BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention includes a payout device that pays out a game ball guided to a game board and a receiving port from a payout port based on predetermined winning conditions in the game board, and a ball passage that guides the game ball to a receiving port of the payout device. More particularly, the present invention relates to a ball removal mechanism for forcibly discharging game balls remaining in the ball passage.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There is a pachinko machine as a representative example of a ball game machine having the above-described ball removal mechanism. A pachinko machine has a gaming board in which a large number of game nails, windmills, various winning devices, etc. are arranged with a predetermined gauge setting, and a payout device that pays out gaming balls based on predetermined winning conditions on the gaming board. And a ball passage that aligns and flows down the game balls stored in the tank member and guides them to the payout device.
[0003]
In the course of the ball passage, generally, it is detected whether or not a game ball is present at a predetermined passage position, whereby a ball passage (referred to as a “prize ball standby passage”) between this passage position and the payout device. ) Is provided with a ball presence / absence detection switch that detects whether or not a predetermined number of game balls required for payout are waiting, and when the no-ball state is detected by this detection switch, the next payout is in progress. Since the number of game balls to be paid out may be insufficient, the operation of the payout device is restricted. In the middle of the ball path, game balls remaining inside the machine are forcibly discharged when performing maintenance work on the pachinko machine, such as inspection work, replacement work of the ball presence / absence detection switch and payout device, and cleaning work of the ball path. A ball removal mechanism is provided.
[0004]
The conventional ball removing mechanism is provided, for example, in an exit region of an alignment rod member attached to the lower portion of the tank member so that the flange surface is inclined gently. The game ball passing through the ball detection passage is discharged to the ball extraction passage upstream of the ball presence / absence detection switch. In recent years, in order to facilitate the maintenance work of the ball presence / absence detection switch, a ball stop mechanism for stopping the flow of game balls is provided in the preliminary prize ball passage upstream of the ball presence / absence detection switch. A ball removal mechanism is provided directly below, and a ball stopping process is performed using the ball stopping mechanism, and a ball removing process is performed using the ball removing mechanism. A ball punching mechanism has been devised for discharging into the punching passage.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional ball removing mechanism as described above, the game ball to be ball-extracted is located upstream of the preliminary prize ball passage or directly below the ball presence / absence detection switch, and the ball removal process is performed in the prize ball waiting passage. There was a residual sphere that could not be removed by the mechanism. For this reason, for example, when the payout device is removed during maintenance work of the payout device, there is a problem that the remaining balls remaining in the prize ball standby passage spill out, and the payout device must be attached and detached one by one to discharge the remaining balls. If so, there was a problem that the work was complicated and not suitable as a processing means.
[0006]
On the other hand, in order to cope with the above problem, there is also a ball removal device configured to forcibly activate the payout device to discharge the game ball to the ball tray after discharging the game ball using the ball removal mechanism. It has been devised. However, in a ball game machine having a ball presence / absence detection switch, since the operation of the payout device is restricted after the game ball disappears at the passage position where the detection switch is disposed and the no-ball state is detected, It is necessary to add a mechanism device for releasing the restriction, and there is a problem that the device configuration including software becomes complicated and the ball removal process is complicated. Further, in the device that forcibly operates the dispensing device in this way, the remaining sphere cannot be forcibly discharged when trouble occurs in the dispensing device or the control device, and as a result, the same as described above. It contained a problem.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the problems as described above, and provides a ball removal mechanism that reduces the number of residual balls by solving the above-mentioned problems such as spilling of the ball with a simple configuration and simple operation. With the goal.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

[0009]
In the ball removal mechanism having such a configuration, it is located immediately above the receiving port in the ball passage.A portion of the side wall of the area is cut awayAn opening is provided and this openingOpen position to open and closed position to close the openingOpenable / closableInEquipped with attached opening and closing members,In the closed position, the game ball passing through the ball passage is guided to the receiving port, and in the open position.Opening the opening so that the game ball passing through the ball passage can be discharged from the openingInIt is configured. On the front side of the back set board located in front of the opening, there is a discharge passage for allowing the game balls to flow down to the outside of the gaming machine, and a connection port that is formed through the front and back walls to partition the back set board in the front and back and connected to the discharge passage And the upper surface of the case in the region located below the opening is formed to be inclined forward. For this reason,When the opening / closing member is set to the open position and the opening is opened, the game ball located in the ball passage is discharged from the opening to the outside of the gaming machine through the communication port and the discharge passage. Therefore,According to the above ball removal mechanism, the game ball does not remain in the ball passage on the upstream side of the payout device, and when the payout device is removed due to maintenance work or trouble of the payout device, the remaining balls in the ball passage There is no problem of spilling around. Further, since the passage wall located immediately above the dispensing device is opened and closed, a ball removal mechanism that can perform ball removal processing with a simple mechanism configuration and simple operation can be provided.
