【0065】
ところで、最近の電磁界解析方法においては、辺要素と呼ばれる小さな要素の辺上に変数を定義する電磁界解析手法が主流となってきている(例えば、A.Kameari、“Three dimensional eddy current calculation using edge elements for magnetic vector potential”、Applied Electromagnetics in Materials、Proceedings of the First International Symposium、Tokyo、3-5 October 1988、Edited by K.Miya、Pergamon Press、pp.225-236参照)。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention performs an electromagnetic field analysis of an analysis target including an electric device or an electronic device using an electromagnetic phenomenon such as a transformer, a generator, or a motor, for example. Electromagnetic field analyzer and The present invention relates to an electromagnetic field analysis method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When performing an electromagnetic field analysis of an analysis target including an electric device or an electronic device using an electromagnetic phenomenon such as a transformer, a generator, or a motor using the finite element method, first, the space inside the analysis target region And all objects existing in the area are divided into small area elements. Next, Maxwell's electromagnetic field equation for each divided element is expressed by an approximate expression. Next, a simultaneous equation based on the approximate expression in each element is configured for the entire analysis target region. Next, the simultaneous equations are solved to obtain an electromagnetic field in the analysis target region.
[0003]
In the electromagnetic field analysis described above, an electromagnetic field in the analysis target region is often obtained using a magnetic vector potential (hereinafter simply referred to as a vector potential).
[0004]
Next, an electromagnetic field analysis method to be analyzed using a vector potential will be described.
[0005]
In general, the objects for which information is to be obtained in the electromagnetic field analysis are magnetic materials, conductors, and dielectrics existing in the analysis target region. These are not coils in which current flows forcibly. However, the coil through which the current flows forcibly needs to be divided into elements as in the other parts. In this case, it is difficult to divide the analysis target region including the coil having a complicated shape into elements, and considerable labor is required.
[0006]
In order to avoid such annoyance, the analysis target region is divided into a region including a coil and a region not including a coil, and a different electromagnetic field equation is applied to each region, thereby making the coil a finite element. A technique (hereinafter referred to as a two-potential method) for performing an electromagnetic field analysis of the analysis target region without being divided into two has been developed (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1).

In the two-potential method, as shown in FIG. 9, the

[0016]
When performing electromagnetic field analysis using the two-potential method described above, it is necessary to solve a large-scale simultaneous equation. For example, in order to obtain a solution of the simultaneous equations by a direct method such as the Gaussian elimination method, a large-scale computer is required for calculation of electromagnetic field analysis, and enormous calculation time is required. Therefore, it is advantageous in terms of electromagnetic field analysis to calculate using an iterative method.
[0017]
The iterative method assumes a solution value first, corrects the solution by an appropriate method, and determines that the solution has converged when the correction amount becomes sufficiently small in the process of repeating the correction. This is a method for obtaining a solution of As a typical iterative method, in the finite element method, a conjugate gradient method (ICCG method) using incomplete Cholesky decomposition as a preprocessing is used.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the solution of the simultaneous equations obtained by the above-described two-potential method is obtained by the iterative method, there is a problem that the solution may not converge sufficiently.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

The electromagnetic according to the present invention World The analysis method is an electromagnetic field analysis method used in an electromagnetic field analysis apparatus that performs electromagnetic field analysis of an analysis target area. The electromagnetic field analysis apparatus includes a control unit, an analysis target region formation unit, a simultaneous equation creation unit, and boundary condition calculation A boundary condition correction unit and an electromagnetic field analysis unit, the control unit controls the entire electromagnetic field analysis apparatus, and the analysis target region is constructed by the analysis target region forming unit. [0025]
in this case ,in front By correcting the strength of the magnetic field, the simultaneous equations are improved to converge by an iterative method. Therefore, when the electromagnetic field analysis of the analysis target region is performed using the corrected magnetic field strength, the convergence of the solution is improved, and the electromagnetic field analysis can be performed with high accuracy.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, according to the present invention Electromagnetic field analyzer and Embodiment of electromagnetic field analysis method (hereinafter referred to as this embodiment) Electromagnetic field analyzer and The electromagnetic field analysis method) will be described with reference to FIGS.

