width is preferably 3 mm or more and 30 mm or less, and the length is not particularly specified because it is used after being cut to an appropriate size at the time of application. In order to keep the manufacturing cost and the cost during use to a minimum, it is preferable that at least several tens of mm or more can be continuously processed.
[0016]
The oxygen detecting agent for sticking tape provided by the present invention consists of only two parts: a tape-like oxygen detecting agent and a plastic single-sided adhesive tape (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “single-sided adhesive tape”). Since the structure is extremely simple, the productivity is high and the cost can be reduced, and the operability at the time of application is also high, so that the total cost as an oxygen detector can be set low.
[0017]
Furthermore, it is thin and flexible because it employs a rational layer structure in which the oxygen-sensing composition surface of the tape oxygen detector is adhered and sealed with a single-sided adhesive tape while leaving the adhesive surface for application. In addition to being excellent in discoloration performance and water / oil resistance as an oxygen detection agent, the original oxygen detection performance is exhibited without causing performance deterioration even under severe usage conditions of high humidity.
[0018]
Moreover, since it is excellent in a softness | flexibility, favorable sticking property is exhibited also on the surface with unevenness | corrugation, such as an oxygen absorber packaging bag, a food packaging container, or a surface with small rigidity. In addition, no waste such as release paper is generated at the time of use, and it is easy to use.
[0019]
In use, the oxygen detector detects the oxygen concentration in the atmosphere via a single-sided adhesive tape. Surprisingly, the oxygen detector composition is in contact with the atmosphere without using the tape. Response speed is faster than the detection agent. The single-sided adhesive tape functions to prevent excessive moisture absorption that causes deterioration in oxygen detection performance and to appropriately transmit atmospheric gas. Further, since the oxygen detecting agent is sealed without a gap, the detection agent component is prevented from being transferred to the outside.
[0020]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
First, the sticking oxygen detection agent provided by the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view in the width direction, in which (1) is a tape-shaped oxygen detector and (2) is a single-sided adhesive tape. The single-sided adhesive tape is one in which the adhesive (4) is applied or laminated on the entire surface of the plastic film (3).
[0021]
A tape-shaped oxygen detecting agent having a width A smaller than the width B of the single-sided adhesive tape is fixed by the adhesive of (4) at approximately the center in the width direction of the single-sided adhesive tape. By making the width A smaller than the width B, the pressure-sensitive adhesive exposed portions C and C ′ are left on both sides of the tape-shaped oxygen detector, and this portion is attached to the adherend (target body). C and C ′ do not necessarily have the same dimensions as long as the ability to adhere to the adherend is not lost.
[0022]
A plastic single-sided adhesive tape is one in which an adhesive is applied or laminated on one side of a plastic film. Examples of the material of the plastic film include polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, polycarbonate, acetate, cellophane, and the like. From the viewpoint of transparency, flexibility, strength, and the like, stretched polypropylene or polyester is preferable. The thickness of the plastic film is not particularly limited as long as it has practical strength and flexibility, but is preferably 5 to 100 micron.
[0023]
The plastic film may be colorless and transparent, or a transparent film that is appropriately colored to make the color change of the oxygen detector easy to see. Furthermore, in order to make the color change of the oxygen detection agent remain clear so that the color change of the oxygen detection agent can be seen, information such as concealed characters and pictograms can be displayed on other parts, and the color change of the oxygen detection agent can be easily identified. You may print with the color tone.
[0024]
As the pressure-sensitive adhesive, existing ones such as synthetic rubber type, natural rubber type, acrylic type, and silicon type can be used. At this time, the type and thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive are such that the dye used for the oxygen detector does not stain or inhibit discoloration of the dye, is excellent in transparency, is excellent in safety and hygiene, and is appropriate for the adherend. May be selected as appropriate in consideration of obtaining good adhesiveness.
[0025]
Adhesive processing to plastic film is carried out by various known methods such as drying the adhesive as an emulsion or by diluting with a solvent, extruding the adhesive and laminating it, and transferring the filmed adhesive from the release paper. Used. The width of the single-sided adhesive tape thus obtained is larger than the width of the tape-like oxygen detector, and it is sufficient if the widths of C and C ′ shown in FIG. 1 can be ensured. Preferably, 5 to 30 mm is particularly preferable.
[0026]
Further, the widths of C and C ′ in FIG. In addition, a silicone or alkyd resin release agent is applied to the non-adhesive surface so that it can be smoothly unwound with little resistance when unwinding a single-sided adhesive tape wound around a paper tube. It is preferable.