The attaching / detaching structure of the dispensing device to the back set board is composed of a lock piece and a lock piece receiving hole which are formed at corresponding positions of the case and the back set board and can be engaged with each other. When the dispensing device is slid upward by a predetermined amount after being received in the stopper receiving hole, the upper surface of the case is arranged in a mounting posture that faces the lower end of the passage wall surrounding the spherical passage without any gap. The predetermined amount is preferably set smaller than the diameter of the game ball.
In this case, the communication opening is formed to extend downward from the height position of the upper surface of the case in the mounting posture, and flows out to the upper surface of the case at the attaching / detaching position in which the dispensing device is slid downward from the mounting posture by the predetermined amount. It is desirable that the game ball is discharged to the discharge passage through the communication opening.

A cylindrical pivot shaft 33a that protrudes rearward from the base frame body 30 and pivotally supports the upper opening / closing member 521 so as to be swingable is projected and formed on the passage member mounting portion 33 of the base frame body 30. An upper ball removal passage 71 for discharging the preliminary prize balls discharged from the prize ball waiting passages 53a and 53b by the removal mechanism 520 to the outside of the pachinko machine is formed.
[0039]
The upper opening / closing member 521 has a passage wall portion 521R formed in a wall shape corresponding to the upper right passage wall partially cut away by the standby passage member 53, and a cylinder provided in the vicinity of the upper end of the passage wall portion 521R. The lid member 57 is screw-fixed from the rear in a state in which the pivot support hole portion 521a is inserted into and supported by the pivot support shaft 33a of the passage member mounting portion 33. By this, it is attached to the passage member attaching portion 33 so as to be swingable.
[0040]
The operation lever is swingably attached to the base frame body 30 via a fixing member having an operation portion on the upper end side and an engaging protrusion on the lower end side and pivotally supporting the intermediate portion, and is always fixed to the operation lever. The engaging projection is arranged so as to protrude from the passage member mounting portion 33 by the biasing means provided between the members. The upper opening / closing member 521 is formed with a closed holding engagement hole and an open holding engagement side that can be engaged with and disengaged from the engagement protrusion on a swing radius that matches the protruding position of the engagement protrusion. Accordingly, the passage wall portion 521R of the upper opening / closing member 521 covers the upper opening 53s of the standby passage member 53 to form a passage wall, or the passage wall portion 521R is pivotally displaced upward to open the upper opening 53s. The upper opening / closing member 521 is configured to be latched and held at the opened opening angle position.
[0041]
On the other hand, on the surface side of the base frame 30, as schematically shown in FIG. 5, there is provided a collecting rod that is located below the window 31 and is inclined downward from the left and right sides toward the center. A collecting passage 74 is formed at the same time, and a collecting port is formed at the junction of the left and right collecting passages. Although not shown in detail on the back side of the base frame 30, the game ball discharge path 75 that causes the game balls collected at the gathering port to flow down and be discharged from the discharge opening provided at the lower end of the base frame 30. Is formed. For this reason, the out ball and the safe ball that are used for the game on the game board 20 and are discharged to the back side of the decorative board 21 (collectively referred to as “game-completed balls”) roll on the collective passage 74 and gather into the collective mouth. And then flow down the game ball discharge path 75 and discharged from the discharge opening to the outside of the pachinko machine.