The dots (·) attached to the magnetic flux density B represent the time differentiation (∂ / ∂t) of the magnetic flux density B. Equation (2) is applied to a conductor through which eddy current flows.

Further, the relationship between the magnetic flux density B and the magnetic field strength H, and the relationship between the electric field strength E and the current density J are determined by the magnetic permeability μ and the conductor conductivity σ present in the

[0042]
Further, from the equation (3) and the vector formula, the vector potential A can be expressed by the following equation (6).

[Formula 6]
[0044]
When a conductor that takes eddy current into consideration is not included, the expression (7) can be obtained by substituting the expressions (4) and (6) into the expression (1).
[0045]
[Expression 7]
[0046]
As described above, since there is no eddy current in the equation (7), the current density J in the equation (7) is the forced current J 0 Only.
[0047]
On the other hand, for a conductor that takes into account eddy currents, the eddy current density Je can be obtained from the following expressions (8) from the expressions (2), (5), and (6). However, the electric scalar potential that appears when expressing the eddy current density Je is normally zero.
[0048]
[Equation 8]
[0049]
In consideration of the equation (8), from the equations (1), (4), and (6), the conductor in which eddy current exists is expressed by the equation (9) corresponding to the equation (7).
[0050]
[Equation 9]
[0051]
When performing electromagnetic field analysis using the two-potential method, the region Ωt16 may include a conductor that takes into account eddy currents, and therefore can be expressed as equations (9) to (10).
[0052]
[Expression 10]
[0053]
Here, the total vector potential At22 in the equation (10) and the vector potential A in the equation (9) are the same. Further, although the right side of equation (10) is 0, when the coil divided into elements is included in the region Ωt16, the right side of equation (10) is not 0 as in equation (9). That is, the above-described coil may be included in the region Ωt16. Furthermore, when the eddy current is not considered in the region Ωt16, the second term on the left side of the equation (10) is ignored. In the following description, the right side of equation (10) is assumed to be 0.
[0054]
The vector potential used in the region Ωr14 is the deformation vector potential Ar20. The deformation vector potential Ar20 is obtained by removing the vector potential As24 corresponding to the magnetic field generated by the

Where μ 0 Is the permeability in vacuum. That is, the equation (12) is different from the equation (10) and indicates a region Ωr14 in which no magnetic material exists.
[0060]
Next, boundary conditions at the boundary Γtr18 between the region Ωr14 and the region Ωt16 will be described with reference to FIGS. A unit vector perpendicular to the boundary Γtr18 and having the direction from the region Ωt16 to the region Ωr14 as the positive direction is defined as a vector n26. In this case, the boundary condition regarding the vector potential is expressed by the following equation (13). On the other hand, the boundary condition regarding the strength of the magnetic field is expressed by the following equation (14).

[Expression 14]
[0063]

[0065]
By the way, in the recent electromagnetic field analysis method, an electromagnetic field analysis method for defining a variable on a side of a small element called a side element has become mainstream (for example, A. Kameari, “Three dimensional eddy current calculation using” edge elements for magnetic vector potential ”, Applied Electromagnetics in Materials, Proceedings of the First International Symposium, Tokyo, 3-5 October 1988, Edited by K.Miya, Pergamon Press, pp.225-236). When the electromagnetic field analysis is performed using this side element, along the boundary Γtr18, the deformation vector potential Ar20, the total vector potential At22, and the vector potential As24 corresponding to the magnetic field strength Hs generated by the
[0066]
Here, since the above-described vector potential As24 is obtained from Bio-Savart's law, the relationship between the deformation vector potential Ar20 and the total vector potential At22 is obtained from the equation (13). As a result, in equation (13), if either one of the modified vector potential Ar20 or the total vector potential At22 is deleted, the total vector potential At22 or the modified vector potential Ar20 is determined. Therefore, the boundary condition of the equation (13) is Satisfied.
[0067]
By the way, the equations (10) and (12) are expressed by differential equations, and it is difficult to perform electromagnetic field analysis by directly solving these differential equations. Therefore, in the finite element method including side elements, the electromagnetic field analysis is performed by changing the equations (10) and (12) to weak forms shown in the equations (15) and (16).
[0068]
[Expression 15]
[0069]
[Expression 16]
[0070]
Here, N is the shape function of the edge element, and the weight function in the weak form is assumed to be equal to this shape function. This weight function includes a scalar gradient function (grad function). From the equations (14) to (16), the weak electromagnetic equation is expressed by the following equation (17).
[0071]
[Expression 17]
[0072]
When the electromagnetic field analysis is performed using the equation (17), the

