Claims (4)
- 貯留槽の内部に供給される液体の貯留槽の内部における流動を制御するために、前記貯留槽の内面に配置される取付本体と、この取付本体を前記貯留槽に取着するための取着手段とを有しており、
前記貯留槽が、鉄鋼材料により形成されており、
前記取付本体が、樹脂により形成されており、
前記取着手段が、永久磁石であり、この永久磁石が前記取付本体に固着されており、
前記取付本体が、前記貯留槽の直角隅部に取り付けられる取付面と、前記直角隅部に液体の流動を阻害するデッドスペースの形成を防止するために丸みをつけてなるコーナーアール面とを有していることを特徴とする貯留槽用液体流動制御部材。 - 前記取付本体が、前記貯留槽の相互に隣位する2つの側板により形成される側接続部に貯留槽の高さ方向に沿って取り付けられる側面用本体と、側板と底板との辺接続部に貯留槽の底面の辺に沿って取り付けられる底辺用本体と、相互に隣位する2つの側板と底板とにより形成される隅接続部に取り付けられる隅用本体とに分割されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の貯留槽用液体流動制御部材。
- 前記側面用本体が、前記貯留槽の高さ方向に沿ってさらに複数に分割されており、
前記底辺用本体が、前記貯留槽の底面の辺に沿ってさらに複数に分割されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の貯留槽用液体流動制御部材。 - 前記取付本体として、前記貯留槽の内面に取り付けられる取付面と、前記貯留槽の内部を平面的に区分するかあるいは流路の確立を行うための仕切板を取付可能な仕切板取付部とを有しているものをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の貯留槽用液体流動制御部材。