[0042]
Further, the base frame body 30 located below the upper opening 53s has an upper ball removal passage for guiding preliminary prize balls overflowing from the prize ball waiting passages 53a and 53b to the collecting passage 74 when the upper opening is opened. 71 and a descending passage 73 are formed. The upper ball removal passage 71 is an upper preliminary passage 71a formed on the right side of the upper portion of the standby passage member 53 on the back surface side of the base frame body 30, and penetrates the front and back of the base frame body 30 below the upper preliminary passage 71a. The formed upper communication port 71b, a guide wall 71c for guiding a preliminary prize ball falling through the upper preliminary passage 71a to the upper communication port 71b, and the like, and the preliminary prize ball overflowing from the prize ball standby passage are used as the upper communication port 71b. Through the lower frame 73 on the surface side of the base frame 30.
[0043]
The descending passage 73 is surrounded by left and right wall surfaces 36 a and 36 b that are formed to project forward toward the front surface side of the base frame 30, and a cover member 81 that is attached to the front of the descending passage 73 using a column 36 d and the like. And is connected to a collective passage 74 positioned below through an open lower end opening. Further, a guide protrusion 57e is formed on the front side of the lid member 57 to guide a preliminary prize ball that falls along the lid member to the upper preliminary passage 71a to the upper communication port 71b. The cover member 81 has an upper communication port 71b and A cylindrical surface-shaped R portion 81 r is formed that faces the game ball smoothly to the descending passage 73. A right side wall 36c extending up and down in parallel with the wall surface 36b is provided on the right side of the descending passage 73, and a cable duct 85 for accommodating the wire harness is formed surrounded by the wall surface and the cover member 81. The
[0044]
In the upper ball removal mechanism 520 configured as described above, in a normal gaming state in which the pachinko machine is used for gaming, the closing engagement hole of the upper opening / closing member 521 and the engagement protrusion of the lever member are engaged to swing. The passage wall portion 521R is locked and held at a closed angle position that closes the upper opening 53s, and the passage wall portion 521R is held in a state in which the passage walls of the prize ball standby passages 53a and 53b are formed. For this reason, the preliminary prize balls passing through the ball passage flow down the prize ball waiting passages 53a and 53b along the closed passage walls and are guided to the receiving ports 54a and 54b of the prize ball cassette.
[0045]
When performing the ball removal process using the upper ball removal mechanism 520, for example, when performing the ball removal process to perform maintenance work of the ball presence / absence detection switch 52, the operator opens the front frame 2. Then, the ball stopper piece of the ball stopper mechanism 44 is protruded into the preliminary prize ball passage in the alignment rod member 42, the ball stopper process for stopping the flow of the game ball from the upstream side of the passage position is performed, and then the upper ball removing mechanism The operation lever 520 is swung.
[0046]
When the operation lever is swung, the engagement protrusion of the operation lever is retracted from the passage member mounting portion 33, and the engagement between the engagement protrusion and the closing holding engagement hole of the upper opening / closing member 521 is released, and the upper The swing restriction of the opening / closing member 521 is released. At this time, since the preliminary prize balls are in a standby state in the prize ball standby passages 53a and 53b, the pressing force is applied to the passage wall portion 521R from the preliminary prize balls in the passage, and the upper opening / closing member 521 When the swing restriction is released, the upper opening / closing member 521 is swung around the pivot shaft 33a by the pressing force from the preliminary prize ball, and the upper opening 53s is opened as shown in FIGS. It is displaced to.
[0047]
When the upper opening / closing member 521 is displaced to the release angle position, the release holding engagement side that swings and moves in accordance with this moves to the front of the engagement projection, and the engagement projection that protrudes when the operating force of the operation lever is released This time, however, the upper opening / closing member 521 is engaged and held at the opening angle position by engaging with the opening holding engagement side. For this reason, even if the operation lever is not operated and held, the upper opening / closing member 521 can be locked and held at the open angle position.
