Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an evacuation facility provided adjacent to a building, which has a slide.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The emergency evacuation facility disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-9709 has a structure in which a straight staircase is folded at the middle of the landing between the upper and lower floors for the purpose of facilitating assistance for the slide user from the stairs side. It comprises an emergency evacuation staircase and a slide provided along the outside of the emergency evacuation staircase, and a slope is provided at a slide portion provided outside the landing between the upper and lower floors.
[0003]
In addition, the evacuation slide disclosed in JP-A-2001-564 aims to evacuate more people safely in a short time, and the inner and outer two slides having a slope angle that makes each floor part rotate once and slide down. A sliding surface is juxtaposed, one is a roller type, the other is a pipe type, and a taper roller used for the roller type is fixed at a predetermined interval so as not to rotate.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, although the emergency evacuation equipment and the evacuation slide disclosed in the above-mentioned references are effective for each purpose, there is a problem that a considerable area is required for installation. In particular, installation is impossible in a privately owned building or in a place where buildings stand, and at present, it cannot be installed even if there is a request for installation as a security measure.
[0005]
Further, since the pipe-type slide is less slippery than the roller-type slide, it is permitted to set the inclination angle thereof to 25 ° to 35 ° (according to “Japan Fire Safety Center”).
[0006]
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a slide-type evacuation facility that can be installed even in a place where the installation area is smaller than before.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the present invention provides a pole installed adjacent to at least one building, a landing section provided with an emergency exit provided on each floor of the building, and the top floor spirally disposed on the pole. In the evacuation facility constituted by a slide section that sequentially connects landing sections on each floor from the ground to the ground, the slide section has an inner peripheral surface directly attached to the support and a slope angle of 25 ° to 35 °. It is provided to rotate a plurality of times between floors.
[0008]
Thereby, since the slide part is formed so as to spirally wrap around the column, the installation area can be significantly reduced as compared with the conventional one, and a gradient angle of 25 ° to 35 ° is allowed. Things. Further, since the side surface of the support also serves as the inner side plate, the inner side plate can be omitted, so that cost reduction can be achieved. Also, an inner handrail portion is spirally provided on the side surface of the support along the slide portion.
[0009]
Further, it is preferable that an outer peripheral side plate having a predetermined height is provided on an outer peripheral side surface of the slide unit. Further, by setting the outer peripheral side plate to have a specified height of the handrail of about 60 cm, the handrail at the outer peripheral portion can be omitted, so that cost reduction can be achieved while maintaining safety.
[0010]
In addition, it is preferable that a deceleration part is provided in a portion connected to the landing or the ground next to the slide part. As a result, the sliding speed can be suppressed for each floor, so that it is possible to slide safely. In addition, handrails are provided on both sides of the landing section, and auxiliary handrails that extend a predetermined length along the outer side surface of the slide section are formed on the handrail on the outer peripheral side of the slide section, ensuring safety. You can do it.
[0011]
Further, it is preferable that a roof is provided at an upper end of the support.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0013]
FIG. 1 shows an example of an evacuation facility 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The evacuation facility 1 includes a support 2, a landing section 3 connected to an emergency exit of at least one building, and a slide section 4 spirally provided on the support 2 and connecting the landing sections 3 on each floor. Therefore, it is basically configured.
[0014]
The roof 5 provided at the upper end of the column 2 is held by the inner periphery 51 fixed to the column 2, a plurality of brackets 52 extending radially from the inner periphery 51, and the plurality of brackets 52. And an outer peripheral ring portion 54 formed on the outer peripheral portion of the roof plate 53 and to which one end of the bracket 52 is fixed.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the landing section 3 includes a plate section 31 fixed to the building by an anchor or the like, and left and right handrail sections 32 and 33. In addition, one handrail portion 32 is formed with a handrail portion 34 for drop prevention that extends along the outer peripheral side plate 41 of the slide portion 4, and further has an inner handrail portion 55 on the side surface of the column along the side surface of the column. It is formed.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 3, 5, and 6, the slide unit 4 has a plurality of ends that are fixed to the column 2, extend radially, and are spirally disposed on the side surface of the column 2. A bracket 42, a sliding surface 44 formed by a plurality of pipes 43 held by the plurality of brackets 42 and arranged in a spiral direction, and an outer peripheral side plate 41 erected on the outer peripheral side of the sliding surface 44; And a speed reduction portion 45 formed at a portion of the sliding surface 44 reaching the landing section 3 or a portion reaching the ground. In addition, the deceleration section 45 includes a type in which the frictional resistance is improved more than the sliding surface 44 and a type in which the inclined surface is made gentle, and is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
[0017]
Further, in this embodiment, a case is set in which the distance between the landing sections 3 is a general one-story height (floor height) of 4.3 m to achieve a gradient angle of 25 ° to 35 °. Was set to make two rotations between each landing. Thereby, the length of the slide part 4 between the landings is in the range of about 7.5 m to about 10.0 m, and the gradient angle of 25 ° to 35 ° is achieved. This length can be adjusted by the diameter of the column 2.
[0018]
With this configuration, the evacuation equipment 1, can be disposed within the diameter 1.35M~2.05M, which is the footprint of 1.43m 2 ~3.3m 2. In addition, since an evacuation space 7 of about 1.5 m 2 as shown in FIG. 6 is required, the actual installation area needs to be from 1 tsubo to 1 tsubo and half a tsubo. However, this size can be said to be considerably narrower than before.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the slide section is directly installed spirally around the column, the installation area can be reduced, the handrail on the inner peripheral side is omitted, and the outer peripheral side plate is omitted. By increasing the height, the outer handrail can be omitted, so that cost reduction can be achieved, and it can be provided as an evacuation facility for a privately owned building or the like at lower cost than before.
[0020]
In addition, since it can be installed in a small installation area close to the building, it can be installed as a common object between adjacent buildings, so that evacuation equipment can be spread, and in the event of a fire or other disaster, It will be possible to evacuate people safely.
