Description
通常の供給原材料、および図1の装置を使用する方法からの生成物流れを、以下の実施例1〜3に記載し、以下の表1〜4に示す。
この実施例では、新たな供給原材料を、異性化装置1にのみ通し(U1へ);生成物流れを、直鎖/分枝の分離をするために装置2に通し(Ul/U2);装置2からオレフィン系生成物を得(U2から);未転化の(直鎖パラフィンおよび任意の残留する直鎖オレフィン)供給原材料を装置2から脱水素化装置Aに再循環させ(U2/UA);装置Aから得られた直鎖オレフィン類を異性化するために装置1に送り返す(UA/Ul)。
この実施例では、新たな供給原材料を、脱水素化装置Aにのみ通し(UAへ);脱水素化装置Aの生成物を装置1に通し(UA/U1);装置1の生成物流れを、直鎖/分枝分離をするために装置2に通し(Ul/U2);装置2からオレフィン系生成物を得(U2から);未転化の(直鎖パラフィンおよび任意の残留する直鎖オレフィン)供給原材料を装置2から脱水素化装置Aに再循環させ(U2/UA);装置Aから得られた直鎖オレフィン類を異性化するために装置1に送り返す(UA/Ul)。
Lancaster 混合粉砕機にアンモニウムフェリエライト(強熱減量5.4%(「LOI」))645グラム、およびCATAPAL(登録商標)Dアルミナ(LOI25.7%)91グラムを充填した。アルミナをフェリエライトと5分間混合し、その時間中に152ミリリットルの脱イオン水を加えた。氷酢酸6.8グラム、クエン酸7.0グラムおよび脱イオン水152ミリリットルの混合物を粉砕機に徐々に加えて、アルミナを解膠する。混合物を10分間混練した。次いでテトラアミンパラジウム硝酸塩0.20グラムの153グラム脱イオン水溶液を、混合物をさらに15分間混練しながら徐々に加えた。押出し成形混合物は、43.5%のLOIを有していた。90:10のゼオライト/アルミナ混合物を、2.25インチBonnot押出機に移し、1/16”の穴を有するステンレススチールのダイプレートを使用して押出し成形した。
異性化
反応器として、OD1インチ、ID0.6インチおよび長さ26インチのステンレススチールのチューブを使用した。熱源はチューブの頂部から20インチ延ばした。反応器を充填するために、それを先ず倒置し、ガラスウールの小さなプラグを、熱源を超えてチューブの底に当たるまで反応器チューブに押し込んだ。炭化ケイ素(20メッシュ)を約6インチの深さまで加えた。この上にガラスウールの小さなプラグを置いた。新たな炭化ケイ素(60〜80メッシュ)約45グラムと混合した6〜20メッシュの触媒粒子ほぼ6グラムを、触媒を均等に分布させるために2回に分けて加えた。触媒床は通常約10インチの長さである。別のガラスウール片を触媒の頂部に加え、反応器に20メッシュ炭化ケイ素をかぶせ、続いて最後のガラスウールのプラグがくる。マルチポイント熱電対を熱源中に挿入し、触媒床の上、下、および触媒床中の異なる3箇所の温度をモニターすることができるように配置した。反応器を反転させ、炉の中に取付けた。
Claims (8)
- 第1段階で異性化供給原材料中の直鎖オレフィン類を骨格上異性化すること、および第2段階で、枝分かれ分子が実質上はオレフィン系であり、直鎖分子がオレフィン系および/またはパラフィン系である、枝分かれ分子および直鎖分子を分離することを含む、少なくとも7個の炭素原子を有する直鎖オレフィン類を5〜50重量%で含む、混合直鎖オレフィン系/パラフィン系異性化原材料から分枝オレフィン類を製造する方法。
- 異性化供給原材料が、7〜28個の炭素原子を有する実質上直鎖モノオレフィン類5%〜50重量%を、パラフィン類、炭素数または炭素構造が違うオレフィン類、ジオレフィン類、芳香族化合物およびその他の不純物と共に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 予備段階で、10重量%未満のオレフィンを含む、または実質上オレフィン類を含まない、実質上直鎖パラフィン系の供給原材料の脱水素化により異性化供給原材料を提供することを含む請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 異性化段階または予備脱水素化段階への、少なくとも1つの再循環を含む請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 異性化供給原材料を、直鎖オレフィン系組成物を1分子鎖当たり少なくとも0.7の平均分枝数を有するオレフィン系組成物に骨格上異性化させるのに有効な触媒を含む異性化触媒と接触させる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 分岐度が制御されたオレフィン類を対応するアルコールにヒドロホルミル化することを追加で含む請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 分岐度が制御されたオレフィン生成物を対応するアルキルベンゼンにベンゼンを用いてアルキル化することを追加で含む請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- さらにスルホン化することを追加で含む請求項6または7に記載の方法。