[0048]
Thus, when the upper opening / closing member 521 is displaced to the opening angle position and the upper opening 53s is opened, the preliminary prize ball stopped between the opening position and the ball stopper mechanism 44 is pushed out from the upper opening 53s. It overflows into the upper preliminary passage 71a. As described above, the upper preliminary passage 71a is connected to the descending passage 73 via the upper communication port 71b, and the preliminary prize ball overflowing from the upper opening is guided by the upper preliminary passage 71a and the guide wall 71c to the upper communication port. 71b passes through the descending passage 73 and is received by the collecting passage 74, and rolls down the collecting passage 74 and the game ball discharge passage 75 to the outside of the pachinko machine PM (recovery bucket on the game facility side). Discharged.
[0049]
In this way, the ball stop process is performed on the upstream side of the ball presence / absence detection switch 52 using the ball stop mechanism 44, and the preliminary award ball is discharged from directly below the ball presence / absence detection switch 52 using the upper ball removal mechanism 520. As a result, it is possible to carry out the ball removal process only for the preliminary prize balls that are stopped in the vicinity of the area where the ball presence / absence detection switch 52 is sandwiched.
[0050]
Note that after the ball removal process is completed, the operation lever may be swung again. When the operating lever is swung, the engagement between the open holding engagement side and the engaging protrusion is released, the swing restriction of the upper opening / closing member 521 is released, and the upper opening / closing member 521 is rotated around the pivot shaft 33a by its own weight. And the passage wall 521R returns to the closed angle position covering the upper opening 53s. When the operating force of the operating lever is released, the engaging protrusion self-resets and protrudes to the passage member mounting portion 33, engages with the closing holding engaging hole, and holds and holds the upper opening / closing member at the closing angle position. Accordingly, the upper opening / closing member 521 is held in a normal gaming state.
[0051]
Next, the lower ball removal mechanism 530 provided immediately above the prize ball cassette 54 will be described. This lower ball removal mechanism 530 is a mechanism for discharging the preliminary prize ball located upstream of this mechanism to the outside of the pachinko machine PM, similar to the upper ball removal mechanism 520 described above. Although it can be used for ball removal processing, it is necessary to perform maintenance and inspection work for components in the downstream area that cannot be completely removed by the upper ball removal mechanism 520, such as the standby passage member 53 and the prize ball cassette 54. This is a particularly useful ball removal mechanism.
[0052]
The lower ball removing mechanism 530 is disposed mainly above the receiving ports 54a and 54b of the prize ball cassette, and mainly includes a lower opening / closing member 531 pivotally supported by the support shaft 33d. A support shaft 33d that coaxially supports the lower opening / closing member 531 and the standby passage member 53 is protruded from the passage member mounting portion 33 and discharged from the prize ball standby passages 53a and 53b by the lower ball removal mechanism 530. A lower ball removal passage 72 for discharging the preliminary prize ball to the outside of the pachinko machine is formed, and the lower opening / closing member 531 is closed on the lid member 57 covering the rear of the upper and lower ball removal mechanisms and the standby passage member. A locking arm 532 that locks and holds the posture is attached to be swingable.
[0053]
The lower opening / closing member 531 is divided into a front wall part 531R formed in a wall shape corresponding to a lower right passage wall partly cut away by the standby passage member 53, and an upper end part of the passage wall part 531R. Cylindrical pivot support hole portions 531d and 531d that are formed, an operation lever portion 531m that protrudes rearward from the passage wall portion on the lower end side of the passage wall portion 531R, and the like. The support hole portion 53d of the standby passage member 53 is formed such that the front end side and the rear end side are shortened in accordance with the positions and lengths of the pivot support hole portions 531d and 531d, and the rear edge portion of the lower opening is obliquely chamfered. Thus, a guide surface 53e is formed, and a relief portion 53f is formed in accordance with the diameter of the operation lever portion 531m.
[0054]
On the other hand, the base frame 30 positioned on the right side of the lower opening 53t has a lower ball for discharging the preliminary award balls overflowing the prize ball waiting passages 53a and 53b to the lowering passage 73 when the lower opening 53t is opened. An extraction passage 72 is formed. The lower ball removal passage 72 includes a lower preliminary passage 72a, a lower communication port 72b formed through the front and back of the base frame 30 on the right side of the lower preliminary passage 72a and connected to the lowering passage 73, and the like. The overflowing preliminary prize ball is guided to the descending passage 73 through the lower communication port 72b. The lower connection port 72b extends below the upper surface of the cassette case 541 of the prize ball cassette 54 in the mounting posture and is cut out and formed at the lower end of the connection port 72b. Is formed.
