Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method of attaching the rack guide rails for elevator attached to spiral stairs up and down.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A building generally has a staircase that can be used to go upstairs, and vice versa. By the way, it is not easy for the elderly to go up and down the stairs, and it becomes impossible for a disabled person to go up and down the stairs alone. In recent years, there are cases where elevators are installed in ordinary households in order to eliminate the climbing of stairs, but there are problems such as high costs for installing the elevators, and at the same time the elevators are installed. Requires space apart from the stairs. Therefore, it is not easy to install an elevator in a small house.
[0003]
Therefore, in place of the elevator, a stair lift that can be mounted on an existing stair and lifted is used in part. The stair lift can be moved by being mounted on a guide rail attached along the stairs. If the lift is provided with a chair, the stair lift can be moved up and down while sitting on the chair.
[0004]
Although the guide rail is curved and attached in a helical shape, it is not easy to process the helical guide rail. In other words, the helical curve is a curve that intersects the generatrix of the column surface at a certain angle, and has a first curvature in the tangential direction and a second curve (torsion) in the next normal direction. However, it is not easy to bend and manufacture a guide rail made of steel pipe into the spiral curve, which requires a lot of processing time. Actually, it is not easy to produce an accurate spiral guide rail.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, there is a problem as described above in manufacturing a spiral guide rail in which a stair lift is guided to move up and down. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and a guide rail can be manufactured relatively easily and in a short time by constructing an approximate spiral curve by dividing a continuous spiral curve into a plurality of segments. it is possible to, yet provides a method of applying preparative rack to the guide rail.
[0006]
[Means for solving the problems]
The guide rail of the spiral staircase elevator according to the present invention forms a spiral curve composed of a three-dimensional curve by an approximate spiral curve. That is, an approximate spiral curve is formed by connecting a plurality of arcuate curved rail portions that are two-dimensionally plane-bending.
The arcuate curve to be two-dimensionally plane-bended is a radius of R = r / cos 2 θ, where R is the approximate bend radius, r is the apparent horizontal radius, and θ is the angle of the spiral.
The arc length S of the arcuate curve is set to a size that does not hinder elevator operation and ride comfort from r and θ, and the arcuate central angle is 30 ° to 120 °.
[0007]
The guide rail is generally composed of a first guide rail located on the upper side and a second guide rail located on the lower side, and the two guide rails are arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval, Installed on a standing column. A rack that engages with a pinion that is attached to an elevator and is driven to rotate is provided below the upper first guide rail.
[0008]
The guide rail comprising the approximate helical curve of the present invention has a plurality of curved rail portions and, if necessary, a straight rail portion connected thereto. A rack is provided in a predetermined position at a predetermined position along the straight rail portion. ing. However, in the case of the curved rail portion, the rack is attached with an inclination at an inclination angle of the stairs, so that the position and direction of the rack change depending on the position.
[0009]
That is, the rotation angle β indicating the direction of the rack at an arbitrary angle θ with the one end of the curved rail portion having a radius R as a base point is
It becomes.
Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

However, with respect to the B-C curved rail portion 7 and the D-E curved rail portion 9, the orientation of the rack changes with its position. FIG. 1 shows that when the inclination of the staircase is 30 °, the guide rail is also inclined with a gradient of 30 ° along the staircase and is curved at a radius R = 500, but the rack is at the angle θ from the base point B. The direction is expressed by the following equation.

【The invention's effect】
The guide rail of the spiral staircase elevator according to the present invention is an approximate helical guide rail configured by connecting a plurality of rail portions, and each rail portion is a straight rail portion and a curved rail portion curved at a predetermined curvature radius. Consists of. Since these rail portions are connected so as not to leave a step at the joint, and the guide rail is configured, the rail portions can be easily manufactured as compared with the case of bending into a spiral shape composed of a three-dimensional curve.
[0023]
The elevator moves along the guide rail, and a rack that engages with the pinion of the elevator is provided along the guide rail. The rack is attached in a predetermined position at a predetermined position so that the pinion meshes, but when manufacturing the rail portion, the rack can be attached based on the above formula, and the rack is provided. The rail portions are connected to each other to serve as guide rails for the spiral stair lift.
