強熱減量(ig.loss):19.6%、SiO2:36.7%、Al2O3:22.7、Fe2O3:13.6%、CaO:1.8%、MgO:3.4%、Na2O:0.45%、K2O:0.26%
[重金属の溶出量]:火山灰質粘性土(非汚染土)は、固化材中のセメントに由来するクロムの溶出量を、摸擬汚染土は添加した各種重金属の溶出量を環境庁告示46号法により測定した。
[圧縮強さ]:JIS A 1216「土の一軸圧縮試験方法」により材令28日の一軸圧縮強さを測定した。
Claims (6)
- 石膏ボード廃材から、石膏が付着した紙である石膏付着紙を採取する第1工程と、
前記石膏付着紙を、600℃以上の還元雰囲気下で加熱処理する第2工程とを有し、
前記石膏が付着した紙である前記石膏付着紙には、前記石膏付着紙の全質量に対して、前記石膏が10質量%〜90質量%含まれており、
前記第2工程では、空気の流入が遮断もしくは制限された炉内で前記還元雰囲気を形成し、前記石膏付着紙を加熱処理することを特徴とする硫化カルシウムの製造方法。 - 前記石膏付着紙に含まれる炭素分のモル比が、前記石膏に対して0.8以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硫化カルシウムの製造方法。
- 石膏ボード廃材から、石膏が付着した紙である石膏付着紙を採取する第1工程と、
前記石膏付着紙に、還元剤として機能する有機化合物を加えたものを、600℃以上の還元雰囲気下で加熱処理する第2工程とを有し、
前記石膏が付着した紙である前記石膏付着紙には、前記石膏付着紙の全質量に対して、前記石膏が10質量%〜90質量%含まれており、
前記第2工程では、空気の流入が遮断もしくは制限された炉内で前記還元雰囲気を形成し、前記石膏付着紙を加熱処理することを特徴とする硫化カルシウムの製造方法。
- 前記石膏付着紙に含まれる炭素分及び前記還元剤として機能する有機化合物に含まれる炭素分の合計のモル比が、前記石膏に対して0.8以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の硫化カルシウムの製造方法。
- 処理対象土と、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の硫化カルシウムの製造方法によって製造された硫化カルシウムと、セメント系固化材とを混合することを特徴とする地盤改良材の製造方法。
- 重金属を含む処理対象物と、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の硫化カルシウムの製造方法によって製造された硫化カルシウムとを混合することを特徴とする処理対象物の処理方法。