[0055]
A fitting boss 57a for positioning the lid member 57 by fitting with the pivotal support shaft 33a and the upper and lower support shafts 33c, 33d on the front surface side (prize ball waiting passage side) of the cover member 57 (not shown) 57d and the lower opening 53t is opened to form a guide rib 57g (see FIG. 9) for guiding the preliminary prize ball overflowing from the prize ball waiting passages 53a and 53b to the lower communication port 72b. The lid member 57 is formed with a slit-shaped guide hole 57h penetrating the front and back in accordance with the swing locus of the operation lever 531m (see FIGS. 2 and 4), and the inserted operation lever portion 531m swings. While guiding the movement, the operation range is restricted so that the lower opening / closing member 531 is not excessively swung. A locking arm 532 is swingably attached to the rear surface side of the lid member 57 (the back side of the back set board), and an arm portion 532b extending in an arm shape from the base end portion 532a is attached to the locking arm 532. A locking groove 532c that can be engaged with the operation lever 531m of the lower opening / closing member is formed on the distal end side.
[0056]
The lower opening / closing member 531 is aligned with the front and rear pivot support hole portions 531d and 531d and the support hole portion 53d of the standby passage member 53 on the same axis, and is inserted into the support shaft 33d of the passage member mounting portion, thereby allowing the standby passage. Attaching the passage member by supporting the member 53 together with the member shaft 53d, and fitting the fitting bosses 57a, 57c, 57d to the pivot shaft 33a and the shafts 33c, 33d from behind to screw the lid member 57 It is attached so as to be sandwiched between the portion 33 and the lid member 57.
[0057]
Further, the prize ball cassette 54 used for the main ball removal mechanism 530 is formed such that the case upper surface portion 541t of the cassette case 541 is gently inclined downward (toward the prize ball cassette mounting portion 34).
[0058]
In the lower ball removing mechanism 530 configured as described above, in a normal gaming state in which the pachinko machine is used for gaming, the operation lever portion 531m of the lower opening / closing member is engaged with the locking groove 532c of the locking lever. The passage wall portion 531R is latched and held at a closed angle position that closes the lower opening 53t, and the passage wall portion 531R is held in a state of forming the passage walls of the prize ball standby passages 53a and 53b. For this reason, the preliminary prize balls passing through the prize ball waiting passages 53a and 53b flow down along the closed passage walls and are guided to the receiving ports 54a and 54b of the prize ball cassette.
[0059]
When performing the ball removal process using the lower ball removal mechanism 530, for example, when performing the ball removal process in order to perform maintenance work of the prize ball cassette 54, the operator uses the above-described ball stop mechanism 44. The ball stopping process is performed using the upper ball removing mechanism 520 as necessary, and the ball removing process is performed on the upper part of the award ball waiting passage as necessary. The locking lever 532 is swung upward, and the locking of the operation lever portion 531m by the locking groove 532c, that is, the swing restriction of the lower opening member 531 is released.
[0060]
Next, a finger is put on the operation lever portion 531m and the operation lever portion 531m is pulled upward along the guide hole 57h. Then, the lower opening / closing member 531 is swung around the support shaft 33d, the passage wall portion 531R is swung upward, and is displaced to the open angle position where the lower opening 53t is opened as shown in FIGS. To do.
[0061]
Thus, when the lower opening / closing member 531 is displaced to the opening angle position and the lower opening 53t is opened, the preliminary prize balls stopped in the prize ball waiting passages 53a and 53b overflow and overflow from the lower opening 53t. Of these, the preliminary prize balls overflowing from the prize ball waiting passage 53a on the front row flow out to the upper portion of the cassette case 541 along the partition wall 53w of the waiting passage member and the lower preliminary passage 72a of the passage member mounting portion. It is guided to the lower communication port 72b according to the inclination of the case upper surface portion 541t formed in the case 541 (see FIG. 12A).
