Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a removable base for dental technicians used for producing dental prostheses and the like for dental technicians.
The base of the removable model for dental technicians of the present invention improves the workability of the technical work, makes it possible to cut and cut out the tooth profile block reliably and easily, and to perform the restoration accurately.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When creating dental casting crowns etc. in dental technicians, it is necessary to perform the creation work while checking the fitting state of the teeth such as the casting crown. In order not to get in the way, only the prosthetic part of the target tooth is divided and taken out from other teeth. In addition, in order to investigate the presence or absence of interference with the surrounding teeth, the produced cast crown, etc., reproduces the positional relationship of the extracted teeth in the same manner as before the division and adjusts between adjacent teeth. It is.
In order to perform such work, conventionally, a dental model impressed with gypsum was formed based on the denture mold taken from the patient's mouth, and the lower surface of this dental model was cut flat to make a hole, and a pin Insert the mold into a base mold filled with gypsum paste in advance, and after the gypsum paste has hardened, remove the mold to create a working model and a prosthesis block Work that is cut out from the work model is being carried out.
However, in such a method, since gypsum paste is used to produce a working model, if the gypsum is hardened from 2 hours to 24 hours, 24 hours are required, resulting in a time loss and a long production time. It depends.
[0003]
In order to shorten the production time, various proposals have been made to fix the impression model to the base by interposing an intermediate member with a large number of pins arranged between the impression model and the base that has been manufactured in advance. (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-22988, Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-61343, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-201774).
For example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-61343 discloses a working jig for dental technicians as shown in FIG. This work jig is composed of a base 12 and a base 14. The base 12 is provided with holes 13 through which a large number of pins are inserted. A large number of fitting holes 15 for fitting with the pins 13 are provided on the contact surface of the base 12 of the base 14.
This type of work jig is used as follows.
The tooth model 1 is bonded to the base 14. Thereafter, slits are made at predetermined positions of the tooth model 1 together with the pedestal 14 on both sides of the teeth forming the cast crown. Thereby, only the target tooth can be taken out freely. Moreover, since the base 12 and the base 14 are positioned by the pin 13 and the fitting hole 15, the positional relationship of the extracted tooth with respect to other teeth can be reproduced.
This type of work jig does not require gypsum curing time, and therefore can reduce the production time.
[0004]
However, work jigs using these pins have the following problems. First, when each tooth of the dental mold targeted by the dental technician is small, when the cutting width is narrowed, the base 14 and the base 12 are located at the position where the pin fitting hole is cut or cut at the time of cutting. The positioning pin 13 may be cut without being included. When such a cut is performed, it becomes impossible to position the cut tooth and the adjacent tooth.
In addition, such a work jig has a problem of poor workability. For example, when manufacturing a casting crown, the cut tooth model is taken out and the operator supports it with one hand, but the supporting part is only the plate-like part of the base 14. It is very difficult to hold and work. In addition, when the contact point is adjusted by frequently removing a part of the base 12 from the pedestal 14, there is a problem that the work is difficult because the thin portion of the pedestal 14 is held.
[0005]
In order to solve the above-described problem, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-245749 discloses a placement unit 16a and a placement unit 16a on a first base member 16 on which the tooth model 1 is placed, as shown in FIG. Provided with a leg portion 16b formed in an integrated shape that is continuous in substantially the same direction as the dentition direction of the tooth model that protrudes from the hole, and has a hole portion 17a into which the leg portion 16b of the first base member 16 can be inserted and fitted. There has been proposed a dental jig work jig using a second base member 17 that detachably fixes and holds the first base member.
In this work jig, the first base member 16 and the second base member 17 are formed with concavities and convexities 16c and 17b that prevent displacement in the dentition direction. The two base members 17 are fitted to each other to prevent the first base member 16 and the second base member 17 from being displaced.
However, with the dental technician's work jig, when cutting out the tooth profile block for producing a prosthesis, it is not possible to separate only the tooth profile block from the work model unless it is completely separated from the adjacent tooth profile part. However, in the work jig as shown in FIG. 8, the leg portion 16 b of the first base member 16 holds the first base member 16 in a detachable manner so as to hold the hole 17 a of the second base member 17. Therefore, if the first base member 16 and the second base member 17 are fitted together and cut with a cutter, the tooth profile block is cut off unless the second base member 17 is cut deeply. Since this is not possible, the second base member 17 becomes unstable. In order to avoid this, if the first base member 16 is separated from the second base member 17 and cutting is performed, there is a problem that positioning of the cut tooth and the adjacent tooth cannot be performed accurately.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, various proposals have been made regarding the base of the removable model for dental technicians used in the production of dental prosthetics for dental technicians. There is still no base that satisfies all the requirements that it can be easily and accurately restored.