[0027]
A tape-shaped oxygen detector is a tape-shaped base material that is fixed by applying, printing, or impregnating an oxygen-sensing composition, and the oxygen-sensing composition changes color according to the oxygen concentration in the surrounding atmosphere. Displays the presence or absence of oxygen.
[0028]
Oxygen detection compositions include anthraquinone, indigo, diazine, dyes that change color with a reducing agent such as sulfur dyes, alkaline substances such as hydroxides or salts of alkali metals or alkaline earth metals, and reduction. A composition containing a reducing agent such as sugar as an essential component is preferably used.
[0029]
If necessary, these essential components are added in combination with a solvent, a dye or pigment that does not change color with a reducing agent, a water-soluble polymer, a binder resin, and the like, and applied, printed, or impregnated on a tape-like substrate. As the tape-like substrate, paper, cloth, nonwoven fabric, synthetic paper, film, or the like is used. In order to exhibit high oxygen detection performance even under severe conditions of high humidity, as a tape-like oxygen detection agent, an oxygen detection composition snout that is substantially free of moisture is applied to one side of a non-breathable synthetic paper or film. A printed one is preferably used.
[0030]
The width of the tape-shaped oxygen detector is preferably 5 mm or more and 20 mm or less. If it is too narrow, it will be difficult to see, and if it is too wide, it will be expensive and inconvenient to handle. The thickness is preferably 1 mm or less, particularly preferably 0.005 mm or more and 0.5 mm or less in view of flexibility and aesthetics.
[0031]
When a tape-like oxygen detector is combined with a single-sided adhesive tape, the color change part may be continuous in the tape length direction, but the color change in the tape length direction makes it easy to distinguish the color change. It is preferable that the part and the part which does not change exist alternately.
[0032]
This preferred pattern is illustrated in FIGS. FIG. 2 is a combination of a single-sided adhesive tape whose entire surface is transparent and a tape-shaped oxygen detection agent in which an oxygen detection composition is intermittently arranged in dots. FIG. 3 is a combination of a single-sided adhesive tape having a transparent portion continuous in the length direction near the central portion including the central portion and a tape-shaped oxygen detecting agent in which the oxygen detecting composition is arranged in a stripe pattern. .
[0033]
FIG. 4 is a combination of a single-sided adhesive tape having a transparent portion intermittently in the length direction near the center and a tape-like oxygen detector having an oxygen detection composition disposed on the entire surface. Note that these examples are not restrictive. The oxygen detection agent for tape-like application of the present invention is one in which the tape-like oxygen detection agent is adhered so that the oxygen detection composition surface and the adhesive layer are in contact with each other at substantially the center in the width direction of the single-sided adhesive tape. m or more tapes are wound around a paper tube.
[0034]
The tape-like oxygen detector for sticking is cut into an appropriate length to obtain individual oxygen detectors for sticking, and is used by being attached to a packaging material or oxygen absorber for uses such as deoxidation packaging of food.
[0035]
Alternatively, each of the tape-shaped oxygen detector and the single-sided adhesive tape can be wound up in a long length of, for example, several tens of meters, and both can be unwound at the same time, overlapped, and immediately attached to the adherend. In particular, the oxygen scavenger package in which the oxygen detecting agent for pasting is affixed in advance is used conveniently when food is deoxygenated and packaged. As a method for producing the oxygen scavenger package with the oxygen detecting agent attached, the tape-like oxygen detecting agent and the oxygen scavenger package are continuously attached, and are then attached. In this state, the method of separating the oxygen scavenger continuous package so as to be separated one by one is low in cost and reasonable.
[0036]
It should be noted that the oxygen detecting agent for patch provided by the present invention achieves the above object.
Is as described in the column of [Example] in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application No. 9-285667. The specific structure for constituting the tape-shaped detection agent and the single-sided adhesive tape is described in the same column.
[0038]

[0049]
This single-sided adhesive tape is not particularly limited even if it has air permeability or does not have air permeability. In short, it is important that the adhesive tape can prevent a solution such as oil or water from reaching the oxygen detection composition so as not to affect the discoloration associated with the oxygen detection reaction exhibited by the oxygen detection composition. . A component to be detected such as oxygen can reach the oxygen detection paper from the side where the adhesive tape is not present in the oxygen absorber strip.
[0050]
According to the oxygen detection agent for tape-like application of the present invention, since it has a simple structure, it can be manufactured at a low cost, and can be made into a thin tape shape similar to a general single-sided adhesive tape. In addition to being able to be cut and used, automatic manufacturing, cutting and sticking can also be performed mechanically, thereby achieving an effect that is extremely easy to use.
[0051]
