自動車運搬船は、その用途に応じてデッキ間隔を調節できるリフタブルデッキを備えている。
例えば、乗用車を積載するときにはデッキ間隔、つまり、天井が低くてもよいが、トラックやバス等を積載するときは天井は高くなければならない。
このため、一部のデッキは固定ピラーに沿ってリフターカーやジャッキ等によって上下移動できるリフタブルデッキとして構成されている。

本発明の目的は、自動車運搬船のリフタブルデッキにおいて、荷重によりリフタブルデッキが撓んだ場合でも、リフタブルデッキを支持するストッパーが面で荷重を受けるようにすること、および振動と騒音を低減し得るリフタブルデッキの支持装置を提供することにある。

本発明は、自動車運搬船におけるリフタブルデッキの支持装置であって、リフタブルデッキを支持するストッパーの上面にゴム等の弾性材を取り付け、弾性材を介してリフタブルデッキを支持し、該弾性材は自動車の荷重が加わりリフタブルデッキが撓んだ場合でもその荷重によって変形し、ストッパーがその荷重を面で受けることができるようにした

以下図1、図2に沿って本発明の実施の形態について説明する。なお、図3、図4に示した従来型と同等の部分については同じ符号を付し、詳細な説明は省略する。図1は本発明によるリフタブルデッキ支持装置の側面図であり、図2は同じく正面図である。

固定ピラー1、リフタブルデッキ2、上部ストッパー4は図3、図4に示す従来のものと同じである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、リフタブルデッキを弾性材を介してストッパーで支持するようにし、荷重が加わりリフタブルデッキが撓んでも、弾性材が変形してストッパーに加わる荷重を面で受けるようにしたので、これにより、ストッパーの面圧を低く抑えることができる。また、リフタブルデッキとストッパーが弾性材を介して接するため、両者の振動を吸収できるし、両者の接触により発生する騒音を低減することができるようになった。