[0062]
On the other hand, the preliminary prize balls overflowing from the rear prize ball waiting passage 53 b flow out onto the cassette case 541 of the prize ball cassette along the inner surface of the lid member 57 and the partition wall 53 w of the waiting passage member 53. Here, a guide rib 57g is provided on the inner surface of the lid member 57 to guide the overflowing preliminary prize ball, and a guide surface 53e is formed at the outlet opening of the partition wall. For this reason, the overflowing preliminary prize balls are guided by the guide ribs 57g and the guide surface 53e, flow out on the cassette case in the direction of the lower communication opening 72b, and communicate with the lower portion according to the inclination of the case upper surface portion 541t formed in the cassette case 541. It is led to the mouth 72b (see FIG. 12B).
[0063]
Then, the preliminary prize ball guided to the lower communication port 72b passes through the lower communication port 72b, falls in the descending passage 73, and thereafter rolls in the collecting passage 74 and the game-completed ball discharge route 75 in the same manner as described above. It flows down and is discharged to the outside of the pachinko machine PM (recovery bucket on the game facility side).
[0064]
Accordingly, in this way, by performing the ball stopping process using the ball stopping mechanism 44 and using the lower ball removing mechanism 530 to discharge the preliminary prize balls from directly above the receiving openings 54a and 54b of the prize ball cassette, Residual spheres in the award ball waiting passage that cannot be removed by the upper ball removal mechanism 520 can be removed, so that ball spillage or the like can be prevented even during maintenance work of the waiting passage member 53 or the prize ball cassette 54. A ball removal mechanism that does not occur can be configured.
[0065]
By the way, as described above, the impellers 544a and 544b before and after the prize ball cassette are formed such that the three receiving grooves for receiving the preliminary prize balls are offset from each other by 60 degrees. Further, the position where the impeller 544 stops rotating after a predetermined amount of payout operation is an angular position where the receiving groove of either the front or rear impeller (544a or 544b) faces the upper receiving passage and receives and holds the preliminary prize ball. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 11, the preliminary prize ball located in the rear row side receiving passage 543b is received and held in the receiving groove of the rear row side impeller 544b and is located in the front row side receiving passage 543a. The preliminary prize ball is stopped at the angular position supported by the outer peripheral end surface of the front row side impeller 544a.
[0066]
As a result, in the ball passage upstream of the impeller 544, the preliminary prize balls in the front and rear rows are aligned so that the relative positions thereof are shifted, and the upper end of the preliminary prize ball is in the vicinity of the receiving ports 54a and 54b. It is in a state of protruding so as to rise partly. For this reason, after performing a ball removal process using the lower ball removal mechanism 530, a number of game balls that have flown so as to be pushed out and then caught by a preliminary prize ball protruding from the receiving port cannot be completely discharged. A game ball may remain.
[0067]
Even in such a case, the lower communication port 72b causes the preliminary prize ball that has been caught to flow down to the lower ball removal passage 72 without causing the ball to spill. It is extended and cut out. For example, when the prize ball cassette 54 is slid downward from the state shown in FIG. 11 as shown in FIG. 12, the preliminary prize ball protruding from the receiving port and between the preliminary prize ball and the partition wall, etc. The preliminary winning balls that have been caught simultaneously move downward, whereby the catching is eliminated and the remaining balls flow out to the upper surface of the winning ball cassette 54.
[0068]
Here, the slide movement amount (movement amount for attaching / detaching the cassette) of the prize ball cassette 54 is set to be smaller than the diameter of the game ball, and the lid member generated when the prize ball cassette 54 is moved downward in this way. The gap between the lower side of 57 and the upper surface of the prize ball cassette 54 is smaller than the diameter of the prize ball cassette. For this reason, the preliminary prize ball that has flowed out does not spill out of the gap, rolls down the upper surface portion 541t of the cassette case, is guided from the lower communication port 72b to the guide protrusion 72c, and is discharged to the descending passage 73. Therefore, it is possible to provide a ball removal mechanism that can reliably prevent ball spillage even when the prize ball cassette 54 is removed.
