Claims (13)
- 第1のシャフト(12)を有する第1の回転アセンブリ(10)と、ステータ(2)と、ステータに固定され且つ前記シャフト(12)を支持するのに適した軸受け(13、14、15、16)とを少なくとも備え、前記軸受け(13)の1つが、第1の回転アセンブリ(10)に不釣合いが生じたときに壊れることが可能であるターボ機械であって、前記シャフトの少なくとも1つのセグメント(30)が、被覆で覆われ、該被覆が、樹脂で含浸された少なくとも1枚の織物を備え、且つ前記不釣合いが生じたときに、ターボ機械の周囲部分に接触するためのものであることを特徴とする、ターボ機械。
- 前記1枚の織物が、編組されたファイバ(34)から形成され、且つ前記セグメント(30)のまわりに巻回されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のターボ機械。
- 前記1枚の織物が、第1のシャフト(12)で滑動可能なファイバ(34)のスリーブ(32)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のターボ機械。
- シャフトセグメント(30)が、シャフトセグメント(30)の外径よりも大きな外径の2つの隣接するシャフト部分の間に配置されるとき、前記スリーブは、変形可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のターボ機械。
- 被覆が、重ね合わされたファイバの複数のスリーブ(32)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のターボ機械。
- ファイバ(34)が、次の強化ファイバ、すなわち、カーボンファイバ、アラミドファイバ、およびグラスファイバから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- 樹脂が、次の樹脂、すなわち、エポキシ樹脂、ビスマレイミド樹脂、およびフェノール樹脂から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- 樹脂が、前記被覆とターボ機械の周囲部分との間の摩擦係数が低減されるように、ドライルーブ剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- 第1の中間層(36)が、シャフトセグメント(30)と被覆との間に配置され、且つ前記第1の中間層とターボ機械の周囲部分との間の摩擦係数が、被覆と前記周囲部分との間に存在する摩擦係数よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- 第2の中間層(38)が、シャフトセグメント(30)と被覆との間、またはシャフトセグメント(30)と第1の中間層(36)との間に配置され、前記第2の中間層(38)が、第1のシャフト(12)と被覆または第1の中間層(36)との間に、異種金属接触腐食現象が確立されるのを妨げるように作用することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- 第2のシャフト(11)を有する第2の回転アセンブリ(9)をさらに備え、第1および第2のシャフトは、同軸であり且つ異なる速度で回転可能であり、前記周囲部分が、ターボ機械の第2のシャフト(11)に属することを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- 前記周囲部分が、ターボ機械のステータ(2)に属することを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
- ターボ機械が、航空エンジンであることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械。