By the way, as described above, the strength Hs of the magnetic field generated by the
[0074]
Therefore, first, the weight function of the equation (17) is set to a gradient function of an arbitrary scalar function ω, and the right side of the equation (17) is transformed into the following equation (18).
[0075]
[Formula 18]
[0076]
Here, the first term (ω∇ × Hs · n) on the right side of the equation (18) physically represents a current component perpendicular to the boundary Γtr18. However, as described above, since the current flowing through the
[0077]
On the other hand, the second term on the right side of the equation (18) represents a line integral along the closed curve C forming the boundary Γtr18. In this case, since the region Ωt16 is surrounded by the region Ωr14, there is no closed curved surface of the entire boundary surface. Therefore, the value of the line integral in equation (18) is zero.
[0078]
From the above, since the right side of the equation (18) is 0, the left side of the equation (18) must also be equal to 0. In this case, the strength Hs of the magnetic field generated by the
[0079]
Therefore, in the electromagnetic field analysis method according to the present embodiment, the convergence of the solution described above is improved by correcting the magnetic field strength Hs. The concrete improvement method (correction method) is shown in FIG. (Electromagnetic field analysis apparatus according to this embodiment) This will be described below with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG.

Using the numerical integration, the magnetic field strength Hs generated by the

Here, φ is the scalar potential 54 at the boundary Γtr18 (see FIG. 1). The outer product of the arbitrary scalar function ω and the gradient function ∇ω is taken for both sides of the equation (19). Then, the following equation (20) is obtained by performing the area for the boundary Γtr18 for the outer product.
[0100]
[Expression 20]
[0101]
Here, if the left side of the equation (20) is 0, by substituting the corrected magnetic field strength Hs ′ on the left side of the equation (20) as the magnetic field strength Hs of the equation (18), (18 The left side of the formula is also 0. Therefore, by changing the magnetic field strength Hs to the corrected magnetic field strength Hs ′, the convergence of the solution for the electromagnetic field analysis of the

Assuming that the right side is 0 from the equation (20) and an arbitrary scalar function ω is equal to the shape function of the scalar potential φ54 defined at the boundary Γtr18, the second term on the right side of the equation (20) is the usual finite element method. This is a well-known equation that is often solved by Therefore, the scalar potential φ54 can be easily obtained.

When such a model is subjected to electromagnetic field analysis by the electromagnetic field analysis method according to the prior art, even if the accuracy of numerical integration at the boundary is increased, the left side of equation (18) does not become zero. For this reason, the convergence of the solution is poor, and it is difficult to obtain a desired electromagnetic field analysis result.
[0112]
On the other hand, if the electromagnetic field analysis is performed based on the electromagnetic field analysis method according to the present embodiment, φ is obtained in advance in the equation (20), and the magnetic field strength Hs ′ in which the magnetic field strength Hs is corrected. Since the electromagnetic field analysis is performed using the corrected magnetic field strength Hs ′, the convergence of the solution is improved, and a desired electromagnetic field analysis result can be obtained.
[0113]
Next, FIG. 8 shows a comparison result of the convergence of the solution between the electromagnetic field analysis method according to the present embodiment and the electromagnetic field analysis method according to the prior art. In the electromagnetic field analysis method according to the prior art, the error is 10 in 45 iterations. -2 However, at more iterations, the error increases and the solution does not converge. On the other hand, in the electromagnetic field analysis method according to the present embodiment, the error is 10 with a repetition number of about 20 times. -8 It can be seen that the solution has converged.
[0114]
It should be noted that the present invention Electromagnetic field analyzer and Of course, the electromagnetic field analysis method is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various configurations can be adopted without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0115]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention. Electromagnetic field analyzer and In the electromagnetic field analysis method, by correcting the strength of the magnetic field, the convergence of the solution when performing the electromagnetic field analysis of the analysis target region is improved, and the electromagnetic field analysis can be performed with high accuracy.
