Claims (5)
- マグネトロンから発生したマイクロ波エネルギーを案内する導波管の出口部に設置されて、光は通過させ且つマイクロ波はその内部で共振させるキャビティを形成する共振器と、
前記共振器の内部に収納装着され、前記マイクロ波エネルギーにより光を発光する発光物質が充填された電球と、
前記共振器の内側壁面に少なくとも一つ以上装着され、前記導波管の出口部から放出されるマイクロ波エネルギーを前記電球に集束させるように、前記共振器の内側壁面から前記電球に近接するほど上向きに傾斜して配置され、ピン状に形成されるマイクロ波集束手段と、
を有することを特徴とする無電極照明機器。 - 前記マイクロ波集束手段は、前記電球の外周面に所定間隔をおいて近接するように形成される請求項1に記載の無電極照明機器。
- 前記共振器の内側壁面に装着された前記マイクロ波集束手段中少なくとも一つは、前記導波管に穿孔形成されたスロットの中心の上部に位置される請求項1に記載の無電極照明機器。
- 前記マイクロ波集束手段は、前記電球を介して相互に対向するように、前記共振器の内側壁面に所定間隔を有して装着される請求項1に記載の無電極照明機器。
- 前記相互に対向するマイクロ波集束手段の前記電球に近接した先方端間の間隔は、マイクロ波の波長の1/4数値以上である請求項4に記載の無電極照明機器。