For this reason, for dental technicians who can reliably and easily remove and accurately restore the prosthetic block of the prosthetic part from the dentition model impressed with plaster based on the patient's dental profile. Realization of a base for the removable model of prosthesis is strongly demanded.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, the surface on which the tooth model is placed and fixed is continuously provided in the same direction as the dentition direction of the tooth model on both sides of the tooth model model placing portion and the placement portion. Has a U-shaped frame member having a joint portion with concavities and convexities provided continuously on the inside, and a fitting portion in which concavities and convexities that fit the joint portions of the frame member are continuously formed on the side surface. And a base member that removably fixes and holds the frame member, and the coupling part of the frame member is fitted with the fitting part of the base member and fitted with the base member having a U-shaped cross section of the frame member Prevents the frame member and the pedestal member from being displaced in the direction orthogonal to the dentition direction, and the unevenness continuously formed on the coupling portion of the frame member and the unevenness continuously formed on the side surface of the fitting portion of the pedestal member. Between the frame member and the base member It is obtained by solving the conventional problems by implementing a base of the prosthesis fabricated for friendly 撤模 type for dental which is adapted to prevent the tooth row direction of displacement.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
【Example】
An example of a base for a removable prosthesis working model for dental technicians of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows the configuration of an embodiment of a base for a removable prosthesis working model for dental technicians of the present invention.
In FIG. 1, 1 is a tooth model. The dentition model 1 is a dentition model impressed with plaster based on a denture shape taken from the oral cavity of a patient. The lower surface of the dentition model is flattened.
Reference numeral 2 denotes a frame member on which the tooth model is placed and fixed. The frame member 2 has a tooth model mounting portion 21 having a flat surface on which the tooth model 1 is mounted and bonded, and a cross-section in which irregularities are continuously provided on both sides of the mounting portion 21 inside. It has the joint parts 22 and 23 formed in the U shape. The coupling part 22.23 of the frame member 2 is continuously provided in substantially the same direction as the dentition direction of the tooth model 1.
The frame member 2 is made of hard plastic that is easy to mold and hardly deformed, and can be easily cut with a saw for ordinary dental technicians.
[0009]
Reference numeral 3 denotes a pedestal member. The pedestal member 3 has a fitting portion 31 on the upper side of the pedestal 34 in which concave and convex portions 32 and 33 to be fitted to the coupling portions 22 and 23 of the frame member 2 are continuously formed on the side surfaces. Then, the frame member 2 is fixedly held so as to be detachable.
The uneven cross section formed in the fitting part 31 of the frame member 2 and the pedestal member 3 has a semicircular arc shape.
The pedestal member 3 is made of gypsum that is easily molded and hardly deformed, and that can be easily cut with a saw for a dental technician.
The tooth model 1 is bonded to the mounting surface 21 of the frame member 2. In this case, since the bottom surface of the tooth model 1 and the mounting surface 21 of the frame member 2 are formed to have substantially the same shape, the mounting surface 21 of the frame member 2 and the bottom surface of the tooth model 1 overlap each other. For this reason, it is possible to design the shape and size of the molding die of the mounting surface 21 of the frame member 2 in advance as a standard design. Of course, it is also possible to prepare a mounting surface 21 for several types of frame members 2 and select an appropriate size.
[0010]
When the coupling portions 22 and 23 of the frame member 2 and the concavo-convex portions 32 and 33 of the pedestal member 3 are fitted, the frame member 2 and the pedestal member 3 are coupled together, and the U-shape of the coupling portion of the frame member 2 is obtained. The frame member 2 and the base member 3 are prevented from shifting in the direction orthogonal to the dentition direction by being fitted to the cross section of the base member 3 and the fitting portion 31 of the base member 3, and are continuously formed at the joint portion of the frame member 2. Is prevented from shifting in the dentition direction between the frame member 2 and the pedestal member 3 by fitting between the concavo-convex portions 22 and 23 and the concavo-convex portions 32 and 33 continuously formed on the side surfaces of the fitting portion 31 of the pedestal member 3. Like to do.
Next, an example in which a casting crown is created using a base support of a removable prosthesis-manufacturing model for dental technicians of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, the frame member 2 and the pedestal member 3 are integrally coupled by fitting the coupling portions 22 and 23 of the frame member 2 with the concave and convex portions 32 and 33 of the pedestal member 3.
Next, the tooth model 1 is bonded to the placement portion 21 of the frame member 2 with an adhesive or the like.
[0011]
FIG. 2A shows a state in which the frame member 2 and the pedestal member 3 are integrally coupled, and the tooth model 1 is bonded to the placement portion 21 of the frame member 2. FIG. 2B shows a cross section in a direction orthogonal to the dentition direction in a state in which the frame member 2 and the pedestal member 3 are integrally coupled and the tooth model 1 is bonded to the placement portion 21 of the frame member 2. FIG. 2 (c) shows a sectional view in the dentition direction.
In FIG. 2, the same parts as those of FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2C, the tooth model 1 and the frame member 2 are cut and divided by making X and Y cuts on both sides of the abutment tooth 1a, which is a target for creating a casting crown. To do.
In this dividing operation, the tooth model 1 and the frame member 2 are connected to each other by using a normal saw for a dental technician in a state where the frame member 2 and the base member 3 are integrally connected. By making a cut to the part, the tooth model 1 and the frame member 2 are surely cut and cut and divided.