[0069]
After the ball removal process is completed, the operation lever portion 531m is swung downward along the guide hole 57h, and is swung to the closing angle position where the passage wall portion 531R of the lower opening / closing member 531 closes the lower opening 53t. . Then, the locking lever 532 is swung to engage the locking groove 532c with the operation lever portion 531m. Accordingly, the lower opening / closing member 531 is locked and held at the closed angle position, and a normal gaming state is set in which the gaming balls passing through the winning ball waiting passages 53a and 53b are guided to the receiving ports 54a and 54b of the winning ball cassette.
[0070]
In the above-described embodiment, the preliminary prize balls discharged from the prize ball waiting paths 53a and 53b are played along with the game balls such as out balls and safe balls from the descending path 73 via the collecting path 74. Although the example of discharging to 75 is disclosed, it may be configured to form a ball discharging passage exclusively for ball discharging, and is configured not only to discharge to the outside of the pachinko machine but also to the lower ball tray 7 or the like. It may be what you do.
[0071]
Further, in order to effectively utilize the existing base frame body 30 and the standby passage member 53, an example in which the lower opening / closing member 531 is supported on the support shaft 33d coaxially with the standby passage member 53 has been disclosed. The member may be pivotally linked to the standby passage member or the lid member to be partially assembled, and the assembly thus assembled may be assembled to the passage member mounting portion 33. In addition, although an example using a swingable arm-shaped locking lever as an example of a holding member that locks and holds the lower opening / closing member 531 at the closing angle position is shown, the lower opening / closing member can be locked at the closing angle position. For example, a pulling spring is provided between the operating lever portion and the spring support provided on the opposite side with the swinging fulcrum sandwiched between the locking means having a locking groove and sliding movement. The lower opening / closing member may be stretched and held at the closing angle position and the opening angle position.
[0072]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present inventionRemovably attached to the back side of the back set panelA payout device for paying out a game ball guided to the receiving port based on predetermined winning conditions on the game board; With a passage wall that surroundsA ball path that is provided above the payout device and guides the game ball to the receiving port, and is positioned immediately above the receiving port in the ball path.A portion of the side wall of the area is cut awayProvided opening and this openingOpen position to open and closed position to close the openingOpening and closing member attached to be openableA discharge passage formed on the front side of the back set panel located in front of the opening, and a communication port formed through the front and back of the wall of the back set board and connected to the discharge passage. The upper surface of the case located in the area is formed to be inclined downward, and when the opening / closing member is set to the open position and the opening is opened, the game ball located in the ball passage is opened from the opening to the communication port. And to be discharged outside the gaming machine through the discharge passageConfigures the ball removal mechanism of the ball game machine. For this reason, according to the ball removal mechanism, the game ball does not remain in the ball passage on the upstream side of the payout device,Since the game ball that has flowed out of the opening and the upper surface of the case of the payout device is tilted forward, it is led to the contact port according to the inclination and discharged. It is possible to provide a ball removing mechanism that does not generate a spilled ball even when the dispensing device is removed during maintenance work or the like of the dispensing device. In addition, since the passage wall located immediately above the dispensing device is opened and closed, a ball removal mechanism that can perform ball removal processing with a simple configuration and simple operation can be provided.
In addition, the attachment / detachment structure of the dispensing device is disposed in an attachment posture in which the upper surface of the case faces the lower end of the passage wall surrounding the ball passage without any gap when the dispensing device is slid upward by a predetermined amount from the attachment / detachment position. According to the configuration in which the predetermined amount is set smaller than the diameter of the game ball, when the payout device is slid downward from the height position of the mounting posture in order to remove the payout device, Since the slide movement amount is smaller than the diameter of the game ball, the game ball does not spill from the gap between the passage wall and the payout device.
Furthermore, the communication port is extended below the height position of the upper surface of the case in the mounting posture, and the game ball that has flowed out to the upper surface of the case is discharged to the discharge passage through the communication opening at the attachment / detachment position. According to the present invention, since the game ball that has been caught in the receiving port or the opening when the dispensing device is removed is discharged to the discharge passage through the communication opening, a ball removing mechanism that can reliably prevent ball spilling is provided. Can do.
