Description
第1表に示す組成、品位の飛灰を第1表に示すpH(飛灰と水とアルカリ又は酸とを含むスラリーのpH)条件下で洗浄した。洗浄後の組成、品位は第1表に示す通りであった。
それぞれ第2表に示す組成、品位を有する、実施例1の条件(pH11)で洗浄した飛灰、亜鉛滓、珪石、酸化鉄及び石炭を第2表に示す量で用い、溶融還元処理して、それぞれ第2表に示す組成、品位を有する、粗酸化亜鉛、マット及びスラグを第2表に示す量で得た。
Claims (5)
- 有価金属及び塩素を含有する飛灰をpH10〜12の洗浄液で脱塩素洗浄し、該脱塩素洗浄した飛灰、亜鉛含有原料、珪石及び酸化鉄からなるフラックス及び石炭を混合し、乾燥させ、粉砕した後、団鉱とし、該団鉱を溶融還元することを特徴とする有価金属及びセメント原料に適する品質のスラグの回収方法。
- 亜鉛含有原料が製鋼煙灰である請求項1記載の有価金属の回収方法。
- 有価金属が亜鉛、鉛、銅であり、亜鉛及び鉛を酸化物として回収し、銅をマットとして回収し、セメント原料に適する品質のスラグを回収する請求項1又は2記載の有価金属の回収方法。
- 有価金属及び塩素を含有する飛灰をpH10〜12の洗浄液で脱塩素洗浄し、該脱塩素処理した飛灰、亜鉛含有原料、珪石及び酸化鉄からなるフラックス及び石炭を混合し、乾燥させ、粉砕した後、団鉱とし、該団鉱を溶融還元し、亜鉛を粗酸化亜鉛として回収し、回収した粗酸化亜鉛をpH10〜12の洗浄液で更に脱塩素洗浄し、該脱塩素洗浄した粗酸化亜鉛を亜鉛製錬に用いることを特徴とする有価金属及びセメント原料に適する品質のスラグの回収方法。
- 溶融還元を高周波誘導炉、直流型或いは交流型の抵抗加熱電気炉、又は三井式亜鉛半溶鉱炉(MF炉)を用いて実施する請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の有価金属及びセメント原料に適する品質のスラグの回収方法。
