本発明は、農業機械、建設機械等の走行車輌に係り、特に運転席に着座したオペレータによる各種レバーの操作性を向上させることができる走行車輌に関するものである。

従来、クローラトラクタやコンバイン等のクローラ走行車輌では、機体本体による作業、あるいは機体の前後部に連結した作業機での作業を行うに際して、運転席に着座したオペレータがハンドル操作とともに各種レバー操作を作業内容に応じて行うようになっているが、特に作業機を連結した走行作業を考慮して、使用頻度の高い走行用操作レバーと作業機昇降用操作レバーを運転席の近傍に配置し、オペレータの手の少ない移動量で交互に持ち替えができるように配慮したものが知られている。

しかしながら、上述のように各レバーを近接配置した場合に、当該各レバーのレバーガイドの構成、殊にレバーガイドの高さの違いについては考慮されていなかったため、各レバーの傾倒位置によっては一方のレバー操作の際に他方のレバーガイドにオペレータの手が接触したり、レバー操作そのものが行い難くなる、という作業効率の低下を来すものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記の如き実状に鑑み走行車輌における走行用操作レバーと作業機昇降用操作レバーの操作性を追求する研究開発の過程で創案されたものであって、その目的とするところは、作業機昇降用操作レバーと走行用操作レバーが、運転席の同側に近接して配設されていても、オペレータが各レバーを交互に操作する際に手が隣りの操作レバーやレバーガイドに接触するような不具合を誘発することがなく、走行車輌の走行中における誤操作を未然に防止して操作性を高めることができる走行車輌を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
課題を解決するため、本発明が採用した第1の技術的手段は、作業機昇降用操作レバーと走行用操作レバーを、運転席の機体進行方向同側に並置し、かつ当該両レバーを同方向に傾倒自在となすと共に、上記作業機昇降用操作レバーのレバーガイド部高さを、走行用操作レバーのレバーガイド部高さより高く設定したことを特徴とし、第2の技術的手段として、上記作業機昇降用操作レバーと走行用操作レバーは、その操作上限位置と操作下限位置が略同一となるように配設されていることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の構成を、図面に示した一実施例に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図1において、1は左右一対のクローラ走行装置2、2を、機体進行方向の左右に離間並設した機体フレーム3、3の下部に備えてなるクローラトラクタであって、該クローラトラクタ1は機体フレーム3、3上の前部に設けたボンネット4内に図示しないエンジンを搭載し、かつ当該機体フレーム3、3間の略中央部に配設したキャビン5内に運転席6を設けると共に、上記運転席6の後方から機体フレーム3の後部に設けた装着部7の外面には、リフトアーム8a、リフトシリンダ8b等からなる三点リンク機構8が配設されて、図示しない作業機をクローラトラクタ1の後部に昇降自在に装着するように構成されている。

上記キャビン5内には、図2に示すように、運転席6の前方に操作ハンドル9を備えたメータパネル10が配設され、また運転席6の左右側に配設された左サイドパネル11と右サイドパネル12には、変速レバー13、図示しない後部作業機を昇降操作するための作業機昇降用操作レバー14および走行用操作レバー15が、当該各パネル11、12の前部に位置してそれぞれ前後傾倒自在に配設されていると共に、上記右サイドパネル12の後部には、耕深自動制御をON−OFF操作するための耕深自動スイッチ、傾斜自動制御をON−OFF操作するための傾斜自動スイッチ、傾斜自動制御の目標傾斜を設定するための傾斜設定ボリューム等の操作具類が開閉自在なカバー16に覆蓋される状態で配設され、さらに、右サイドパネル12の中間部には、他操作具に比べて大型な摘み部を有する耕深設定ボリューム17と、後部作業機への駆動力を断続するPTO入切スイッチ18が配設されている。
