Description
1は対角状に2個の加熱ヒーター2を備えた有底筒状のアルミダイキャスト製の気化器で、下部一側面には灯油噴霧用のノズル3と、燃焼用の一次空気供給路4に連通した一次空気供給部5が同心状に開口されており、又上部には擂り鉢状で傾斜面に2段に炎孔6を形成した第1炎孔部7が備えられており、この気化器1と第1炎孔部7とで起動時や熱量の不足分時に燃焼する補助バーナ8を構成するものである。
今燃料電池装置の起動時では、加熱ヒーター2に通電し気化器1が加熱されて灯油の気化に適する所定の温度に達したことを温度センサ19が検知すると、ノズル3から灯油が気化器1内に噴霧され、気化して気化ガスとなり、一次空気供給路4から供給される一次空気と予混合しながら気化器1内を流通し、第1炎孔部7の炎孔6から放出して点火電極20で点火された後、二次空気噴出部18からの二次空気の供給も受けて、先ず補助バーナ8が燃焼を開始し、この補助バーナ8の燃焼熱は改質用の熱として改質器に全て供給される。

Claims (1)
- 改質器に改質反応用の熱を供給する燃料改質用バ−ナに於いて、補助バーナとオフガスバーナとを一体構造とし、前記補助バーナの第1炎孔部を擂り鉢状に構成し、その傾斜面の周方向には上下複数段で複数の炎孔を形成すると共に、この傾斜面のほぼ延長線上の傾斜面にオフガスバーナの第2炎孔部を形成した事を特徴とする燃料改質用バーナ。