The cuts X and Y do not need to be made up to the pedestal 34 of the pedestal member 3. When the cut reaches the joint portion between the frame member 2 and the base member 3, it can be visually determined that the tooth model 1 and the frame member 2 are completely cut.
[0012]
In a state where the tooth model 1 and the frame member 2 are cut, the segments of the tooth model 1 and the frame member 2 are connected to the coupling portions 22 and 23 of the frame member 2 and the base member as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2 (c), the projections and depressions continuously formed at the coupling portion of the frame member 2 are positioned in the direction orthogonal to the dentition direction by fitting with the three projections and depressions 32 and 33. Positioning in the dentition direction between the frame member 2 and the pedestal member 3 is performed by fitting the ridges 32 and 33 that are continuously formed on the side surfaces of the fitting portion 31 of the pedestal member 3.
Since cutting can be performed in a state where the frame member 2 and the pedestal member 3 are integrally coupled, the concavities and convexities 22 and 23 continuously formed in the coupling portion of the frame member 2 and the side surface of the fitting portion 31 of the pedestal member 3 The dental prosthesis is free from misalignment during handling such as reinserting after the extracted tooth block is removed from the pedestal member 3 because it is in close contact with the irregularities 32, 33 continuously formed on the base member 3. There is no error in the occlusion of objects.
2, the frame member 2 to which the tooth model 1 is bonded is divided into three segments 1a, 1b, and 1c as shown in FIG.
When performing the work operation of the casting crown, as shown in FIG. 3A, the three segments 1a, 1b, 1c of the tooth model 1 and the ram member 2 are removed from the base member 3, respectively.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 3B, the pedestal member 3 has cut grooves X and Y up to the positions of the concavo-convex portions 32 and 33. However, the pedestal member 3 is not divided by the pedestal 34 and is held integrally. .
When the operation of the casting crown is completed and the contact point is adjusted, the three segments 1a, 1b, and 1c of the tooth model 1 and the ram member 2 are inserted into the base member 3 again. In this case, the U-shaped cross section of the coupling portions 22 and 23 of the three segments 1a, 1b, and 1c frame member 2 of the tooth model 1 and the ram member 2 and the concave and convex portions 32 and 33 of the pedestal member 3 are fitted, Positioning of the frame member 2 and the pedestal member 3 in the direction orthogonal to the dentition direction is performed. Further, the frame member 2 and the pedestal member are formed by fitting the concavo-convex portions 22 and 23 continuously formed on the coupling portion of the frame member 2 and the concavo-convex portions 32 and 33 continuously formed on the side surfaces of the fitting portion 31 of the base member 3. Positioning in the dentition direction with 3 is performed.
Thus, since the coupling | bond part of the ram member 2 and the fitting part 31 of the base member 3 are formed continuously, when dividing the tooth model 1, even when dividing a small tooth especially, Since the joint portion is removed and is not divided, positioning between the cut tooth and the adjacent tooth can be performed accurately.
Further, since the frame member 2 has U-shaped coupling portions 22 and 23 formed on both side surfaces of the mounting portion 21, one of the coupling portions 22 and 23 is used when an operator actually performs work. It is possible to work with the abutment tooth 1a and the like. Therefore, it is possible to easily create a casting crown or the like.
Since the coupling portions 22 and 23 are continuously provided with concavities and convexities on the inner side thereof, insertion into the base member 3 is facilitated. As described above, positioning in the direction orthogonal to the dentition direction and positioning in the dentition direction are performed in separate parts, so that the abutment tooth 1a and the like can be easily inserted and surely positioned. .
Since the concave and convex portions of the coupling parts 22 and 23 and the base member 3 are not parallel to the same direction as the insertion direction, the initial contact position can be easily and accurately aligned by the concave and convex portions.
[0014]

Further, the frame member provided with the coupling portions 22 and 23 provided with the projections 25 at regular intervals on the inner side is used to further ensure the coupling. Therefore, the pedestal member 3 has a fitting portion 31 formed on the side surface at a constant interval with a concave portion to be fitted with the projection 25 of the coupling portions 22 and 23 of the frame member 2 on the upper side of the pedestal 34, The member 2 is fixedly held so as to be detachable.
The connecting portions of the frame member 2 are provided on both side surfaces continuously in the same direction as the dentition direction of the tooth model, and are fitted with the fitting portions 31 of the pedestal member 3 so that the frame member 2 and the pedestal member 3 Deviation in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the teeth is prevented.
Protrusions provided at fixed intervals on the coupling portion of the frame member 2 and recesses formed at fixed intervals on the side surfaces of the fitting portion 31 of the pedestal member 3 are fitted to each other, so that the frame member 2 and the pedestal member 3 are fitted. Prevents deviation in the dentition direction.
The working jig of the dental technician configured as shown in FIG. 5 can more reliably prevent the deviation in the direction orthogonal to the dentition direction and the deviation in the dentition direction.
[0016]
